We thoroughly enjoyed the venue! The staff was super accommodating and extremely helpful throughout the entire wedding ceremony and reception! We were originally going to have it outside but because of the weather we decided to change it into an inside ceremony and it was beautiful! They did the change up very fast and moved everything around to be able to sit everyone down! Super helpful and so easy to talk to as well! Loved this venue, if I could do it again I would pick The Lodge!

My husband and I had selected Arrowwood for our hotel block for our wedding. None of our guests really had any issues. My husband and I specifically booked a room for our wedding night and when we arrived at the end of our wedding we were told there had been a mix up and they had allowed a guest to check into our room (even though it had been reserved for bride and groom in our contract and had our names listed) after they’d given our room away to one of our guests they told us that they were at capacity and had no room for us. The gentleman at the desk then called his manager to see what they could do and they managed to find a room for us (which they didn’t charge us for at least) but it was 30-45 minutes of frustration after being awake for 17 hours and on my feet for nearly as long. They have made an effort to make it right which is why I’ve given 3 stars but I’d still recommend confirming and quadruple checking everything if you book with them.

Do not bother... Left several voicemails over a month ago, after weeks of not hearing back was finally given an email, took a few days and finally heard back however I have now been waiting a month for a second email just to find out if the date I wanted was available. At this point I think having anyone here have any part in wedding planning would be a huge mess.

Accommodated to make the day perfect, very reasonably priced. Complimentary honeymoon suit was an added bonus! Highly recommend if you are looking for a reception venue in Brainerd!

We had our wedding reception at Arrowwood Lodge on 4/7/18. We looked at several other venues in the Brainerd Lakes Area before choosing Arrowwood and a few of them had a $10,000 food & beverage MINIMUM (ridiculousness!) We chose Arrowwood because of its rustic charm and cost friendly, but delicious food! Joann helped us plan every detail of our reception from start to finish. Our guests LOVED the water park and bar onsite. We would recommend this place again & again! - Amanda & Chet

I used this vendor as an alternate lodging option for our guests. Rooms are comfortable and clean, waterpark is great and staff is friendly. They offered free shuttle from reception at Grand View Lodge if we booked enough rooms.

Our reception at The Lodge was perfect!!! It fit the theme/mood of our wedding perfectly! The food was exquisite, the space was beautiful, the staff we worked with was very professional and helpful. The rooms are a little on the expensive side, but immaculate and very very nice!!! I was very pleased with our experience having our reception at The Lodge.

The hotel has an amazing waterpark. It was perfect for kids and really made our guests want to stay the night. The food was great and our guests couldn't stop praising the nice rooms. The staff was flexible and very easy to work with. They were there for any last minute request I made.
