We were so happy with the little wedding band for our wedding. They sounded amazing and were super easy to work with! They kept the vibes great the entire night and had all of our guests dancing.

The Little Wedding Band was hands down one of THE top highlights of our wedding! They were highly anticipated, and they exceeded every expectation—guests raved that the band was one of their favorite parts of the entire day. Matt, the band’s leader, is absolutely incredible—high integrity, so easy to work with, and brought amazing energy to our celebration. Kristen performed at our ceremony (harp and vocals) and completely blew everyone away—it was magical! When it came to the reception, the band kept everyone dancing all night long with their perfect setlist recipe to keep the energy high and the dance floor packed. To say The Little Wedding Band was AMAZING would be an understatement! One first attracted us to Matt's group is they do its all for your wedding, which is not always the case. Not only did the make the process leading up to the wedding super easy but they 10000% delivered day of! They were prepared for everything during the ceremony/officiant, cocktail hour, toasts, speakers and reception! Literally every one of our wedding guests came to us and talked about how Matt and his team absolutely killed it!! Our dance floor was going non-stop all night! Their insanely huge music selection is unmatched and their ability to keep people dancing all night long is an art. All this on top of them having some of the most insane musical abilities we have ever heard!

These guys DELIVERED the goods! Terrific musicians - it’s Austin y’all - but we were blown away by the range of music they could perform, their professionalism and responsiveness to our feedback. Our guests raved about the band and they made the evening all that much more special!

The Little Wedding Band was an incredible choice for our wedding. Their leader, Matt, was a pleasure to communicate with throughout the process. They played all the songs we wanted, and Matt was an excellent MC for the evening. They played a huge variety of genres for us, from dance to country to pop to 90s rock! They even played the Jewish dance song, Hava Nagila, for us and it was the best part of the night. Everyone talked about how great the band was. They played beautiful instrumental music for our ceremony and also played great intimate duets for the cocktail hour. They even learned special songs for my sister and brother to sing during our ceremony. They were extremely accommodating with a complicated amount of requests we gave them for the entire wedding experience. We never heard the word "no" from them! Best of all, my wife and I are both singers and separately planned a surprise song to play with the band, and they learned them perfectly, and surprised both of us completely successfully! Matt and his team were amazing! They helped make our night incredible and kept everyone dancing all night long! They took our song requests and fit them perfectly into their set and played acoustic versions that were perfect for the ceremony (and even were able to change it up the day of when my husband changed his walk-in song last minute!!). Matt and The Little Wedding Band were amazing! They played at our wedding and exceeded any expectation we had! The dance floor was full from the moment they started playing until the end of the night. In between sets, they played hits that kept people dancing until they returned. My husband and I had a huge debate on getting a DJ vs Band - and we did not choose wrong! The Little Wedding Band charged a flat rate for all day, covered the ceremony, cocktail hour, live music and all of the in between! And not to mention, they kept the party going! We did have a Sunday wedding, so a lot of our guests left early. We decided to move the timeline up a little early, but when the new send off time came, we were still all on the dance floor and Matt just kept playing! Best wedding band ever! They learned all of the songs we requested for the dances and they provided a full dance floor all night long!! All the guests told us how they were the best wedding band they’ve ever seen! We had an absolute blast dancing to a perfectly curated list of songs with exactly what we requested genre-wise! We booked the Little Wedding Band for our wedding at Canyonwood Ridge in Dripping Springs, and it was the best decision we could have ever made! The band was with us all day making sure we had the absolute best experience: from Matt playing the acoustic guitar when guests arrived, to providing all the mics for our toasts and ceremony, to keeping our favorite playlists playing during cocktail hour and dinner, and being the absolute best MC to make sure everything was as seamless as possible. The Little Wedding Band really helped make our wedding so much fun!!! We have gotten so many compliments from our guests saying it was the most fun wedding they have ever been to and a lot of it is owed to the Little Wedding Band! I’m going to be completely honest when I say that I was leaning towards a DJ for our wedding but my now wife was adamant on a band. And goodness am I glad i was overruled. The little wedding band was down right awesome. They had the crowd on the dance floor the whole night and were just overall amazing to work with. Multiple people made the comment that they were the best band they’ve ever seen at a wedding and i have got to agree. If you’re looking for a band, you have got to use the little wedding band and if you’re looking for a DJ, forget the DJ and go with the little wedding band. If you want a band, don't sleep on LWB! They had everyone dancing the entire night. I was a little worried because I didn't think people would get hyped with a band but boy was I wrong!!! They were amazing and so great to work with! Everyone kept saying how good the band was at the end of the night!

When my daughter and her fiancé were planning her wedding in Austin, they said they wanted a party! That meant we needed a live band and they had to be great. After reviewing the choices, The Little Wedding Band stood out for their sound. They were super easy to work with. We decided in addition to the regular 4-piece band, we HAD to add brass and we HAD to have a female vocalist. Those additions really made a big difference. We had a lot of guests (who go to a lot of weddings with bands) say they were the best wedding band they have ever seen. They also included the ceremony music. I had so many people tell us they were enjoying the guitar music and thought it was very nice, but when the man starting singing, they were blown away! We HIGHLY recommend The Little Wedding Band!

The Little Wedding Band added such a fun energy to our wedding!! They were great to work with on the phone leading up to the wedding and Dave and his band performed really well on the day of! They got there early to sound check and setup and then ran the music for ceremony, provided mics, MC'd all of the events and toasts and were super friendly and made us feel very comfortable. Band enough!!!! We had the 7 piece band for our wedding and they by far blew our expectations out of the water. Leading up to the day Matt was super easy to work with! I felt like after just a few conversations we were exactly on the same page and that made my day completely stress free, which my groom and I both appreciated. Their performance was interactive and they covered such a range of genres that appealed to all our guests. They kept guests on the dance floor all night. Choosing my favorite vendor seems impossible but The Little Wedding Band was definitely ours! Music was really important for my husband and I and we were really conflicted with how to have the rock concert / Motown party we wanted while also being fun for all of our guests. I should have known LWB would absolutely nail it. Our guests couldn’t believe how amazing of a band they were and each individual musician was extremely talented. Make sure to ask for Dave for front man/ guitar and Marcus for the sax!!!!

TLWB was the perfect fit for our big day across the board. Matt (the band's leader) made the inquiry and discovery process super simple from start to finish and treated my wife and I like rock stars. Every email was answered promptly, the intake form was thorough, and they don't "nickel and dime" you with the specially requested songs. But what drew us to them was their versatile and extensive set list. The value you get with this band is incredible, as they make themselves yours for as much or as little of your wedding day as needed (they played during our ceremony and reception, making sure a spotify playlist was playing during our cocktail hour). The lead guitarist doubles as a keys player which again adds incredible value and while the core band is great, we highly recommend adding on the female vocal to cover a wider spectrum of songs. Definitely give them a listen and see for yourself.

The Little Wedding Band played our wedding in Austin, TX last weekend. We give nothing but the STRONGEST ENDORSEMENT imaginable to anyone else considering them for their wedding! We knew early on that music was going to be one of, if not the, most important things to get right for our wedding. After researching several bands in the Austin area (and there are many great ones to choose from), The Little Wedding Band stood out to us due to their sound and song list. Once we booked them, Matt made the process so easy to ensure we'd get everything we wanted on our wedding day. He and the rest of the band clearly care about making the bride and groom have the best day of their lives, vs. nickel-and-diming to get a paycheck without consideration for the client. We appreciated that level of passion greatly. Not only is the band exceptionally talented and fun, we loved how well they balanced playing songs we requested as priority in our planning list + filling in the blanks with song choices they knew would get the crowd dancing. They even were able to modify a fast punk rock song into a beautiful, slower acoustic ballad to use as our first dance based on our request. It completely wowed our friends! We also were so pleased with the live music they provided during the ceremony and cocktail hour, and since we incorporated some elements of Judaism into our wedding and did the Hora, we also were extremely satisfied with the band's rendition of Hava Nagila. In terms of the reception itself, when you have everyone (people ranging from aged 20s through 70s) on the dance floor throughout the night, culminating in the bride and groom being lifted to surf the crowd during the last song, you know you found a band that brought out every ounce of life among the guests. Many of our attendees told us The Little Wedding Band was the best wedding band they had ever heard, and we agree. Thank you Matt & the rest of the crew for making our day so special. Early on in our planning process my husband and I decided that we wanted a band. Weddings with a live band have a different energy and, in our opinion, have better guest engagement/dancing over a DJ. Then came the daunting task of me chatting with band after band and not finding anyone that we really liked and wondering if I should just break down and hire a DJ. Enter Matt and The Little Wedding Band. They were so much better than so many bands with a vibe that we could get behind. They weren't there to nickel and dime us over ceremony music/etc, they were there to support our day and kept our day flowing. The music they played was amazing, they read the room and kept us engaged the whole night. They started with older music, and towards the end of the night ended with songs that had the younger crowd jamming out to. We picked a couple of acoustic songs to for our ceremony and they were beautifully played (and they did need a little tweaking to be ceremony songs so we were super pleased!). Matt was also incredible in being open to rescheduling as we originally booked him in January 2020 for a December 2020 wedding that we rescheduled for Dec 2021 due to the pandemic. He made the process easy and didn't make us feel bad for the circumstances and was ready to go this year! Thanks to The Little Wedding Band for making our wedding a night to remember!

Matt was incredible to work with -- so easy going and ready to help with anything we needed at all. The band was so much fun on the night-of.. Our only wish is that we would have utilized them more and had a better place for them to play! It was a little tough having them in the corner away from the dance floor, but that is 100% not their fault. We wish our venue had a better place for them to set up so we could have used them for the ceremony music, cocktail hour, AND reception. Definitely use TLWB to their greatest ability! From my first interaction with Matt, I knew that he would be great to work with and help keep the party going on the big day! He scheduled multiple phone calls prior to the wedding, which helped make the day run SO smoothly. Every musician in the group is phenomenal. From the vocals to the instrumentals, 10/10. The Little Wedding Band was FANTASTIC! We searched around for a band in the Austin area that was within our budget, and we feel so fortunate to have found them! They were even better than I had hoped for!!! I would choose them again and again even if my budget was unlimited! Take a look at their website… Matt says he will have everyone dancing, and he is right! Even the grandparents were on the dance floor!! Their song list is extensive and covers every genre! And they do it well! It is amazing! We had a very small ceremony with a larger reception, and Matt also played acoustic guitar for the ceremony which was beautiful. I HIGHLY recommend them and would absolutely hire them again!
