elcoming service out there - It does not exist. Living in Chicago and planning our Wisconsin wedding with Jamie was an absolute breeze. My husband’s family is from the East Coast as well and ALL (both ceremony and reception) went off without a hitch with so many coming from out of town. 2 weeks later and our guests are still commenting how good the food was, how FAST everything was prepared, served and ready, how drinks and apps were available and everywhere, how NICE everyone was, and how stunning and well-kept the venue itself is (bathrooms and pool area included :)). Get married here... you will not regret a thing. And if there's anything you haven’t thought of in the entire process, Jamie and the rest of the staff will have it covered. They'll also be extremely supportive the day of, checking in multiple times, making sure everything is up to par. We want to do it all over again!!

Megan also checked in on us often even during dinner and went out of her way to help us and make our day better as the couple. The rest of the staff were so polite to us and our guests. tpone our original wedding date due to COVID. We were drawn to the gorgeous outdoor ceremony space and loved all the natural light the reception space offered. Our guests loved the extra lounge space that the patio offered later in the evening to cool off and enjoy drinks in a quieter space. The grounds are beautifully kept and offer a beautiful backdrop for photos. The food was superb and we were really pleased with the variety of main dish options, both meat and vegetarian. The locker rooms were ideal for the wedding party to utilize pre-ceremony and throughout the evening. Megan kept our rehearsal and wedding day running smoothly and efficiently. We had a fantastic experience choosing Legend at Bristlecone for our wedding venue, and I could not recommend their service enough!

From day one of touring Bristlecone to saying our final goodbyes at the end of the night, we have nothing but fabulous things to say and so many wonderful memories to look back on. This venue has outstanding service, delicious food, and a gorgeous space. Not to mention it was very reasonably priced... far less expensive than what we initially planned. All of our guests thought we spent a fortune based on how classy Bristlecone is! I could not imagine a better place to have our wedding and highly recommend Bristlecone for your reception. It will exceed all of your expectations!

Our wedding day went off with out one single problem thanks to the staff at Bristlecone! I could not have asked for a better wedding experience! Bristlecone is a stunning venue and our pictures are breathtaking! I was so excited that the fall leaves on the course had started to turn by our wedding which made for such a beautiful back drop! I highly recommend The Legends clubs in general but Bristlecone is by far my favorite of the ones we toured! I highly suggest you consider choosing this venue and staff for your wedding day!

Our guests could not stop talking about how delicious the appetizers (we went with the Caprese Skewers and Mini Mango Chicken Quesadillas) and the entrees (mushroom ravioli was a crowd favorite) were! Jamie was incredibly helpful through the planning process and so quick to respond to any of our questions. She made planning our wedding during a pandemic less stressful and for that we could never thank her enough!! They even decorated the ceremony and reception areas for us so we never had to think about decorations the day of our wedding (and they did a fabulous job!)! Megan was the manager for our rehearsal and on our wedding day. She made sure everything ran smoothly and checked in on us throughout the night. I was so grateful to have her knowledge and experience at our wedding! The venue itself was beautiful! We had our ceremony outside and reception indoors. The staff moved the ceremony chairs out of the way so our guest could enjoy the fireplace outside during the reception which was so nice on a cool September night! We took pictures outside over looking the golf course and by the waterfall. I really can't think of a single thing I would change about this venue! I would 100% recommend The Legend at Bristlecone and Jamie to anyone!!

Even through the ups and downs of coronavirus, Jamie was always easy to communicate with, stayed on top of all the changes thrown at her, and helped us get the wedding we always dreamed of! She mapped things out perfectly for us so we stayed on top of things and were not too stressed in the weeks leading up to the wedding. The day of the wedding also went off without a hitch! The entire staff was extremely friendly and professional the whole evening, the decorations were set up perfectly, and all of our guests just raved about how good the food was! The venue itself is absolutely beautiful and the outdoor deck area gave our guests a great opportunity to enjoy the summer night while still being close to all the action! If we could do it all again, we would choose The Legend at Bristlecone in a heartbeat and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for an elegant and easy to work with venue!

ked in I knew that was where I wanted to get married! It was pouring the day of the wedding and we were able to let them know just a few hours before that we had to switch it to indoors and they were on top of it and so accommodating

up points we hadn’t thought of but were pertinent. The staff was great and super friendly. Our ceremony and reception was above and beyond what I could even imagine. I had met with Jamie two days before to discuss how to have everything set up and on the day everything was how we had discussed. I was very bummed that it rained at the time of the ceremony so it had to be inside but it was still perfect. The food was very good. All of our guests had mentioned how good everything was and the staff. They also took everything down for us so we just had to pick things up the next day. Couldn’t have imagined a better place for our day.

when it came to answering my (many) questions along the way! Overall, we had a great experience working with her and with The Legend at Bristlecone overall. The staff all seemed very professional and friendly, and they all helped make our day come together the way we had hoped/dreamed. It was super convenient and a huge relief that the staff did all of the decorating and setup (aside from live floral arrangements) for us because it meant we didn't have to scramble to do it the night before or the morning/day of (when we already had several other little things to worry about). The staff was also supposed to do the take-down for us, but that wasn't how it actually worked. We were told we could come Sunday morning and everything would already have been taken down for us and ready for us to pick it up. That was not the case. When we got there, some of our stuff was together, but a lot of it wasn't. There were some things still set up; for example, our artificial archway flowers were still on the arch, the photo booth backdrop was still set up, the sand and stuff from our unity ceremony were still outside, etc. There were also things missing that needed to be found; for example, the funnel we used for our sand unit ceremony was never found, I had to send multiple staff members to search for multiple different decorations that we had brought (and they had set up), etc. I was also surprised to find that we had to "undo" our floral arrangements - someone literally gave us garbage bags to throw out the flowers and a big bucket to dump the water in. Overall, we were extremely frustrated with our take-down and pick-up experience. We thought it would be as quick and easy as the decoration drop-off process, but it ended up taking MUCH longer and was incredibly frustrating. In the end, I would still recommend The Legend at Bristlecone because the place is absolutely beautiful, Jamie was easy to work with and very helpful, the food was great, and the staff overall were nice and helpful. Overall, though

We dropped off all of our decorations and other things a couple days before the wedding, then Jamie and her team decorated the whole place beautifully. It was way better than anything we could have ever come up with! The service was top notch. The unlimited appetizers were delicious and the servers were always available. The dinners were all amazing and we had trouble picking only two. Jamie and her staff also checked up with us constantly throughout the night to make sure we were happy with everything and getting anything we needed. Jamie even brought out drinks and appetizers to the wedding party while we were taking pictures! Everything went above and beyond our expectations and made it the best wedding we could have dreamed for. We can't thank Jamie and her team enough for the perfect wedding!

Many of my guests came up to me and said it was the best food they ever had at a wedding. The reception space is amazing with windows everywhere. After the ceremony, the outside space got turned into a terrace for people to relax. Everyone continued to comment on how beautiful the space was! The views were fantastic and I couldn't have asked for more. It was a wonderful place to get married and great staff to work with!

The venue is just gorgeous- floor to ceiling windows, a wrap around patio with firepits that guests can use during the reception (assuming you have nice weather), a beautiful bar area and dance floor. The whole venue is clean and well kept. The staff is phenomenal. They handled everything for us and made it feel stress free. They set up decorations for us beforehand and took everything down and boxed it up after the wedding. They allow you to come back the next day to pick everything up so we didn’t have to stay and do that after the wedding. They also handled everything the day of. If anything went wrong on our wedding day, we never knew (and likely will never know). All of our guests commented on how perfect the day was and how beautiful the venue was. Bristlecone also does their catering in house and has many bar packages to choose from, simplifying the bar process and making it easier to budget on the front end. There are tons of choices for food and you get to choose 3-4 for your guests. We did the kids meal chicken tenders for the kids, butternut squash ravioli, bacon wrapped pork medallions, and the lemon oregano chicken. They also have a bunch of appetizer options (both passed and stations) and late night options that are great. Everyone raved about how good the food was and it was super affordable. Our grandmas really appreciated having a plated dinner instead of a buffet. I highly recommend this place to everyone for their wedding reception!

the wedding coordinator, was fantastic. Very quick to answer any questions, and wonderful to work with the day of. The service was great, the food was good, and the venue was perfect. We had 200, and I'm not sure if I would have liked to push that number much higher. I really enjoyed having the dance floor available without having to move tables.

n space, and price. Their prices are average for the area in price, and services you get are GREAT! We initially booked with Liz, who before our wedding was promoted. Abby, the new coordinator was very helpful - if she didn't know an answer, she would figure out as soon as possible. All of our guests RAVED about the food - we had passed appetizers, plated dinner, and late night pizza, and all of it was AMAZING! We were able to drop off all our decor the Wednesday before our Saturday wedding - I went through everything with Abby and on Saturday when I came in everything was perfect! Abby was there for most of the wedding night, and when she left, made sure to let us know who we should contact that night with any questions or concerns. There was only one thing I heard complaints about - that one of the bartenders was a bit snippy with a few guests. Overall, this was a fantastic venue with great service, great food, and it is gorgeous! Also I have to say... the fire pits outside on the patio made for a very relaxed space for people to chat and cool off throughout the night as well!
