Hailey Brew is AMAZING!! I can't thank her enough for being so flexible and kind with covid completely throwing a rench in our wedding plans. Due to covid we last minute had to cancel our wedding date and Hailey was so generous that she offered to honor our deposit for her services at a later date of our choosing. We are so grateful for her and her flexibility with us. We know that contractually she had every right to keep our non-refundable deposit and that she is losing profit by reallocating our deposit to another future date of our choosing. Covid has been absolutely devastating to the event industry and vendors like Hailey Brew deserve a shout out for being so generous!

Best money we spent on our wedding hands down! It was so wonderful to have such incredible guidance through the planning process! Hailey was always there to answer any questions that came up for us and she really kept us on track throughout the whole process! Then on the actual wedding day we were so unbelievably grateful to have her and her team there! They handled everything!! The best decision my husband and I made was hiring Hailey as our wedding coordinator! She truly made our wedding day so special and run seamlessly. I felt like I could trust Hailey and her assistant with setting up all of our decorations exactly how I pictured and made sure our timeline went exactly as planned. I cannot say enough good things about Hailey. My husband and I tell everybody having her was the best money we spent on our wedding! I was a bit of a control freak during the planning process and was hesitant to delegate or hand anything off, but Hailey was so on top of everything. We used her Final Detail service. All she really needed was contact information from me for our vendors and then timeline information, then she was able to finalize everything. She is so patient, sweet, organized, and in control. She also helped at our rehearsal and was able to wrangle a lot of people and put me at ease for a seamless rehearsal. She just made us feel so comfortable on the very stressful weeks/days leading up to the wedding. You will not regret hiring Hailey, she’s just the best!

Hailey is the absolute BEST! I did a ton of research regarding a wedding coordinator, because frankly, I would have never hired one had my venue not required it. But let me tell you, it was the best investment I made when it came to my wedding. Hailey is on top of everything! I hired her for day-of coordination only, but she started assisting with everything 5 weeks before my wedding date. She organized contacts with all of my vendors, held my rehearsal, and I can't even go on about how much she helped on the day of our wedding. She decorated everything so beautifully and made my vision for my wedding day come true. You will not be disappointed hiring Hailey to do the job that's for sure. I wish I could go back and do it all over again!

Not only did they handle everything and manage all our vendors but they always seemed to be one step ahead and were right there when we needed them for anything. Plus they were so helpful leading up to our wedding day. Anytime I ever had a question or reached out for anything they would get back to me quickly and be so helpful. Having a wedding planner really saved us because there were so many details we didn’t even think about until our wedding planner brought it up. Hailey and her assistant were a god send ! I debated for a while whether or not to get a month of coordinator but it the end decided I didn’t want to be super stressed the day of my wedding. Hailey executed everything flawlessly and she is so organized and professional. I literally teared up when I first walked into my venue and saw how Hailey had set everything up in my venue. She exceeded any and all expectations I had. She answered all my questions leading up to the wedding and coordinated with my vendors to ensure everything happened on time and the way it was supposed to. I can’t imagine how my wedding would have been if I didn’t have Hailey. If you are on the fence about a coordinator , you will not be disappointed. She is amazing at what she does and I cannot emphasize just how great my wedding was thanks to her !!!

Hailey was a dream to work with!! We hired her for day of coordination and worked out great! She got to know us well and was really great at communicating with us. She always got back to us if we had questions right away! We had so many personal details that we wanted to make sure were done right and she made sure everything came out like we wanted. Hailey was AMAZING! From the moment I met her, I knew she was the one! She is so sweet and genuine. She always made me feel comfortable and relaxed every time we spoke. She was so on top of things. Having Hailey as our month of coordinator was the best decision we made during our wedding planning process. Hailey was amazing to work from the moment we contacted hwe until the very end. After meeting Hailey for the first time, we were relieved to find a coordinator who was so on top of it - she was responsive to our emails, super organized and made sure every single detail, even the smallest detail, was accounted for. On the day of, the setup of all our signage and decor and the execution of the rehearsal, ceremony, and reception were perfect. She has the perfect demeanor and personality to calm a nervous and anxious bride. Even with a few incidents that threw our wedding off course, Hailey stepped in and made it work. It has been exactly 2 months from our wedding date and I am still in awe and overwhelmed with gratitude for all of Hailey's hard work, organization and positive attitude. I had worked with them on another wedding and they were so on top of everything. They were fantastic for my wedding. They made me feel at ease and everything went perfectly. There are absolutely no perfect words to describe just how much Jon and I adore Hailey. Our first phone call consisted of her asking genuine questions about myself, my now husband, our families, and our visions for our wedding. When I hung up the phone I looked at Jon and said, "That may be the sweetest human being ever." There was no question she was the one we needed to make this day happen. From there on she checked in with me often, took the time to facetime me and listen to me ramble, calmed all of my nerves, and never once batted an eye at any idea I came up with. That entire night she took thoughtful care of us and never once did not have a smile on her face. It is obvious she loves her job, and cares immensely about the feelings of the couples she is working with. Hailey is the best! I'm not sure how she did it, but she was able to make our vision for our wedding come to life. Every little, but important detail was taken care of and nothing was overlooked. We built a timeline together and as our wedding date got closer and closer, my vendors started sending me confirmation emails and I kept forwarding all the emails to Hailey and she put it all together. I had to deal with the hundreds of little thing that are involved in putting a wedding together, and she was there to pick up quite a bit of the work load and alleviate our stress. The day of our wedding was flawless and it's all due to Hailey making sure everything was going according to plan behind the scenes. Hailey was a fantastic wedding coordinator and we highly recommend her! From our initial point of contact through the day of the wedding (especially the day of), Hailey was supper responsive, efficient, professional and genuinely kind. She is great at what she does. Not only does she have great ideas/suggestions, (that were lifesavers during the planning process), but she is also on top of every last detail when it comes to day of coordination. Our wedding took place at a restaurant and was rather unconventional (no bridal party, no grand entrance, no parent dances, etc), so we were looking for a coordinator that got our vibe/feel and could roll with it. Having the Love Brewery is like inviting a good friend to follow you around discretely on your wedding day—but better! Because, instead of my own friends or family having to ease my mind, coordinate vendors, keep the tempo, all whilst making sure I have food and drinks throughout the night, my friends and family were actually able to enjoy the entirety of the wedding day while the Love Brewery had my back. (Literally...they helped me with my bustle.) Having Hailey as my wedding planner was the best decision I could have made...besides marrying my husband, of course. She is very professional, poised, and slipped into the crowd to make the wedding run seamlessly. I tend to run on the anxious side, so I appreciate her calm demeanor. I was new to the area and my guests were going to be flying in from the other side of the country. I had no idea where to start, but Hailey made it all possible. Most important to me, she created and employed a wonderful wedding day timeline. She can accommodate any family dynamic and find solutions to any and all issues/problems—thank goodness! During the wedding, she ensured that my family and I knew when our key events were about to take place (i.e. entrances, speeches, dances, cake cutting...etc.). Her timeline allowed for changes on the fly, and I loved how the events unfurled. Thank you, Love Brewery!

Now that I have had couple of days to reflect back on the wedding all I can say is that it was truly magical, amazing and was everything I had envisioned. Hailey is a superwoman with all she can accomplish! She was always on top of everything, and made our special day run seamlessly from start to finish. On top of her professionalism, she is the sweetest person and went above and beyond to ensure everything for our wedding was organized and ran smoothly. Her joy for what she does came through with everything. She did a phenomenal job managing our timeline, providing recommendations, working with our vendors, and ensuring every detail was set up perfectly, including a ballroom for over 250 guests and a good share of silly decorations around the foyer and terrace for cocktail hour. I don't know how she did it! Her thoughtfulness came through in every interaction we had with her, and we had complete confidence in her amazing skills and she did not disappoint! As a couple that has many Type-A tendencies we were hesitant to seek out help in our wedding planning. It took a push from friends to consider looking for a day of coordinator; “This will make your wedding more enjoyable for you”. Someone to handle the tiny details day of, and not really for planning the entire wedding. One of us was very skeptical about leaving such a large part of our important day up to a stranger! We briefly met with Hailey from The Love Brewery in the middle of our wedding planning. Immediately she seemed to click with our personalities. She was very accepting of a couple that came to the table with spreadsheets and detailed plans for how they wanted their wedding to take place. Our skepticisms were almost immediately extinguished. Over the course of the next few months Hailey kept in close contact with us and our vendors. At every turn when we needed something she was available. Thanks to Hailey our biggest stress in the logistics of the wedding day was “are we asking her to do TOO much?”. While we never anticipated depending on a wedding coordinator, Hailey became a sort of safety net for our planning and coordination. Without a doubt our wedding day would not have been perfect without her and her assistant. The day of the wedding Hailey was omnipresent yet invisible to our guests. All while setting up decor, desserts, replenishing hors d'oeuvres, bussing tables, making sure vendors were in their right spot, keeping unwanted guests out, and coordinating schedules for toasts, cake cutting and other wedding activities. At any moment when we felt we had a question about “what was next” she would be right there with the answer ready. Not only can you NOT go wrong with The Love Brewery, I would argue you are doing yourself a disservice to skip over them.

Hailey was so amazing! Very friendly and helpful from setting up a phone interview to booking her as my Day of Coordinator, all the way through the wedding. She took a lot of stress off my plate by helping to cross all of the t's and dot all the i's. She not only set up my day of timeline, checked in with my vendors to make sure everything was on track, made sure everything was set up at the venue the way I wanted, helped guide the ceremony, and so sweetly reminded us throughout the reception of when we had another activity planned such as toasts and cake cutting. She (and her assistant) were always so professional, and you could tell how much she cared about making the day magical for us. If you want your wedding to be amazing you NEED to hire Hailey. She helped me with everything from venue selection to picking out wedding songs. If you think you don't need a coordinator/planner (like I did) you are just dead wrong. No matter how much free time you have, you want someone there the day of to make sure things go smoothly. She was amazingly calm the entire time, but got things done! I am not a high stress person, but wedding planning can bring out the worst in you! Just so MANY details.
