Within a couple of minutes, I will craft an original poem on special cardstock for you and your guests to have as a one-of-a-kind keepsake of your important day! A Little Bit More About Myself! My name is Michael Jasso. I was born and raised in Visalia, CA, and my journey into poetry began over 17 years ago. (more than half my life!) Since graduating from high school, I have been hosting the Loud Mouth Poetry Jam, a community-based open mic and poetry slam, for over 14+ years. In that time I've performed poetry in over 20 different states, published in multiple journals, and have taught poetry with all age ranges from toddlers to college students. My journey into Typewriter Poetry began in the summer of 2025, and since then have written 500+ poems for people from all walks of life. In that same summer, the local Tulare Arts Consortium selected me as their 2025/2026 Artist of the Year. I now hope I can extend my services to you as well as your wedding guests! What On Offer? • Punctuality: I agree to arrive at the venue with all of my supplies ready to set up at least 30 minutes before the scheduled time of service. • Supplies: I will cover all paper materials, ink, and transportation needs. • Options: I own multiple typewriters that each offer a unique personality and font. For any services of at least 2 hours, I can offer to bring at least two typewriters. In addition, I can offer multiple options as far as cardstock supplies to match your wedding's color schemes or themes. • Consultation: In order to help make your day as close to perfect as possible, I offer multiple means of communication: email, text, video call, or in-person meeting. I will respond to all inquiries within 24 hours. • Flexibility: I offer multiple package levels for all different price points, but even I am still willing to offer some wiggle room for negotiation within reason. I can also offer multiple payment plans and methods.
