The Limo Lady

The Limo Lady was great to work with! The entire process was organized from the start. Our driver Marty was very kind and efficient. He helped get us to the venue and even held the umbrella over us as we walked into the car so snow wouldn't ruin our hair and make up. The car was very clean and warm. Totally professional from start to finish.

I rented a limo as a surprise for my daughter's wedding on 10/30/17. I had been looking for someone who could provide transportation to the venue/reception which was being held in the same place. I looked on the web and found The Limo Lady and the Traditional 1-Hour Mini Wedding Package. Just what I wanted. I contacted her via web and she called me back within 2 days. I got all the info I needed and told her I will call her back. I called her within 2 weeks of the wedding and thankfully, she could provide for me. I booked it immediately. When I was called on Friday to let me know that all was set on their end, I requested a red carpet and was told absolutely no problem. Just an extra touch and surprise for my daughter. The chauffeur showed up on time, was extremely professional, got us to the venue on time and was there to help everyone in and out of the limo. He was patient when we had to wait for a few stragglers to show up and go inside and equally patient when the photographer took the bride out of the limo for pictures. All in all, I would not hesitate to recommend Joanna and The Limo Lady to anyone in Baltimore who needed this type of transportation. She came through for me at the last moment and I can't thank her enough. The smile on my daughter's face when she saw the limo was priceless. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you.

Everyone at the Limo Lady was so helpful from the beginning. Since our ceremony and reception were at the same place, we scheduled our driver to pick up the groom/groomsmen first and then pick up the girls and I second. We also had him do a third pick up for the parents, and he made sure he was on time for every pick-up just as scheduled. They were a wonderful company to work with, and would absolutely use them again.

The driver arrived on time and was dressed very professionally. The driver, Marty, was well mannered, very courteous, and truly patient. I would use this service again and again, if needed. We were truly satisfied with their high level of customer service from booking to providing the limo service. We say...kudos.

LOVE THIS SERVICE!! I didn't realize but I booked my wedding in the peak of prom season so it was very difficult to get limos for my bridal party unless I wanted to book them for 6+ hours. Joanna worked with me and got me the package that I needed without having to spend a million dollars. We did a mini wedding package for me and my girls which was a one way trip to the venue from the hotel and the same for the groom and his guys. We had a bus taking everyone back to the hotel so we only had to worry about getting the bridal party there. We had another one hour package to take me and my hubby back. They had just married signs and flags. The drivers of all 3 cars were so friendly and arrived ahead of time and got us where we needed to be on time! Thank you!!!

I only needed limo service for one hour since our ceremony and reception were in the same place. The Limo Lady was the most affordable around. Joanna was our driver and I also dealt with her when booking and paying. She was so sweet and answered all my questions. The day of, she was so attentive. I highly recommend The Limo Lady!

The Limo Lady is wonderful!! She worked with us on every detail of the transportation and was very personable. After almost signing with a scam limo company, finding the Limo Lady was such a relief. The driver on the day of was prompt and professional and the car was very clean and tidy. I highly recommend them!

Wonderful service. It ended up being super hot the day of the wedding, but our driver was passing around cold water bottles to everyone, even Those not in the bridal party. Such a great help and it was really appreciated. I've used The Limo Lady before and will definitely use them again!

We only needed a driver at the end of the night to take us home. It was only a ten minute drive but he was very friendly. The car was a new lincoln SUV. So comfy and rode nice. Very clean. The driver was funny and sweet.

We rented an SUV to carry the wedding party (4 bridesmaids, flower girl and bride) to the church and then the bride & groom to the reception. Our driver was timely, courteous, and friendly. I would recommend the Limo Lady to anyone in the Baltimore area looking for wedding transportation!

The Limo Lady provided exceptional service to me on my wedding day. She arrived on time with a thoroughly cleaned vehicle. She was more than just a driver, she continuously helped me with my dress and provided suggestions and support when needed. She was a delight to work wtih, and even had celebratory champagne and a gift for my husband and I on our way to the reception. Exceptional service.

I don't think there's enough space here to write exactly what FANTASTIC service we received from The Limo Lady!!!! Our driver was Jeff, and he was wonderful - if you can, try and request him! He wasn't just prompt, he was actually early. He kept me calm and also kept me laughing, which was exactly what I needed that day! I can't rave enough. The ride from the hotel to the church, the church to the reception, and back to the hotel after the reception ended - all of it was perfect. He really took care of us. I chose The Limo Lady because of all the positive reviews I had read and I was not disappointed at all! I only wish I could give them MORE than five stars!!!

I have used The Limo Lady in the past andhave never been disappointed. Our wedding was no exception. We loved our limo driver and he was well prepared for any need that might arise...including a needle and thread that turned out to be quite handy. We would definitely recommend!

I heard about The Limo Lady from her great reviews online and they were all right! From the moment me and my fiance met The Limo Lady she made us feel comfortable and ensured that she had all of our information correct for our flight so that she could get us to the airport promptly after our wedding reception. She arrived ahead of time to our venue in a beautiful, immaculately clean limo stocked with cold beverages that were well needed after mingling with guests and dancing at my reception for 3 hours. The Limo Lady got us to the airport ahead of our scheduled time and sent her best wishes to us on our flight. I would highly recommend The Limo Lady!

I had never been in a limo before....I know. Our driver packed up the car with mine and the Bridesmaid's belongings, helped me into the car, worked with the photographer to get good shots, and coached me and the BM's before we went down the aisle!!! Absolutely FABULOUS!!! I was shocked as to what a great job The Limo Lady did. They really took my pre-wedding jitters away with caring and coaching. Beautiful Limos too!

The Limo Lady herself drove us on our wedding day. She was actually there early, and did a lot of shuttling back and forth between the hotel, picture locations, and the reception. She was so pleasant and helpful (always conscious of getting my dress in and out of the car unharmed). She even gave us a small gift. We were so happy with the service!
