I think it is incredibly difficult for a florist to achieve the idea we have in our heads. We use pictures and descriptive words to help but when the florist only gets one shot to pull all those things together, the day of, I feel that is very hard. If only we could have trail runs of bouquets!

hey offered to redo all of them in less than a day; they wound up being perfect also. The 3 pieces I ordered for the chapel were beautiful--I got far more tropicals than I expected considering the price. When one of the vases I rented got broke before it was returned, I wasn't charged any more. Nor was I charged for 2 additional boutonniere's for the preachers that I forgot to order until the day before the wedding. GREAT VALUE!
They did what I wanted within the price range that I had. One of the flowers on my bouquet came out during pictures, which was one of the only disappointing things, but kind of a big deal.Still, for the price I feel like we got what we needed.
