We got married September 19th and it was amazing. The owner, Jenna was so helpful on the day of our wedding and leading up to the wedding with answering questions, and letting us come to the venue to figure out seating and table arrangements. We had about 150 people at our wedding and the venue easily accommodated this Things we loved about the venue: — Bridal suite (perfect large space for getting ready and hanging out before the wedding, even with separate bathroom for our bridal party. — Grooms suite. Not many other venues had such a large grooms suite area, and it was away from the main barn — Reception space — Covered patio (you could even have your wedding in this are too if the weather was inclement — Separate entrance for kitchen staff — Ample parking on site — Reasonable price — Chairs and tables included — Cross and arbor available for our use (we ended up using both!) — The staff and owner were very helpful throughout the whole process — Easy to get to. No back roads, but very secluded — It is a BEAUTIFUL VENUE! We would definitely recommend this venue for countless reasons.

Sound of Music. Jenna could not have been more attentive especially due to the fact that we were planning a wedding during a pandemic and wedding the plans changed by the week. If I could give this venue ten stars I would have. Weddings are supposed to be magical and this venue is!!!

They are supportive and great to work with. All of my Mother of the Bride stress was met with the owners smiling face and kind words. Even when realizing that we may need security for the reception, they met that request with ease and understanding. The contract is laid out well and covers details for the big day. felt it was important to have a covered pavilion space as a backup ceremony space. Jenna, the new owner reached out to us, she was quick to respond, was informative and helped answer any questions we had along the way. She made several upgrades to the venue, including a brand-new grooms suite, handmade wooden buffet tables, and a stationary bar with draft beer taps inside the reception area. We had our wedding here in October 2020, it was a beautiful day and the ceremony and venue far exceed our expectations. Jenna and her assistant were on site the day of the wedding to assist with any last-minute deliveries and setup details. They helped escort guests and made sure everything ran smoothly. We could not have asked for a better day. Thank you for your support and helping us have the wedding of our dreams.

e inside and transition onto the Pavilion created a prefect wedding flow. It rained the day of but that was no issue with the covered pavilion and large space to arrange tables. The mountain backdrop and large grass areas made for some gorgeous pictures. We had to change venues last minute but hands down The Lodge on Brier Creek gave us everything and more for our big day!

due to Covid restrictions, we had to size down to 25. I was worried that the venue would swallow up the group because it can hold 200 people, but this intimate size on the back patio was wonderful. There was a great breeze on the patio and on the hill where we got married and said our vows, and didn’t feel that hot even on an 88 degree day in June. Jenna was so helpful and jumped right into helping us and our vendors to make sure the day was so special. She is also very responsive with communication and accommodating. She even gave us a little gift of some snacks which was great for after the wedding. We actually got this venue when it was under different ownership, and were initially upset that this could affect our wedding day, but we ended up being more pleased with the new ownership with Jenna in charge. Would absolutely have another wedding at this venue. It is also reasonably priced compared to many other options in North Carolina.

What an absolutely amazing place to start your forever. Eric was very quick to get back in touch with us and cater to our needs whenever possible. He gave us advice on scheduling, set up, views, everything. And there weren’t 100 different people to go through. You get Eric and he answers everything fo you. He does EVERYTHING! And the view. Oh my God the view... I chose to use the pavilion for the ceremony. A big open area with views of the mountains behind you and the bridal party. It was absolutely breathtaking. I still can’t get over how amazing the entire experience was in great part because of Eric and the Gambill Estate. I can’t express enough how perfect the whole experience was there. I recommend it to everyone I know. Thank you Gambill Estate for making my wedding day flawless!

on as we drove down the small country road and saw the picturesque property and mountainside views, we knew that we absolutely had to get married there. The location felt quintessentially "North Carolina," and was an inspiration in itself! A few things differentiated Gambill Estate from other venues we looked at and they stood out to me very quickly: First, the property owner Eric has extraordinary taste when it comes to aesthetics. The venue's fixtures and finishes are lovely and up-to-date. The bridal suite is gorgeous- my photographer and hair & makeup artists could not stop talking about what a dream it was. Shortly before our wedding, Eric had crystal chandeliers installed in the main reception area and they elevated the entire room to the next level! He also maintains the property meticulously. He has established certain guidelines when it comes to utilizing the venue, but all of them were fair and in the best interest of couples enjoying the venue now and in the future. Other venues we looked at showed more wear and tear and were not maintained nearly as well. Eric knows what he is doing and pays close attention to detail. Since I am a direct, Type-A kind of person, I really enjoyed working with him. Throughout the planning process, he was solution-oriented and made some great vendor recommendations. Our ceremony and reception decor included a *lot* of details, and Eric was helpful throughout the entire experience. My husband and I and our families are so thankful to him and are already looking for a reason to have another celebration at the Estate in the future!

ith helping us decide the best layout and schedule for our wedding; he really went above and beyond his role as owner to ensure our experience was the best that it could be. The estate itself is gorgeous and even though it is very pretty in pictures it doesn't even compare to being there and seeing it all in person. The land is so nicely manicured and estate layout is very organized. Inside the estate is very nice with a very shabby chic feel. The inside could be decorated up or beautiful enough for a simple less decorated wedding. The bridal room was my most absolute favorite part of it all!!! The bridal room took this most beautiful pictures and has all the amenities that you and your bridal party would need. Eric truly made our wedding dreams come true and I promise you will not be disappointed if you pick Gambill farms!!

st perfect with large oak trees and breath taking view! The reception barn was large enough to comfortably accommodate all 100 of our guests and is very warm and romantic! I can't recommend this place enough! Eric has poured time and passion into the farm and it shows in every detail!

absolutely beautiful and this venue is one of the most requested around the area. You will not be disappointed in dealing with Eric and your guests will love the views, nature and elegance that Gambill Farm has to offer!

major safety concerns need to be addressed. First is the deck. The gaps in the deck were large enough for women in heels to continually get their heels stuck. This happened all night and seemed to be shrugged off by the owner. Second is the floor in the main room. It's polished concrete which looks nice and is incredibly easy to clean up, but becomes VERY slick when wet. In our case, someone slipped and severely injured himself. Again, this was overlooked by the owner. Another major issue I have is that he flat out refused a mother and her infant baby to sit on the only couch in the entire building. He is very uptight and given that the mother was the sister of the bride who was paying him, he should have allowed it. It's unacceptable to me that the paying customer and her family be treated in this manner. Worst case, the bride buys a new couch for him. Instead, the mother/baby were forced to sit on the incredibly uncomfortable dinner chairs for the entirety of the night. The owner is new at this business and needs to address these concerns if he wishes to stay in business and get recommendations. Because of this, I wouldn't recommend this place. The risks outweigh the reward in my opinion.

kdrop on the misty August day we got married. We got married under a tree and walked down the hill to have our reception in the dreamy barn on Gambill's property. Eric Gambill was such a huge help the day of our wedding as well as the months leading up to our big day. He did so much to help make our dream wedding become a reality: from meeting us at the venue multiple times before our wedding to helping hang things the day of. This property is gorgeous and Eric is incredibly welcoming. I cannot recommend this venue highly enough!
