The Loveday Band

My fiancé and I received a recommendation from two friends who used them, so we came across The Knot and found Loveday Band. We read reviews, watched the video, and both of us loved what we heard. Marcel was our point person throughout the planning process, and working with him was an absolute pleasure. He was so responsive and made it easy for us to communicate our ideas. Marcel took the time to understand exactly what we pictured for our wedding music and recommended a 10-piece band based on the number of guests and the style of event we wanted, and his viewpoint was perfect. He also asked about our favorite songs and gave us the option to request special tracks for key moments. We asked for several of our favorite songs to be included in the setlist, and the band expertly performed every single one. We are happy with all services provided, and our guests couldn’t stay at their tables because the setlist electrified the dance floor. Loveday Band played oldies and contemporary songs to ensure all guests had a great time, and every transition was seamless. One very cool thing was the deal: all packages included only two musicians during the ceremony and the cocktail; however, they offered a deal, and I got the full band playing during the reception, dinner, and cocktail because we signed the contract before completing 10 days, which meant we earned a huge discount. As we were supposed to get only two musicians, having music during the entire event made it even more special, and we are very happy with their services. We attended Casey’s wedding, and we loved Loveday band so much. They made perfect transitions to keep the temperature on the dance floor. Marc Loveday assisted us from the beginning, answered all of my questions, and explained how they prepared our wedding to reflect my love story. One of our favorite moments was when the band performed "At Last" for our first dance—hearing that song, with their unique arrangement, truly made the moment unforgettable and brought so much emotion to everyone in the room. I cried, cried, cried most of the time, especially during the secret songs, which touched my husband and me in a way that neither of us could hold it together. Some guests also cried. The band was great, talented, perfect, and electrifying. Our guests never came back to their seats. My parents cried a lot because of their first dance years ago, and, as Barbara mentioned, it’s really not a bar band that overplays wedding songs. Loveday Band created a reception that reflected our love story. All guests are still commenting on this fabulous band and how amazing their work was. I highly recommend Loveday Band for anyone looking for a band that describes their love story with music, energy, and a beautiful atmosphere.
