I cannot say enough wonderful things about Becca and Scott!! I fell in love with their style of photos and videos on instagram and am SO happy that we booked them for our wedding. ...
During my first call with Becca, I remember her talking about how her photos are a way of capturing memories and feelings that you can hold on to forever and that resonated with me immediately and I knew I had found the right person to capture our wedding day!
We initially booked only Becca for photography, but after some consideration we added Scott for videography and are SO happy that we did! Becca and Scott are both so kind and easy going and they work together so well because they are partners in their business and personal lives!
When we first met Becca for our engagement session, we were both a little nervous because it was our first time working with a professional photographer and she put us immediately at ease! She allowed us to be ourselves, but also gave subtle and very helpful feedback when we were standing in an awkward way or doing something that we definitely wouldn’t have liked the look of in a photo. We felt so comfortable and nothing felt forced and that feeling definitely came through in the photos. The photos were incredible and only made us even more excited to see everything she captured from our wedding!
We were able to have Becca and Scott cover the night before the wedding, as well as the wedding day, and they were such a wonderful addition to the entire experience! They were able to provide the perfect balance of being non-invasive, but also seeming to capture every single moment! I remember looking up a few times during special moments and seeing they were way ahead of me and already caught the moment I was a part of or witnessing! I also had a few delays on the day of the wedding (outside their control) and they were wonderful and very flexible about the entire day. They were always calm and friendly and put the entire wedding party and our families at ease.
Based on our initial sneak peaks (which Becca got to us the next day!!) our expectations have been blown away and we are so excited to see the rest of our photos and the video! If you are considering Becca and Scott for your wedding - DO IT you will not regret it!!
We are SO happy we found Becca and Scott and chose them as our wedding photography/videography team. They were both so incredible from the start. We were immediately drawn to their...
style and felt that it fit us the most. Once we found out they were available for our date, it felt like fate! I could not recommend enough. They were so great with communicating leading up to the wedding and putting together a timeline for the day, it felt like such a smooth and easy process. On the day of, they made us feel so comfortable and nothing felt forced, which we were worried about as we generally aren't big photo people! Their team was so sweet and everyone was such a pleasure to work with as they also had second shooters with them. They knew exactly what we were going for with our photos and so far with the sneak peaks, everything was executed perfectly. They were such a dream to work with, especially on a day that's generally stressful! We received so many compliments from our guests on how they felt like they were everywhere but never felt like they were in the way of anything, so all the moments that got captured will feel so genuine! They made sure we got all of the photos we envisioned off of our shot list/inspiration pics as well. We are so excited to see the rest of our photos and we cannot recommend them enough!!
I highly recommend Becca and Scott. I sent in an inquiry form, and soon after Becca scheduled a call for us to discuss what we envisioned for our wedding day and to tell us about t...
heir different packages. We were not certain that we wanted a videographer, but Becca and Scott helped to guide us to make the best choice for us. Leading up to our wedding day, Becca was great about communicating with us. And best of all she created a day of timeline for us! I was so stressed about the timing of the day, but once I saw her suggested timeline, I knew it would work out great. On the day of our wedding, both Becca and Scott were awesome. They were supportive and kind, making sure that we were comfortable and able to be where we wanted to. We never felt awkward or like we were “forcing it” for the cameras. Post wedding, Becca and Scott were again great about communicating with us when they would deliver our finalized photos and video. Both our engagement and wedding photos/ videos are beautiful. The Leighton Co has a timeless style that we love, and they do a great job of capturing you and your day as it is. It is very obvious how much hard work they put in, and how dedicated they are to the couples they work with. I know that we will look back at our pictures and videos for many years and instantly remember how loved we felt that day.
We were immediately drawn to The Leighton Co.’s photography style, and after a quick video call, we knew they were the right fit! Becca and Scott are so personable and caring - the...
kind of people you want around on one of the most important (and somewhat chaotic) days of your life. Even when our schedule was a bit behind, they were calm and collected. They’ll be your personal hype team during portraits and a fly on the wall during the big moments. Even our guests were raving about how great Becca and Scott were! We couldn’t be happier with how our photos came out, they captured so many genuine moments between us, our family, and friends. Hiring The Leighton Co. was one of the best decisions we made during our wedding process!
It’s hard to put into words just how wonderful and talented Becca and Scott from The Leighton Co. are. Their photography speaks for itself- it really is the most beautiful, raw, au...
thentic photography I’ve EVER seen. We are so in love with and impressed by our wedding and engagement photos - they captured ‘us’ and our emotions and all the little moments so perfectly. They also did a fantastic job keeping us on track on the wedding day to ensure we were able to capture all of the pictures we asked for. However, what really makes Becca and Scott stand out, and why I’d recommend them to anyone, is who they are as people and professionals. They are so lovely, kind, organized, communicative, adaptable, skilled, punctual, fun-loving and polite. Thank you both for being such a pleasure to work with, we love and appreciate you guys!
Where to even begin? Becca and Scott were an absolute dream team, and we are so grateful for everything they did to capture the most precious moments on the best day of our lives. ...
Working with these two lovely humans was effortless. They are both so kind and each brought a light-hearted, stress-free energy to our wedding. Coordinating our preferences was easy, and they were highly responsive during the entire planning process. Their attention to detail is uncanny and they were able to perfectly execute our vision and bring to life the most important aspects of our wedding day in their work. We are taken back to our most favorite day every time we look at Becca’s gorgeous and impeccable photos and can’t watch Scott’s video without crying. We highly and enthusiastically recommend The Leighton Co. and can’t thank them enough for giving us the most beautiful gifts that we will cherish for years to come.
We hired Becca for our engagement and wedding photos and could not have made a better choice. As two people who hate getting their pictures taken, we were both pretty nervous about...
engagement photos. Becca made it so much fun and created an environment that helped us relax and be ourselves. On our wedding day, she carried that over. She gave us space to enjoy our night while capturing all the beautiful memories. Throughout the entire process she was kind, patient and professional. We couldn’t have asked for a better person to capture the memories from our day!
HIGHLY recommend The Leighton Co - their work will truly express the joy you feel on your wedding day and you will keep feeling it all over again every time you look at your photos...

eemed effortless! We did an engagement shoot in Portland and she found the coolest spots-- like the top of a parking garage! We were lucky enough to have both Becca and Scott with us on our wedding day. They were able to capture amazing moments and made us and our friends and family feel so comfortable. We're so thankful to have had them there to document our favorite day ever. Now, we have to scheme up more reasons to hire them again!

omforting and a pleasure to work with. Prior to our engagement session, she sent us tips on what colors look good together, so we knew what to wear and what to expect from our first professional photo shoot. She was kind and comforting during the session, getting to know us and guide us gently through the process. We even met for lunch prior to our wedding and she was so calming because I had full confidence in her, she showed that she really understood my concerns for our big day. During our wedding she ran the show, kept our timing for the whole day and you don't realize how important that is until the day of. I am so thankful for her expertise in guiding me through the whole wedding planning process and I'm so floored by the wedding gallery of our best day ever. Becca is great, I highly recommend!

hrough multiple postponements and handled A LOT of emails and questions over many months of planning. During the wedding she was such a calming and positive presence - something every bride should look for in a photographer. I trusted her to capture these memories forever and she delivered in spades. Becca's photos make you feel like you're reliving the day just by looking at them. They're authentic, real, and I know every time I look at them it will transport me to that moment - which is exactly what we'd hoped for. We will look to Becca to capture all of our milestones and can't recommend her highly enough.

photograph our wedding. She was so helpful with the time crunch, didn't balk at my outrageous list of photographs that I wanted, and was so accommodating with the schedule of our wedding day. And then the PHOTOS. She had our sneak peaks out almost the next day and had the full album ready right on schedule. The photos were everything we wanted and more! She is so incredibly talented and we loved getting to work with her.

g was a destination wedding for most of our guests with a tight timetable. Becca went above and beyond to accommodate the time crunch by bringing a second photographer, so that every single moment could be maximized.
Thoughtful and imaginative, Becca took care to capture beautiful, timeless shots of us, our guests and our venues. We couldn't have asked for a better photographer for our Maine island wedding!

tantly felt comfortable. We are a couple of procrastinators and really had no plan for Becca to follow on our big day. With no real direction Becca produced a (very large) album of photographs that we will cherish for the rest of our lives. Becca was quick when needed (lots of family portraits) and patient with a large wedding party. The quality and quantity of the pictures we received were beyond what we expected. We cannot wait to have Becca photograph our life events in the future, and would highly recommend her to anyone! Thank you Becca!!
