Caitlyn, her husband, her dad & anyone else that is involved and helps with the day to day operations are so friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and probably just as excited as you and your soon to be spouse are for the big day/weekend! l day and it was absolutely perfect. The property is naturally beautiful itself. Caitlyn and the team at the legacy at Gregory Downs went above and beyond to make sure that everything was perfect. The team set up all 180 ceremony chairs, dinner tables and chairs, the cross (arbor), provided guests and wedding party with a golf cart chauffeur and checked on me throughout the entire day of my wedding to ensure that the day ran smoothly. The team is so easy to communicate with and provided quick responses with any questions that you may have. The team were also a huge help in setting up other things such as cake table, gift table, bar, etc.. you simply tell them your idea and they will make it happen! We also hosted our rehearsal and dinner at the venue. We loved being able to use the venue for both events. Once we moved to the reception we had dinner under the beautiful open air pavilion followed by dancing under lights. The venue is spacious and allows you to use your creativity to add as a little or as much decor as you would like. As stated above the venue is naturally so beautiful so you really don’t need much decor. Many of my guests continue to brag about how beautiful the venue is! In addition to all of the things listed above we LOVED the bridal and groom suites. They suites have so much detail. Girls have individual getting ready stations and guys have individual locker style storage for their suits. Both suites have a many fridge, tvs, and comfy furniture! Both are decorated so nice. If you are looking for a beautiful venue with the absolute best owners this is your place!
