Hi friends, I'm Lara and I can't wait to hear about your wedding plans. Having started TLT Events in 2013, we have had an opportunity to work with so many clients, but each one seems to be more exciting than the last. Vegas offers a lovely variety of event "styles" in venue options and I just love to help all of them come to life. Some planners specialize in a particular design niche, which is so great. However, I love to be able to offer a variety of designs to create a unique experience for each couple. Also, I love to dance so watch for my sweet moves on the sidelines at your event.

Look no further!! I could cry just thinking of how TLT made my day super special! I highly recommend this place! Lara and her amazing team not only did my beautiful decor, but they also work with your budget, which is amazing!! Most places aren't as budget friendly. They made my Halloween wedding spectacular!! I wish I can turn back time to get married all over again just to see them work their magic!! I highly recommend this team for all of you wedding coordination and decor!!

We had the absolute best experience with Lara for our multi-day Indian destination wedding in Las Vegas. From start to finish, she made sure every event ran smoothly and on time, which was so important with a packed schedule and multiple events. The décor for each event was stunning and exactly what we envisioned, with every detail thoughtfully planned and executed. Her attention to detail, calm presence, and constant communication really helped ease our nerves and let us fully enjoy the celebrations. We are so grateful for everything she did and would highly recommend TLT Events to any couple looking for a planner they can completely trust!

I don’t even know where to start. It is impossible to say enough good things about Lara and her incredible team at The Lil Things Events. She was such a joy to work with. Her attention to detail is the best I have seen in any business (I guess that’s where they get the name “The Lil Things” from…).
Her designs are unmatched. She works with couples to truly understand what they want (even when the two partners don’t always agree themselves :P ), and design a one-of-a-kind experiences that blows their expectations out of the water. During our initial call with Lara…my wife and I were all over the place. We told her we wanted a “Disco in the Desert” theme. My wife raved about pops of vibrant colors, whereas I brought up a ton of desert neutrals. Within weeks, Lara somehow turned around a design board that met ALL of our very chaotic requests. She brought our dream wedding to life in a way that I really think nobody else ever could. Her floral work is beautiful, her designs are amazing, and her personal touch is outstanding.
Beyond her designs and creativity, Lara is also SO organized and responsive. She has everything under control, and keeps your mind at ease when you start to spiral with all the planning. She responds nearly immediately to emails and texts, and works tirelessly to meet your needs.
The day before our wedding, we had an unfortunate circumstance where our initial photographer cancelled on us. Within 2 hours, Lara had 6 other options for us lined-up ready to support the next day. All 6 options aligned beautifully with our vision, and we can tell she put time into finding the right options for us, as opposed to throwing every business at us during this fire drill. The crisis was solved within hours due to Lara’s skill, her connections in the Vegas area, and her drive to meet the couples’ needs and pay attention to their vision.

Hiring Little Things Events was one of the best decisions we made—especially considering it was just two weeks before our wedding! We brought Lara and Kelly on last-minute for day-of coordination, and they made all the difference.
From the moment they stepped in, they brought a sense of calm, professionalism, and total organization. Despite the short timeline, they immediately understood our vision and executed it flawlessly—honestly, the décor turned out even better than I imagined.

I live in Texas and had my dream wedding in Las Vegas Nevada at Emerald At Queensridge. I knew I would need help planning my wedding and at first, we decided Lara would be part-time. But after a month into it I decided to have her full-time and let me tell you! That was one of the best decision I have ever made! Lara! Made my wedding stress free! If it was a problem the day of my wedding! I absolutely did not know about it! I also had her as my florist and I told her I wanted a elegant garden with white roses everywhere and she did just that! She's patience, gives you advice and helps you budget money. I can go on and on about her, I had the most beautiful wedding, my dream wedding and it was all because of her! Thank you so much!

Hiring Lara and the team at The Lil' Things was probably the best money we spent on our wedding. Our wedding was far from traditional and filled with a lot of logistical planning and coordination. Lara was not afraid of the challenge and rose up (and went waaaaay beyond) to the occasion. Three months have passed since we said our "I do's" and we are still getting random phone calls and text messages saying, "By far, the best wedding I've ever been to!" This is all because of The Lil' Things. Lara is very attentive, detail oriented, and the is perfect combination of calm, cool and collected on your wedding day.

Lara and Louise went above and beyond for us not only on our Wedding Day but on the lead up to it and in the days and weeks that have followed since. We could not recommend The Lil Things Events more. As a bride and groom from the UK, we were concerned about how we would co-ordinate our day/ meeting and finding vendors/ finding recommendations etc, but Lara worked with our time difference and to our schedule to make sure the whole process went smoothly. Our day was the best day of our lives and we had no concerns knowing that the team has everything sorted for us. Lara was literally a life saver from the moment we hired her until the wedding was over. This was my second wedding and the first time I hired a wedding planner and it was the worst experience (not Lara!). For my second wedding, I thought another wedding planner would be such a waste of money BUT one of my friends very highly recommended Lara and her team and I am so glad I decided to hire her. We instantly clicked on our initial phone call and I felt like she just understood exactly what I envisioned. Once I gave her all of my visions and vendor information she 100% took it from there. She would reach out when she had important questions but other than that, she handled everything. When I would get stressed out or panic, she would assure me she would take care of it right away. I swear Lara seemed like she was 10 people in one. Everywhere I looked, there she was taking care of something! We also had hired an assistant through Lara and he was just as amazing!

From our first meeting with Lara, all the way to our wedding day, she worked tirelessly to make sure that Angela and I were able to have our dream wedding and keep it within our budget. Lara is amazing! We were planning everything remotely in a very short time frame and knowing she had everything covered was very comforting. I felt especially at ease because she had worked with nearly all of our vendors before and when we spoke with them, they had great things to say about Lara, too!
I'm extremely indecisive and honestly didn't even know what I wanted most of our wedding to look like. I sent Lara a wedding Pinterest board that was all over the place. With her help, we were able to curate a perfect vision that she executed beautifully.
She was attentive and thorough every step of the way. I especially appreciated her patience and calmness in the weeks leading up to our wedding date. I must've sent her (what felt like) an obscene amount of emails as I freaked out over every little detail. She assured me she had everything covered and sure enough, she did. She really went above and beyond for everything. We had some last minute changes on the day of our wedding too and she handled them very gracefully.
We got so many compliments about our wedding and I just know it wouldn't have been as perfect as it was without her.
I can't recommend Lara and her team at The Lil things enough!

The wedding planner is one of the most important vendors that you will book on your wedding day, and my husband and I are so glad that we chose The Lil Things Events. One thing that immediately drew us to TLT was Lara's diverse clientele. She has worked with all different types of couples, which was something that was crucial to us when we looked for vendors. Lara was a pleasure to work with throughout our entire wedding planning process. We initially booked month of coordination services, but decided to book the partial planning package and design services (minus florals). We were planning from out of state and wanted to host both a pre- and post-wedding event, so having a planner was crucial. Lara was easy to work with, friendly, and most-importantly, made wedding planning a stress-free experience. She was willing to listen to and incorporate our ideas, but we also gave her free range to take the lead creatively and execute our overall vision. Our wedding was over 1 week ago, and our guests can't stop raving about how organized everything felt and the personalized details. My only regret is that we did not book her sooner!

We had a destination wedding in Vegas and though we handled the majority of planning ourselves, we realized last minute that we needed help with the little things such as coordinating vendors, table decor, seating assignment, signage, etc. I contacted Lara at The Lil Things for the month of planning package and I am SO THANKFUL for her and her team. I gave them a brief description of the things I needed help with and the look I was going for, she had a design board to me with additional ideas in less than a week. She absolutely nailed it!! Her team sourced the decor, brought everything, set it up, broke it down, and was on site the day of to make sure it all ran smoothly. They coordinated with all other vendors and just took any planning pressure off of us so we could enjoy the day. Her team is an absolutely dream to work with and I cannot recommend them enough. If you are having a destination wedding The Lil Things is a must!

Lara helped coordinate my daughter's wedding reception. We were both in North Carolina and she took care of all of the details in a very professional manner. She was quick to respond to emails (and there were a lot!) and always put us at ease about any and all questions. She took care of the set up of the event and stayed on top of things throughout the reception. Lara truly does an exceptional job from beginning to end and I highly recommend her!

do yourself a favor and hire them! I had Lara as my main point of contact for months and she was so sweet, professional and punctual. Any question I asked she would answer no matter how silly or trivial. Jennifer was my day of coordinator and she was so nice and kind and even sent me sweet texts the day before and on my wedding day to help with my nerves. It was like the shot of grounding energy I needed during such a hectic time and I was so grateful. We had some things go awry on the wedding day and she handled it all. I seriously can’t recommend them enough. Of all our vendors they were, hands down, the most courteous, sweet, professional and knowledgeable. 15/10!

When I first spoke with Lara, she made feel like my thoughts were heard and had a good attitude towards planning a destination event 10 months out. Out of the few planners I spoke to, she made me feel the most at ease and didn’t shoot down any of my ideas. From then on, she was dedicated to helping me craft my vision for my wedding. I had a few ideas, and she would listen and offer different suggestions on how we could make them a reality. Because my fiancé and I are from out of town, she was perfectly willing to go to venues for us and take notes and footage of the venues when we weren’t able to attend. From venue, vendors, to décor and day-of coordination, I was pleasantly surprised with how well she handled everything! There were some stressful moments with some of the vendors and Lara would assure me she would handle everything, and she absolutely did. She suggests vendors (and will work with ones you choose yourself) but lets you make and pay for any vendor agreement with them, and then she will communicate with them for you. For décor she will make a lovely mock-up document of how everything will look, and we were all very happy with the results. The day of, she was totally on top of everything and even handed out tissues during the ceremony for those that needed one. I highly recommend TheLilThings Events for your Las Vegas wedding planning!

Though I planned most of my wedding on my own, I knew I needed help during the wedding as my wedding events were 4 days long and I didn't want to have additional stress. I did a lot of research on coordinators in Vegas and I knew from talking to Lara, she was very knowledgable and loved that she knew more than just a day of coordinator was needed, but really a month of. We had two wedding ceremonies in one day, one Indian and one American, and Lara and Kelly did an amazing job in keeping our very packed schedule on track and truly thinking of all "the lil things" leading up to it. They kept our families/guests in the loop on where to go, communicated with our vendors for day of, and just really helped us to be able to enjoy our big day. We couldn't have done it without them! Lara was amazing at communicating with me from the moment I reached out to her, up until my wedding, which I really appreciated! I would HIGHLY recommend the The Lil Things!

We hired Lara and Kelly at TLT very late in our wedding process. We had procrastinated and we were only about a month out when we first contacted them. From day 1 they made the process seamless, answered the MANY questions we had in a timely manner, and made dealing with our other vendors so simple.
Day of, Kelly was amazing. Made the process so easy with so much going on and made sure I always had a fresh drink in hand. I would highly encourage anyone with their wedding in Vegas to hire TLT!

From start to finish Lara was organized, professional and attentive. She worked with our busy schedules and made sure all the planning and decor decisions were noted and finalized in a timely manner. She offered thoughtful suggestions but always left the final say up to us as a couple, and really helped us craft our perfect wedding weekend. My family and friends kept remarking on how I was the least stressed out bride they had ever seen throughout the entire planning process and it was all because I knew that everything was in great hands with Lara and I would have a wonderful time at our wedding! The day of the wedding went so smoothly and even though minor modifications were made due to some windy weather, the day could not have been any more perfect and low stress. I had a great experience with TLT Events. I had the pleasure to work with Lara; she was very professional from start to finish. She helped create a schedule the day of our wedding. She also helped set up and take down décor at the reception. Her and her assistant made sure to follow the wedding timeline, & because of that, my husband and I were able to enjoy the little things the bride and groom typically miss out on. More importantly she helped reassure me that everything would be fine and she had everything under control. I can't thank her enough for all of her hard work and reassuring messages she sent me.

Lara did an incredible job coordinating our wedding reception this past weekend. She has great insight and recommendations, and was able to put together some beautiful decor. She took care of all of the logistics and made my life easy when I had so many other things to focus on for our big day. On top of that, she's an amazing person who's really easy to work with. I don’t even know where to start! We are new to Las Vegas which made me no different then a bride traveling here to get married. I knew I had no business organizing something like a wedding on my own not knowing my surroundings. From our first conversation Laura was breath of fresh air and never made any question or idea I had seam ridiculous. Once we started everything had a time line and she was there with suggestions and vendors every step of the way. I would definitely recommend The Lil Things Events for EVERY event as I don’t think I’ll be able to plan anything out here with out them now!

Where to start...Lara is just PHENOMENAL! Lara was my month of coordinator for my big, fat, #indianwedding. My event was no small feat - three distinct events over the course of two days. I started speaking to Lara almost one year before my event. Not only was she extremely willing to understand my events and the very complex nuances, but she was also supportive even before the "month of" began. There were times when I felt overwhelmed and she was always there to reassure me. Once the "month of" engagement began, Lara was organized and prepared to ensure that our timeline was seamless and tight. She oversaw the entire execution of my wedding and each day unfolded seamlessly. During the weekend, she had mine and my family's back. Anything we needed, she was there to make it happen or resolve. She was encouraging, reassuring, and most importantly, constantly in communication with my vendors. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND LARA!!

Lara is the best planner we could have ever asked for. Due to COVID, we changed gears more than once. What was supposed to be a 45 person destination wedding in Las Vegas turned into a beautiful and perfect elopement at Red Rock Canyon. Lara was so helpful throughout the process and all of the changes. The florals were gorgeous and exactly what we wanted. I couldn't have dreamed of a more perfect day.

Absolutely incredible!! They thought of literally every “little thing” that I for sure would have overlooked or not known how to pull off. Every detail was so beautifully thought out and Lara was an expert at getting people to listen to directions and did it in the kindest way I’ve ever seen. She even made sure that my husband and I had food at our table before we even sat down, she also made sure that we had space to actually eat! I could not have done all that they did on my own and they saved SO much stress. Truly a genuine pleasure to have them part of (and the back bone) the wedding!

Lara is absolutely amazing! She not only helped me plan a wedding in 2 months, she maintained a cool, calm presence from start to finish. Her referrals for hair + make up & photography were so high quality I felt like a bride out of a magazine! She coordinated with my mom who hosted our reception & double checked with me all the details every step of the way. I gave her the theme & a few requests & she brought my wedding to life in a way I couldn’t even imagine! I highly recommend a day of wedding coordinator for your wedding! Lara made sure our vision became a reality and kept the night flowing! On the day of my wedding, Our friends and family were able to enjoy themselves because they did not have to help with details. Lara took care of our details! She was very sweet and professional and she blended into the background. When compared to other providers, TLT had the best prices in town and the service did not disappoint!

Lara and The Lil Things Events were AMAZING! With trying to plan and coordinate a wedding during a global pandemic, she provided the calm through the storm. We originally thought we didn't need a wedding coordinator, but boy were we wrong! Being able to enjoy our time with our family and friends while knowing that everything was being taken care of behind the scenes, was so comforting. We knew we could trust Lara with everything with coordinating with our vendors and scheduling all the delivery times, and on top of that, providing us with BEAUTIFUL floral arrangements for our ceremony and reception. Looking back on our wedding weekend, I wouldn't have changed a single detail - even with a pandemic!

Lara is AMAZING! I am so lucky I had her services on my wedding day! In addition to helping find and book vendors, she did my invites, decor, and day of services. Not only was she great to work with, but she is a true expert in the industry! I receive so many compliments on my invites and all of the “lil” details incorporated into the decor. Plus, she helped keep me sane throughout the entire process and day of by really going above and beyond. I can’t say enough good things about my experience!

Lara took our vision and made it a reality! In our first conversation I could tell she truly understood the look we were going for and her excitement was evident from the start! Her connections and negotiating skills helped us along the way. She worked alongside our venue to make sure nothing was missed. It takes a lot of trust to share your vision with someone and hope they can execute but when I walked into the venue on my wedding day I could not have been more pleased. The day of the event Lara kept to our timeline seemingly effortlessly - we had the best day into night without ever feeling an ounce of worry or concern! I can't thank her enough for helping us build our dream wedding!

I live in Florida and we decided to do a destination wedding. I am so happy I went with the Lil things events. Laura was extremely helpful with the planning because I honestly knew nothing in this department. I wanted a one stop shop for everything decor, favors, and more because being from out of state, I surely did not want to bring anything additional in my luggage. She was very easy to contact and when i had questions along the way she was able to answer them. I simply gave her a color and a theme of rustic elegance and she brought my vision to life. She showed me options when it came time to select what elements I wanted incorporated into my reception which was very nice. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. I wish I could walk into my reception venue all over again because thats how beautiful it was.

This vendor does it all! I would highly recommend them to anyone planning on having a vegas wedding. I live in Florida and knew nothing about wedding planning. They helped me answer all of my questions and bring my vision to life. It was nice to have them because I did not want to bring extra things like a cake topper, card holders, centerpieces, and wedding favors in my suitcase. We kept in contact throughout the months leading up to the big day, and as questions came up they were all very quick to answer them. Once I showed up to my reception it was so beautiful! All of my friends and family loved it as well! I can’t thank them enough for helping make my wedding so perfect.

My wife and I set out to Vegas to have a completely one of a kind event to celebrate our wedding. We interviewed a few planners around town but Lara blew us away with her ideas for our special day! As groomzilla my one request was a fire performer and we balanced it out with a magician, caricature artists, showgirls, and so many food vendors and activities it was a complete adventure. Lara was in charge and there was a LOT! I think we had 20+ different vendors in flux and she handled everything to the first degree. TLT handled all the decorations, entertainment bookings, tables & chairs, everything! I could not have achieved anything close to the success that we had without Lara! She is a total wizard and i pleased to recommend her without reservation for wedding & party planning services.

Lara is awesome! I was an out of state bride and super stressed on how I was going to fly/ship my decor. For months I was stressed on what I could have for decor to limit shipping cost but still make it everything I wanted. I finally found Lara and she took all of my worries away. I sent her photos of all my ideas and she did exactly that. She always made herself available to answer a text or take my phone call. I am so thankful!!

Lara is as stated above... FABULOUS! Caesars was pretty difficult to deal with and she made it a breeze, she completely encompasses our style which really meant a lot to me and Ryan. She listens and seeks to completely understand and encompass YOUR STYLE and YOUR FAMILY. Weddings as I’ve come to realize are a family event, and she was extremely helpful to my “difficult” mother, I say that because as a bride you don’t necessarily see all the things the day of, and she was willing to prioritize our wedding day vision and help accomplish everything that we needed. I cannot thank her enough and I hope/wish nothing but the best for her in the future.

I found Lara and her team off of thumbtack and it was the best decision I made for my wedding planning! When I first met Lara we had another venue planned, we then had some changes and ended up having our wedding reception at home. Lara was nothing but patient, understanding and put the whole process at ease for me. Her and her team transformed my home into more than what my vision was! My family was so impressed with the way it turned out, even the chapel we had our ceremony fell in love with the flower arrangements lara made. Me & my new husbands wedding day could not have been more perfect and it was all because of the work and love that Lara put into it. Not only was she my decorator but she became a friend. Lara had about 6 weeks to put together the wedding of my sister’s dreams, and it looked like she had spent a year planning it, no detail forgotten, it was above and beyond what my sister hoped for...simply amazing! She got to know us (the family) by name, kids included, she was so organized, up beat, and really made sure that everyone was having a great time. Too notch service w/high quality production = 200% satisfaction.

Lara was absolutely 100% vested in my daughter's wedding. Not a detail was missed. She transformed the event space, a house, into a beautifully detailed personal wedding. The food vendors were top notch, flowers gorgeous everything was perfect! Lara and her staff were professional , courteous and so pleasant to work with. The clincher for me was when she was able to get my very shy 4 yo granddaughter out on the dance floor!

Lara was AMAZING!! She really helped with all the "lil things" her input helped me cover all the detials of the wedding. She took over the vendors communication amd contracts and made sure i had everthing i needed. She was always 1 email or text away and made me feel comfortable. Wedding day her team made my vision come true!! She even made my arch and bouquet, it was sooo beautiful and for a very reasonable price. I had no worries throughout the day she took care of everything. She even rocked my son to sleep during speeches! I cant thank Lara and her team enough for their professionalism, effeciency, and making the wedding planning process so easy!

When you think of a dream wedding planner, Lara is it! From the first moment we contacted her and all the way through our 'post wedding blues' she has been not only a wedding planner, but someone to lean on. Did I mention she planned our dream wedding in 8 weeks?! :) Even being on opposite sides of the country (we live in Maryland and Lara in Las Vegas), her communication skills were amazing, always got back to us in a timely manner, and always went the extra mile. Lara never allowed us to get overwhelmed throughout the planning process, and when we changed our venue 6 days before the wedding, it was like that didn't even phase her. She has one of the most infectious personalities, remains positive at all times, made us laugh, yet knows when it's time for business. Lara is extremely organized, detail oriented, punctual, has a hard working team behind her, and made our dreams come true. Without her, our wedding day wouldn't have turned from a dream into a reality. Don't waste your time looking for another wedding planner, contact Lara immediately!!!

I first contacted Lara and asked if she could help me plan a wedding in just 8 weeks. She was immediately up to the challenge and was so organized and easy to communicate with. We live in Maryland and wanted a wedding planner who lived in Las Vegas. My vision started out as a more casual vibe and and soon turned into the wedding of our dreams.
Lara went above and beyond to make sure we had all the details in place. She was amazing with our vendors and even helped us find a last minute DJ. I even changed our venue a week before our wedding date and she didn't miss a beat.
Lara took care of all the little things and we can't say enough great things about her. She made our day incredibly beautiful, special and something we will never forget. The best day of our lives!
