!!! I don’t have a single complaint. Our wedding coordinator, all of their preferred vendors, and everything in between were PERFECT!!

! During the planning process, they were always quick to answer any questions or concerns I had. It felt like they were just as excited as we were about our wedding day and it really made the whole process that much more exciting. On our actual wedding day, everything was so easy and they did an amazing job helping bring our wedding vision to life. They checked on us often and always made sure we had what we needed and checked on how I was feeling which showed they truly care about their wedding couples. We honestly could not have picked a better venue and team to work with!

for the bride and groom. There policies were straight forward and they were always quick to respond to any questions. The wedding went very smooth with the Luminaire staff working closely with the vendors. We received many compliments on the location of the venue and how beautiful the facility is. I highly recommend them for your next event.

The packages they have make planning so much easier, no need to look all over for vendors as they have the main ones in the package and they are worth it! ny style of wedding. Their staff was so welcoming and efficient. The day of was perfect and they were always checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed. The bridal sweet is spacious and beautiful. The grooms house is perfect for the guys to hang out and relax. The grounds are so pretty…we had a winter wedding so we didn’t get to experience the beauty of all the greenery and blooming flowers but there are still places to take good outdoor pictures regardless of season. The circle bar is a great feature, allowing guests to be served from both the foyer and the ballroom. The chapel is stunning and the lighting at night was just beautiful. Thank you to The Luminaire staff for helping to make my daughters wedding day perfect!

the venue a year and a half ago to the wedding this past weekend was amazing! We chose to select an all inclusive package that included the venue space, food catering (Churrasco's), cake (Cakes by Gina), flowers (Bramble and Bee), and DJ. They made it very easy to set up the meetings with each of our vendors that were included. The venue has a contract with a bar and they set you up with a meeting with them as well to select what you want and you pay that separately. We had 3 meetings with our event planner, Mary, in the year leading up to our wedding that were all very helpful. I was one who asked for lots of suggestions and she was always more than happy to help! Mary was also our day of coordinator and we can not thank her enough for making our day so great!! Our event manager, Rachel, was also so helpful and running all around for us the day of! I would 1000% recommend The Luminaire!

coordinator, went above and beyond to help make our wedding day perfect. She's very good at what she does and completely understood my vision from the start. From the planning process to the actual wedding day, she was with me every step of the way to make sure my vision came to life. Rachel, the venue manager, was also amazing and helped us in any way she could. Even the venue owner, Balie, was super helpful and stopped by on our wedding day to give us her best wishes. Literally, the entire staff was a joy to work with and made the entire process enjoyable. I can not recommend this venue enough!!

bridal sweet is comfortable and easily fits the wedding party, and the grooms suite leaves the men entertained for hours. There packages are also very versatile and in my opinion very reasonably priced. The only thing on the package I wasn’t super in love with was the catering (All Star Catering). It just felt like The Luminaire itself was on a higher level of class than the catering. However, other than that, five stars all the way around. If you want a relaxing, smooth, FUN, wedding, then this is the place to go! Mary and the whole staff are so sweet, accommodating, and above all else professional! I wish I could have a wedding there every month <3

ent we drove up past the lakefront and saw the venue, we were in awe of its beauty. Leslie was very welcoming during our tour, giving us the history while not leaving out any details of what they offered. We were in awe of the areas within - the chapel, bridal suite, groom's suite, reception area, as well as the well-maintained grounds it is on. Other staff members there were also so very friendly and professional. After touring a few more, we knew The Luminaire was the place to be and booked it as soon as we could so as not to lose the chance at the date our daughter had chosen. Over the next several months of planning, the staff was quick in responding to all of our calls and emails and offered many suggestions along the way. Our venue coordinator, Sheena, was the absolute best to work with! She was very efficient, professional, and always quickly responded to all of our inquiries. When the wedding day arrived, everything at The Luminaire was exactly as planned from the very beginning until the very end. With the other vendors we had chosen along with our wedding planners, everything came together exactly as we planned and how we imagined, making this day more than just a memorable occasion, but also the wedding day of our daughter's dreams! We would not have changed one thing or had it any other way and are so thankful to the staff of The Luminaire and their beautiful wedding venue!

ktail hour and the grooms suite being just as nice as the bridal suite was really important to us! We met Leslie on our tour and she was so sweet and kind. Then we signed and got to have Mary as our planner! I cant say enough good things about Mary!! She worked with us through planning meetings and taught us things we would’ve never thought about. She helped us stay organized and come up with new ideas. The week of our wedding, Mary was absolutely phenomenal, when I didn’t think it could be better than it already was! She was in constant communication with me for my millions of questions that I would think of while getting ready for the wedding weekend and took care of anything we needed. She helped us with our rehearsal and it was awesome getting to feel that she was just as excited as we were about our wedding! The day of though, Mary blew us away! There was no stress the entire day, everything ran on time perfectly, if not early, on our schedule! Mary was so sweet and truly took care of us like family on our wedding day. We had so much fun celebrating with her and couldn’t have made our dream wedding come true without Mary and The Luminaire!! 💛💛

g so many vendors chosen it really helped in the planning process! Mary, the venue manager/day off coordinator/angel was worth her weight in gold. She is kind, helpful and goes above and beyond. I can’t say enough good things about her, the venue or the package. Our wedding was a DREAM because of this team!

n vision for this venue and we trusted they would deliver. And boy did they deliver. Picking a package was easy and the vendors in their packages are top notch. The package we got came with a wedding planner/coordinator. Mary David literally took care of everything. All my questions, no matter how dumb I thought they were, she thoroughly answered. She was attentive to our wedding style and vision. The day of the wedding, we talked about table numbers and that’s it. I gave her the extra decor I bought for the day of and she seamlessly put everything where I envisioned it. The luminaire will forever have a special place in our hearts! We cannot thank them enough for making our special day the best day of our lives💜Also, shout out to their day-of staff! I can’t remember all their names, but they were so nice and helpful!

tunately, the venue's chapel -- with its high ceilings, lovely lighting, and impressive floor-to-ceiling windows behind the altar area -- was a gorgeous back-up location. Just as important, the Luminaire team runs their operation like a well-oiled machine, even though the venue opened only a month or so prior to our November wedding. They respond to emails promptly (even if you don't return the favor 😬), they were understanding/accommodating of our deep anxiety regarding COVID risks (I lost my father to COVID in August 2020 and didn't want to risk spreading it to anyone else), and they work to make sure your wedding day is everything you and your partner hope it will be. HUGE thanks to Balie, Leslie, and the rest of the team (and, of course, our amazing planner) for taking care of literally everything so that my partner and I could focus on the most important part of the day -- celebrating our love for each other.

Their online portal made payment super easy, & the private facebook group Luminaire Brides was an awesome way to ask questions & see what other brides were doing for their weddings. The team really goes above & beyond to make your experience with them very special & personalized. Our whole wedding experience was so amazing, especially during COVID. We booked the venue when they were still building in February & when COVID hit they made us feel so at ease. We literally had no concerns because of how quick they were to answer questions, & to reassure us that they would be with us every step of the way, no matter what happened. We loved all the complements that friends, family, and even our vendors were giving us on how beautiful the venue was. It made us feel on top of the world! It's been almost two months since we were married and our guests are still raving about how perfect our day was. I can’t thank Leslie, Balie, Carl, Travis & the rest of the team enough!! I absolutely love them and it was such an honor to have them be apart of such a special time in me & Sterlings life.

From the owners, to the staff everyone was a pleasure to work with, and we truly felt cared for the entire process. Our guests absolutely loved the place, and of course so did we! We were able to have our first wedding with the venue to which the couple had to find a new venue due to the Covid aftermath, and The Luminaire had many solutions to assist with the unfortunate events the couple encountered.
