very smooth process. My only feedback is when booking the trial, there were only two different dates available and I live two hours away, so it was tricky to find one that worked with my work schedule and travel. So I do with they had more days available for trials, but it also probably was a very busy month as I was a June bride! Overall, truly amazing though!

soft, glowy and glamorous. Sky was professional, timely and executed flawlessly. She made me and my bridal party feel so confident. Aislinn did my hair and was equally incredible! She transformed my hair into a whimsical, romantic bun that showed off my highlights and framed my face perfectly. I’ve gotten sneak peek photos back from my photographer, and the up-do photographed perfectly. She was a joy to work with and made me feel so at ease. Both my hair and makeup lasted all night - it looked fresh for nearly 11 hours. Thank you and the team for a fabulous job!

ed. I did extensive research on the options in Columbus and even tried one vendor (for a special event) with disappointing results. What I valued most about Lovely was their super communication skills. In particular, I was looking for a vendor who would be willing to give me the time to communicate exactly the look I was striving for (within realistic limits of course). I had spent time compiling inspiration photos and a detailed description of what I wanted, and while I was hoping most vendors would find that helpful, at least a couple vendors seemed overwhelmed or a bit cold in response to my requests unless they were brief/general (e.g., "soft glam" or "natural"). By contrast, Annie sent me detailed questionnaires well ahead of my trial, which allowed me the ability to describe exactly what I wanted for each part of my face/hair, and gave me ample opportunity to follow up. It was clear that Annie and Tatum both kept close track of the notes they took at my trial and did not need reminders of what we had done at the trial or my feedback afterward. On the wedding day, they were perfectly on time (even a little early, in a good way!) and followed through beautifully. Annie and Tatum are also both warm, sociable, fun people to talk to. I wished I had more time the morning of my wedding just to chat with them. I highly recommend Annie and Tatum!

On the day of my wedding, they both arrived right on time and were really efficient getting to everyone’s hair and make-up and we finished up with time to spare. They also vibed really well with my bridal party and we had a great time with them! Everyone was super happy with their looks. The hair and make-up both lasted ALL night with minimal touch-ups despite a ton of crying, dancing, and sweating! I couldn’t be more impressed, and I got so many compliments on both. My hair and makeup girls were so much fun, so patient, and took my inspiration and turned it into reality. I felt totally comfortable giving them feedback as needed and any changes were made without batting an eye. Their extension program is so great too and honestly reason enough to book them!!!

For Annie, she is a miracle worker. I went for a full glam makeup look and it turned out better than I could have imagined. I felt more beautiful than I ever have before (and my makeup also lasted all day). If you are looking for hair and makeup artist look no further and book both of these ladies! You will not be disappointed.

view was so fun and they walked me through my vision and made it come to life. Everyone raves about my bridal makeup on my wedding day, and my bridesmaids all loved their makeup too! The professionalism, customer service, and talent is above and beyond what I expected. I also recently took a makeup class as they just started offering that service! It was incredibly informative and so much fun learning how to actually do my makeup. I learned so much and ended up purchasing a lot of new products they used or recommended for me! I just tested out the new techniques and products for my birthday, and my foundation and face makeup actually lasted the whole night which was something that I’ve never been able to achieve before! I used to hate wearing makeup but now I’m actually excited to keep practicing. They’ve helped me feel more confident and beautiful and I'm so thankful for them! Highly recommend!!!!

I was nervous since every one of my bridesmaids wears a different amount of make up on a day to day basis. However Brides By Blake really tailored to what each's of my bridesmaids wanted while still giving an overall cohesive look.

She actually has her own studio where she is professionally trained to help with acne. She started me on her acne boot camp. I have tried EVERYTHING for my acne and she saved my skin! We worked on a skin regimen during the months leading up to the wedding and I can't believe the way my face looked the day of. I would have been fine wearing no makeup at all. reschedule my 2020 wedding due to the Pandemic, then I had some life changes, and then my original venue closing down but completely and Brides By Blake was soooo sooo so unbelievably helpful and understanding. I was very impressed with how easy it was to work with the stylists at the trials. I felt the most beautiful I’ve ever felt in my life on my wedding day. I remember some of my bridesmaids strutting around the hotel room saying “wooooww I look good!!” Hahaha and they sure did look amazing! They put love and attention into everyone that day.
