I cannot express my gratitude enough for this place and the incredible team who made our special day truly magical. Jonathan, the Event Coordinator, could not have done a better job. From the very beginning, he was right beside me every step of the way. He was always there to answer every question, ease every worry, and help guide me through decisions when I needed it. His calm, attentive, and genuine care made such a difference throughout the entire planning process. Jonathan’s dedication poured over into his entire staff. Every person on his team played such an important part in making our day special. Reva took care of me and my family. She was the first one there and the last one to leave, making sure every single detail was taken care of. Her attention to detail and willingness to jump in wherever she was needed meant more to me than I can put into words. What impressed me most was how willing this team was to take all of my creative ideas and bring them to life. They didn’t just help us use the venue—Michael helped us completely transform it into the breathtaking, magical night I had envisioned. I will forever be grateful for the care, effort, patience, and heart this team put into our wedding. They truly went above and beyond, and I could not recommend them more highly. Our wedding was everything I dreamed it would be, and so much of that is because of the incredible people behind the scenes who made it all happen.

My husband Brennan and I had our wedding at The Lodge at Cloudcroft on June 15, 2024, with about 70 guests, including family, the wedding party, and even my brother’s dog. The ceremony was outside at the gazebo, and the reception was inside The Pavilion. I planned my wedding without visiting The Lodge, though my husband’s family already knew the property and loved it. When I finally saw it, it took my breath away – pictures don’t do it justice. The food from the in-house restaurant, Rebecca’s, was amazing. Many guests told me how delicious everything was. Not only do you get an incredibly beautiful venue, but the food is notably delicious. The staff made the weekend unbelievably special. Jon, the property manager and our wedding coordinator, went above and beyond. He regularly checked in with us, answered questions promptly, provided photos, and updated us via text. Jon offered setup advice and ensured everything was exactly as we described. He is kind, smart, and creative – someone I would work with again in a heartbeat. David set up our ceremony, ensuring perfect seat spacing and securing the arch. He was kind, light-hearted, and wished me blessings after the ceremony. David was a fun and helpful addition to the weekend. Kelli, Megan, and the front desk staff were super helpful, handling guest check-ins, questions, and requests. They accommodated various tasks, from storing flowers to booking rooms. They coordinated with vendors, managed lost keys, and assisted with wedding decorations and luggage. Their top-tier customer service handled everything smoothly. Richard, the bartender, was sweet, accommodating, and skilled (try his Al Capone cocktail!). He was exceptionally kind to my family, even when they tried to extend his last call. At the reception, he managed drink requests quickly and adapted on the fly. The housekeeping staff was essential to our experience. They ensured clean and aesthetic backgrounds for photographers and kept everything ready for the next day’s festivities. They provided intermittent cleanings, extra pillows, and towels, and were always kind and sweet. All in all, The Lodge at Cloudcroft provided an unforgettable wedding experience. The beautiful location and exceptional staff made our day magical. Every detail was handled with professionalism and care, allowing us to enjoy our wedding without worry. We are grateful for the memories created at this wonderful venue and highly recommend it for anyone seeking the perfect wedding destination.
