tely perfect thanks in huge part to the incredible Carrie. She is truly phenomenal. Her warmth, organization, and attention to every single detail made our entire experience feel effortless. She checked in with us throughout the weekend, made sure we had everything we needed, and treated our day like it truly mattered to her. This was the first and only venue we toured and we immediately knew it was the one. The charm, the affordability, the incredible food, and the all-in-one setup made it a no-brainer. Ceremony, cocktail hour on the patio with outdoor games, dinner, and an after-party in the tavern… everything flowed so naturally and beautifully in one building. Even the air conditioning was on point, keeping everyone comfortable all day! The staff was exceptional. Audrey was amazing throughout the day, and every single team member was kind, professional, and attentive. One of the sweetest moments was when they poured apple juice into champagne glasses for the kids during the toasts, just one of many thoughtful touches that made the whole day feel magical. Our getting-ready suites were beautiful, spacious, and the perfect spot to start the day. From the small details to the big picture, the Lincklaen House made our dream wedding come true. We are so incredibly grateful and we can’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you, Carrie and the entire Lincklaen team, you gave us the best day of our lives.

ue and sat down for dinner. We were pretty much already sold at this point as the place checked out and the price was right. The bar for food wasn’t too high - we were hoping it was good. Turns out that the food was really great – and we’re NYC foodies. We don’t say this lightly. With the food being very good, we signed on and put down our deposit, which was extremely fair. Liz was our event coordinator and I have to say, she was incredible. She was hyperresponsive, detail-oriented, and answered all of our questions. She helped us workout the timeline of the day to make sure we were able to do everything we wanted. My wife and I run a creative studio in NYC, so we’re extremely detail-oriented. Liz ran with all our ideas, a few being a bit different/extreme, but she never red-flagged us! A big draw was the hotel booking. We would probably do this differently knowing what we know now, but they let us assign guests to each room. It was a pain on our part, but they followed our plan to the T and this was really appreciated. We had a ton of family traveling from NJ and farther away, so this was important to us. We did the rehearsal dinner there the evening before. It also went very smooth. Food was great as expected! The wedding day went EXTREMELY smoothly. The staff and servers were truly awesome. Everyone I came across was extremely kind and helpful. Liz was there the whole time running around, ensuring everything went according to plan. The wedding day dinner was just like the tasting. You never know, right? Cooking for 2 people vs 90 is a big difference. The steak was incredible! After dinner, we walked around for the first time, everything was setup perfectly - photobooth up and running in a great spot. The bar was great. Truly everything was magical and amazing. I cannot stress enough, Liz was extremely responsive. We have well over 100 emails back and forth within 8 months. We did a few video call meetings as we got closer. I know she communicated with the vendors as well. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you Liz and the Lincklaen. You truly made the day perfect. I cannot recommend this venue enough.

ts had wonderful things to say. Carrie is attentive and meticulous. She spent countless phone calls and emails making sure everything was just as we wanted. She coordinated with both our venue and rental company and she and her staff were onsite most of the day working hard to make everything run smoothly. From setting aside appetizers for the wedding party to specializing meals for guests with dietary restrictions and accommodating last minute cancellations Carrie made the day a breeze. Carrie also made us wedding night accommodations and booked our room at Lincklaen House for us. We ran into her later that night when we were checking in, yes, she was still there, just goes to show how hard she works. Lincklaen House has many facets, from its hotel, its restaurant, its catering and historical significance to the town of Cazenovia, it’s a unique place that you don’t want to miss out on. Give them a call, you won’t be disappointed.
