They wanted to charge for the rehearsal i think like $150, but we couldn't get in until 6:30pm the night before and we have a lot of young children in the wedding so that didn't work for us. Had ot have the rehearsal right before the ceremony, but guests thought we were starting and came running in....not cool. not their fault But besides that, like i said the reception was awesome and i give major props to our DJ for that. It was an awesome day we'll never forget!

named Amy told her we could no longer have the back room we were promised so that the bridal party could get ready. Even after showing emails, it took some effort to get what we rightfully paid for. As our ceremony was approaching, there was staff beginning to set up in the back room for whoever rented the place for the evening (we had our ceremony at 2 and did not have dinner here). Not the biggest deal. However, during our ceremony (which totaled 10 minutes) some horrible woman took all of the groomsmen's belongings and threw them haphazardly into a pile on the floor. When I asked to speak to her, she asked if I was the groom and subsequently told me "you should be having a better day and get over it." I was having an awesome day before and after this. It was the only hiccup on our special day, but what a horrible staff. Credit to Jeff who acknowledged the actions of the staff and offered a gift card. That's the only reason I've offered 2 stars.

The cake could have been larger to accommodate the number of people and the dinner buffet could have been available longer. When I went back for a second plate it was taken away already. Though others were able to get multiple plates, I was too busy talking with people and time flew by quickly. I had heard from others the DJ and clean up crew could have done better but did not notice this myself. To me these little things are negated by the affordable costs and taking a lot of the burden of wedding planning off of my shoulders. I feel this was a good balance and have no regrets picking them.

Family owned and operated the owner's son is one of the wedding planners, over and over again he continued to tell us" we don't do it that way " ridiculous their way or the highway sums up how this venue works. During our meeting for the wedding the son received a phone call from a very irate customer, the customer continues to use vulgar language and complain about the venue. While we were at our meeting for OUR wedding he pushes the rewind button so he can listen to the call again while we're sitting there !!!so unprofessional. The day of the wedding we arrive to find there are not enough chairs set up out at the chapel site, We were told that's all the chairs would be out, when the minister arrives he knows this is not the truth and he is out cleaning back up chairs and putting them out again ridiculous! The dinner tables were set up wrong, The owner says there's no way he'll change it , this is the way it!! I physically move tables move chairs taking over an hour. Next the owner argues with me about the way the cake should look I said you're not doing it the way the bride wants it he ignores me. Then on to the bartender, we purchased beer and soda for our guests to enjoy at no charge. The guests were never told. we lost hundreds of dollars. Paid for something that was never used!! The bartender told one of our guest "if you pay me $20 I will allow you to bring in non-alcoholic beer" . I should have called the police. The food was average, we had a buffet the owner's son comes out to cut the beef in a sweaty golf shirt. so unprofessional!!! The head server and the priest are the only two people that deserve A+ review . STAY AWAY !!!!!!!!!

It's cute, but there's just some stuff that is way out of place like a huge TV in a bar. I think that for older couples or more old souls it would be a good fit but for young, vivacious couples it is NOT the place to have a wedding. I also did not like the way the host talked to us. He seemed very "know it all" and just kind of acted as if our questions were stupid.

There was no formal rehersal which left the wedding party a little out of sorts the day of, and I felt like everything was rushed. Some of this could be due to our level of personalization for the ceremony and reception. If you are looking for something that is one-stop, and not very personal, this venue would probably be great. I will say, the photo booth and the dj were fantastic!

ut I personally didn't have the pleasure. Place is lovely and convenient, I just wish I knew my money was going to someone ...pleasant. While I'm focusing on the negative, the needs a kick in the mule in order to get the tables off the dance floor, the dinner on, the cake cut, etc. Tell the DJ your preferences 3x and he is very nice in accommodating. Thank God for ... GOD! So glad he made it amazing!! p.s. I'm not a bridezilla but I guess I'm sometimes hard to please.

I had never been. But I loved how it was all in one place and I could also get my cake, catering and DJ through them. The food was AMAZING!!!! I did not hear any complaints and everyone had a good time. My only concern at first was that there was going to be another wedding before mine and one after. But it all worked out.

We chose our own DJ and own photographer, even though they do offer everything in house. Service was very friendly and made sure to ask me on any questions every step of the way. As to the previous review, the beer is self serve but we knew that ahead of time and honestly didn't mind. There was some minor confusion to our guests because there were two weddings going on. One of our guests put our card into the other wedding's card box because that wedding had the same color scheme and theme going on. We had the situation taken care of and everything else was great.

Bartender put all liquor away by 1030 we had place till 1am that really shut the party down you pay by the hour for the bartender yet the tap beer you purchase isnt server by them its help yourself gave attitude to my guests dj they hired for me late.. they forgot about the cake cutting like they forgot about the napkins, silverware for cake and plates and they butchered my cakes
