The Links at Hemlock Creek

The Links is a beautiful venue, from the first time we arrived for another couples wedding, I knew that that was where I wanted to celebrate with our families and friends, our special day. At first communication was fine, after it started to get closer and closer to our date it was very hard to get ahold of Sally. We had asked for an approximate price and it was too much & after letting them know our decision it seemed as though we were ghosted. Also, complimentary doesn’t mean free if you’re not having the reception there. An extra $500 is tacked on your bill to use the “complimentary” bridal suites. And by the way, that’s not anywhere in any contract or packet of information given to you. Very unprofessional if you ask me.

Our wedding was absolutely perfect and that is largely thanks to Maureen and the staff at The Links! Maureen is so sweet and was wonderful to work with. She is attentive and kept in contact with us frequently. She is thorough, detail oriented, and organized. She predicted every want or need we had and took care of everything which eliminated a lot of stress for me. The rest of the staff was also amazing! Our guests raved about how delicious the food was! The garlic herb chicken is to die for! Furthermore, they recently renovated and it is truly gorgeous. The floor plan is more open and the dance floor is the perfect size. The view overlooking the golf course is truly beautiful. I cannot say enough positive things about The Links and the staff there. We could not have imagined a more perfect venue for our reception.

I had both my ceremony and reception at The Links. Elyse was extremely helpful, friendly and flexible. I would have my wedding there again in a heartbeat!

We used The Links for everything...rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception. I could not have been happier with my decision. My husband and I live near Philadelphia, 3hrs away from where we were getting married. Elyse was wonderful about communicating with me through email and telephone, and went out of her way to meet with us in person during those times that we were in the area. The food was tasty, the wedding site was beautiful, the service was great, and the price was right. Another thing that I wanted to mention is that my father is fighting stage 4 cancer. There were many moments over the past several months where I wasn't sure how his health was going to affect him on our wedding day...If having the ceremony out on the tee box would be good for him, comfort-wise. Elyse worked with me to take my concerns into account. We had a contingency plan to have everything done inside the dining area if being outside in the elements, even for a short time, would have been too much for my dad. I don't know if a lot of places would have been so accommodating, especially given that we had a very small guest list and a dry reception. Money talks in many venues, and since I'm sure we were one of the less profitable weddings that they had, I appreciated the fact that they didn't treat our day as any less important to them. I highly recommend The Links at Hemlock Creek for a wedding or any other event that you might be hosting.
