. Everyone said it was extraordinary. The vanilla was spectacular. But the absolute best was the groom’s cake: amoretto with salted caramel chocolate icing. Words cannot express how good this cake was. And the design was so special. We are cyclists, and they made a cake with a road and added Lego cyclists to the top. Fun, creative, and delicious. We cannot recommend them enough!

berry cake is so moist and fresh, we instantly knew that was what we wanted at our wedding. We spoke with her about her baking process and that sold us even more than the cake itself. They use quality ingredients and puréed strawberries (not essence) in their strawberry cake! My fiancé and I have booked them for our wedding and are really looking forward to it!

Our cakes tasted AMAZING!! We got whiskey cake with almond frosting for the bride & chocolate cake with caramel frosting for the groom. Our brides cake was absolutely gorgeous with the marble & gold details. And nobody could believe that either cake was real because they were so perfect. We seriously could not have chosen a better bakery.

The staff and decorators were very helpful and kind throughout the process. They did not blink an eye when my husband changed his cake decorations at the last minute. We are so glad that we picked the London Baker for our wedding cakes and will be back for future events.

When she delivered the cake she answered all the questions I had about it and she was really nice. We will always get our cakes from her. The London Baker is the best.

When looking high and low for a baker that could make a cake as magical as the books, Elizabeth’s name came up and I knew I had to beg her. It was a little last minute, but when I emailed her she responded with poise and class, eager to help problem solve. After explaining my vision, she mentioned that she was actually booked solid, but would be more than willing to squeeze it in and help however she could! Working with her as a vendor to pull off a special surprise was the easiest part of my entire wedding. She took care of all the details, and was truly the one thing I didn’t worry about, that way I could just be excited. Not only was her cake FLAWLESS in appearance, it was remarkable in taste. Every part of the cake was delicious. Fondant has always been nasty, on every cake I’ve ever had, but Elizabeth has found a way to make it not suck! It simply tastes sweet but doesn’t detract from the cake itself! The cake was such a work of pure artistry that it was a little heartbreaking to cut into it. However, once we had a first taste of the cake it became a lot easier to cut. We knew we had to devour it! I cannot thank this London Baker enough for everything she did to help make the most special memories for not only my groom, but also my guests. When she brought it in and put on the final touches, there was not an eye in the room that was looking at anything but that cake, and it’s levitating golden snitch. Truly remarkable. The attention to detail and focus she gives her clients is something that sets her apart. Although, has been extremely successful with FOOD NETWORK, her pride and joy is the work she does for her clients, she is humble and kind making sure that no matter what your budget, or your desire, you get a cake that you are truly excited about. I will never go anywhere else for a cake. As a person, Elizabeth is just cool! She is down to earth and loves what she does. She makes you feel like your cake is her favorite to work on. Her personality is one that just makes you feel like a friend you can chat with about anything. That level of trust and confidence in your vendors is priceless. If you want a truly unique cake, made by a truly unique baker, you can hire her knowing that you will get white glove service every time. Her work speaks for itself, but how she runs her business says even more! She made my wedding special and I could not have been more pleased to have gotten to work with The London Baker.
