e owner is extremely responsive to communication, she aided me with all my questions leading up to the event, and we were allowed to set up the day before and clean up the day after since it wasn't booked by anybody else. There is also a house on the property available to rent if you wish to stay close by.

able to easily accomodate everyone inside and on the porch without feeling smashed in! Also, the owner, Gill, is so easy to work with! He gave us access to the house days before and after which was great for set and clean up! The area took everyone's breath away!
