e venue, when she saw us her demeanor changed. Not sure why since she has great reviews. She said if we want to book the place for our wedding, we would have to put down a NON REFUNDABLE $500 deposit. No problem. We sent her the deposit and communication stops after that. We don’t get replies to none of our questions. My fiancé and I were highly disappointed as we were so excited to finally found a wedding venue. So we reached out again and asked why communication stopped after we gave our deposit and that we wanted a receipt. Finally she answers and ADMITS she was ignoring us and just said “sorry”. Without hesitation she does suggest sending an email receipt BUT says if we would like our deposit to be refunded she will do that. We told her we sent a deposit for a reason and we would like a receipt. She said sure she’ll send it. Never did. So we said screw this and asked for our deposit back so we can give business to another worthy venue. Don’t believe these good reviews. She only gives good treatment to certain people.
