THIS WOMAN AND HER BUSSINESS IS A COMPLETE SCAM SHE LIES ABOUT GIVING THE DEPOSIT BACK. HER NIECE CAME IN AT THE END OF THE EVENT AND STARTED RECORDING AND TAKING PICS WHILE WE WERE IN THE MIDDLE OF CLEANING AND SENT IT TO THE OWNER BUT WE HAD THE BOOKING UNTIL 9PM AND SHE RECORDED AT 8:15PM AND USED THIS AS SUPPOSED "PROOF" THAT WE DIDN'T CLEAN EVEN THOUGH WE DID. WE EVEN ASKED HER NIECE IF THERE WAS ANYTHING ELSE SHE NEEDED US TO CLEAN AT THE END OF THE EVENT JUST TO MAKE SURE WE GOT OUR DEPOSIT BACK, WE EVEN MOPPED AND SWEEPED THE HALL. HER NIECE SAID EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT AND WE WERE GOOD TO GO AND THEN SHE EMAILED US SAYING SHE IS KEEPING THE DEPOSIT CUZ WE LEFT A MESS EVEN THOUGH WE DIDN'T AND THEN SHE STOPPED ANSWERING THE PHONE, BUT APPARENTLY THIS WOMAN CLAIMS TO GO TO CHURCH BUT SHE HAS NO FEAR OF GOD WHEN SHE SCAMS PEOPLE WHO CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES AND STOPS ANSWERING THEIR CALLS.

The owner, Denthea, claimed we did not clean up or take out the trash. I was there right until the end of our time (9pm) and personally took out the trash to the dumpster. We also swept and mopped, which was not part of the contract. Her niece came at 8 pm and watched us clean for an hour. There were at least 10 of us running around trying to clean up and put things away. We asked her niece at least twice what else we needed to do because we didn't want to lose the security deposit and she said there was nothing else. So, at 8:56pm we left. About 30 min later, I had to return because we forgot one of our boxes. The next event was already setting up.
My friend tried to contact Denthea several times via phone, but she never answered. She texted the owner to ask for pictures of the hall to prove her claims of the hall being left a mess and never got a response. When Denthea did respond via text, she said she would return her call once she got out of church. It's been 10 days and she still has not called my friend (only sent her an email)....someone might want to check on her...should could still be in church.
Don't bother booking this place unless you want to be scammed and lose $250.

as not cleaned. Decor was being taken down an hour before the time slot was over and we personally took the liberty to clean and mop the entire room. Everyone left the hall well before the hour was over. Very unethical way of handling business by sending someone during the event to take pictures to say something was not done. Would not recommend to anyone unless you want to be out of your $250 deposit which the owner will keep by scamming you.

icely. It included centerpieces (which we didn't use because we had our own), tablecloths, charger plates, nice green photo wall for pictures! She was very timely which was important because we had a lot to set-up. She also made sure we had hand sanitizer and masks for guest during the pandemic. The customer service was 200% awesome! I definitely will come back again and I would recommend for anybody that wants a really nice venue that has all of the fixings. You won't regret it!
