I worked with the team at Luxe for my wedding this past May and I was super pleased!! I have naturally curly hair, and Jessica did an amazing job! Cassie did my makeup, and she was super talented as well! Both ladies were so sweet and great to work with! I’m also so impressed that my hair and makeup still looked flawless at the end of the night! Everyone in my bridal party’s hair also stayed in place all night which I feel like usually doesn’t happen. They also were super efficient. Given I’ve been in weddings that ran behind, I was nervous seeing the schedule and built in my own buffet. But they were 100% on time and I was so impressed. So don’t question the process! Anyway, I read reviews while digging, and so I hope this can help a future bride! I was very pleased with their work!

I have a pesky cowlick in the front of my head that she was able to work with and make lay nicely and she was able to put my long hair up without having any pins poking me all night. It was so comfortable that I forgot I even had my hair up and it lasted all night. The makeup was beautiful and lasted. Some parts needed a touchup after many happy tears that day but she was great about giving everyone that got makeup done a touchup kit so all I had to do was bust that out and I was back like brand new.

Morgan arrived early to her scheduled time as well and worked so quickly to make sure myself and my girls looked and felt our absolute best! Starting at the trial it was $75 for hair and $75 for makeup and tips, I was unhappy with the results of makeup so I rescheduled another trial with another stylist in her company. ...
I then had to pay another $100 for makeup plus tip. The wedding day they were rushing and very ahead of schedule so people were worried their hair and makeup wouldnt stay since they started at 9am and the ceremony was at 5pm. We had 9 people needing both hair and makeup and only 2 stylist came so thats why they staretd so early. They said they would do touchups after before they leave. The plan was to be done at 3pm for photos and they were done at 1:30 and then packed up and left. People asked for things to be touched up and they said "it looks fine" and left. The photographer came at 2 and asked for one of them to pretend to do my hair an makeup for some shots and they refused and said "we were just leaving sorry." Then I was thinking I would get somewhat of a discount for paying $350 for both trials and ended up paying over 350$ for hair and makeup and a travel fee ($75) when their office is 10min from the venue.

with the services is that there was very little communication from Morgan the owner before the wedding day. I had to email her multiple times and call her retail store to get ahold of her to figure out how to get a trial done before the wedding, and that was a little frustrating. The work by the artists was amazing though, and at the end of the day everyone was beautiful and happy.

g day, and received a lot of compliments! The other contracted hair and makeup professionals did a great job for my mom, mother-in-law and bridesmaids as well. My only issue was I wish I had been told more details in advance about what payment methods each contracted professional accepted. Some of the ladies took credit cards, but one only took Venmo and came to me for her whole bill, which I did not have enough in my bank account at the time to Venmo that whole amount with tip and I had to have a friend take care of it for me for me to pay back later. So as a piece of advice, just check in advance with Morgan to clarify which payment methods are accepted and if all the girls have a credit card reader, or if only one of them does, that they communicate about sharing it.

Everyone’s hair stayed all night. I’m just blown away. I saw all of her rave reviews prior to choosing her and it almost sounded unreal, too good to be true if you will - but goodness if she didn’t live up to the hype, and completely exceed expectations. There’s literally nothing she could have done to make it more perfect and free from stress.
She even calmed my nerves when I thought I was going to throw up and pass out (no idea why, guess it’s normal). She let me meditate while she did my makeup and eat while she did my hair 🤣. I am a beyond happy customer. Y’all seriously need to look no further.
