The Lodge at Bronze Buffalo Ranch

Lovely, beautiful location, but unfortunately my husband and I had a poor experience with Teton Springs Lodge & Spa. Inquired and had an in-person tour with event planner Milissa, who managed minimal communication with us for the following several months. We called to follow up on an ignored email (which took multiple emails and a phone call to elicit) to be told that she suddenly no longer works there (we were not notified, and we can only assume that she did not hand off any of her work or clients who were in process to anyone who was capable of following up). We were given the name of the individual who “should” be able to help us, and reached out right away to ask for help and explain situation - another ignored email and failed call back (in response to my mother-in-law physically going to the location to discuss the situation with her and proving her own and my direct contact information) later, and we have essentially been ghosted by a supposed professional organization that plans weddings (supposedly) at a MINIMUM $30k price point 5 months into (trying to) lock down a date and plan a wedding. I would highly recommend avoiding these guys unless you have absolute assurance that they will follow through and take a test run with them on communication for a few weeks before booking. The silver lining is that because Milissa was unable to even maintain enough communication to get to the point of a contract, we did not lose any money to these folks… beware.
