The Legacy at Gregory Downs

The Legacy at Gregory down is the perfect wedding venue. The venue is absolutely beautiful with the sweetest owners! We got married at the pond ceremony location on a beautiful fall day and it was absolutely perfect. The property is naturally beautiful itself. Caitlyn and the team at the legacy at Gregory Downs went above and beyond to make sure that everything was perfect. The team set up all 180 ceremony chairs, dinner tables and chairs, the cross (arbor), provided guests and wedding party with a golf cart chauffeur and checked on me throughout the entire day of my wedding to ensure that the day ran smoothly. The team is so easy to communicate with and provided quick responses with any questions that you may have. The team were also a huge help in setting up other things such as cake table, gift table, bar, etc.. you simply tell them your idea and they will make it happen! We also hosted our rehearsal and dinner at the venue. We loved being able to use the venue for both events. Once we moved to the reception we had dinner under the beautiful open air pavilion followed by dancing under lights. The venue is spacious and allows you to use your creativity to add as a little or as much decor as you would like. As stated above the venue is naturally so beautiful so you really don’t need much decor. Many of my guests continue to brag about how beautiful the venue is! In addition to all of the things listed above we LOVED the bridal and groom suites. They suites have so much detail. Girls have individual getting ready stations and guys have individual locker style storage for their suits. Both suites have a many fridge, tvs, and comfy furniture! Both are decorated so nice. If you are looking for a beautiful venue with the absolute best owners this is your place!

On this day last year we got married at this blooming venue. Katelyn, her dad, and all staff were amazing from beginning to end. Whatever requests we asked, if they could make it happen they did. We saw this venue transform from the ground up, it’s perfect for an outdoor wedding and just you wait in years to come it’s going to be perfect for the whole family!! Sooo excited to come back for a visit soon to see where the place we said “I Do!” has blossomed even more! Thank you to Katelyn and her awesome team!

What a dream this place is! Built from the trees milled off of the land, the owners have put all of their heart and soul into making this every couples’ day incredible. They are diligently dedicated to making sure your day is everything you want and more while being family oriented themselves and base all they do on LOVE! After looking at different venues before and after this ONE was the choice hands down. These people truly love helping and care about others. Thank you so much for a perfect wedding day. It was everything and more that I could have ever hoped for.

When my daughter and I visited the venue, it was still under construction, but after learning of the meaning behind this venue and talking with the owners, Caitlyn & Casey, we knew this was where we wanted to hold my daughter's wedding and reception. The property is beautiful, and the owners were very accommodating to our every need - everything was perfect!

Caitlyn and her team went above and beyond to make our wedding day everything we dreamed of. When we thought the weather was going to ruin our original plans they sprung into action to make sure that didn’t happen. They were so accommodating and listened to every detail of our wants and needs. They made us feel so welcomed and like part of the family. The LGD team will always have a special place in our hearts. All of our questions and requests were answered quickly and she did everything she could to help us out, as well as making us feel like family immediately. Caitlyn and her team made all of my wedding dreams come true! From the moment we walked onto the farm when the venue was still under construction to the time we left on wedding night, she she made us feel at home and like we were part of her family. She gladly answered every question I had in a very timely manner. Caitlyn was easy to get a hold of when I needed her and always welcomed us at the farm through out the planning process. It is a beautiful venue with all the amenities you’d need to host your loved ones. It is the perfect mix of rustic charm and modern design providing the most beautiful back drop for your special day. Caitlyn and her team went out of their way to help us make sure my grandmother had easy access to the whole property in her wheelchair. It was the PERFECT day.
