The M Resort

Wow! first of all I had the Ceremony at the pool and it was amazing. The Cat walk was crazy and the lighting was so beautiful. The cocktail hour was at the bar by the pool and the weather was perfect. Once the guest got to the lux it was amazing. The view was fantastic and I don't think you can get that at any other Vegas Venue. Mariann was Amazing!!!!! she was the best wedding coordinator and made things easier for me. I did not get a wedding planning. Heck I did not need one. She was the best and went beyond her role. She is definitely a reason why anyone should choose the M Resort. the environment was classy and my theme was black tie. Everyone complemented on the wedding and said it was the best wedding they have been too, which is definitely awesome to hear. I had a budget and was able to not go over it, yet make the wedding look like a 6 figure wedding. The food was amazing and everyone praised on how delicious and non wedding food it tasted. the plated food is the way to go and Mariann allowed me to get the options of 4 different dishes for my guest. I appreciated how much they catered to my needs and give us a signature drink. The guest even said the bartenders were really quick with serving and the waiters brought a good friend of mine a cup of bacon. That was such a great gesture!!! Everyone enjoyed themselves. Would pick this place again in a heartbeat.

We had our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception in The Lux and The M Resort. We loved it so much! I fell in love with the venues view. One of the best things was they allowed outside vendors which was great because it gave us some freedom to choose out Vendors. Mariann and Missy were great to work with. All of our guests loved the food, the view and the open bar.

Mariann was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was so positive and so well organized. My husband and I still cannot believe how great our wedding was. Mariann always was there to reassure us throughout the planning process. Our wedding was the best night of our lives and we can not thank Mariann enough for everything she did. She is one of a kind and I am so fortunate that we were able to have her as our wedding coordinator at The M Hotel. Thank you Mariann!!! Ciara & Nick

My husband and I had the most wonderful experience with Mariann and her team at the M Resort resulting into a dream wedding day. Mariann and Jackie helped us plan our wedding ceremony/reception with impeccable customer service as well as professionalism. I am a perfectionist, so when it came down to our wedding planning in reference to the venue, food, cake, and decor Mariann provided flawless service which put my mind at ease. I truly appreciated the honesty as well as genuine efforts from Mariann and Jackie which led to a perfect wedding day. I have nothing but the best to say since they are AMAZING to work with!

We had our dream wedding come to life, and truly owe it all to Mariann! We cannot thank Mariann and her team at the M Resort enough for making our wedding seamless, and so beautiful. Mariann was so pleasant to work with, and helped us with all of our requests (even the crazy ones). She was always available when we needed her, very attentive to the details, and made us feel confident in our decisions. There was no doubt to have our wedding at the M Resort. Not only for the beautiful resort, but the history behind it. My husband and I met at the pool when the M opened back in 2009, never thinking we would be getting married in the same spot 6 years later. So walking the catwalk and having a poolside ceremony was a MUST. Mariann calmed my nerves and always had a backup Plan B & C in case there was bad weather etc. She made us feel confident we did not need a wedding planner, and completely took on that role. The day of the wedding we started 20 minutes later than expected, however Mariann was still able to execute our timeline of events seamlessly. It truly was the best day of our lives. We couldn’t have imagined a more magical, perfect evening. Our wedding cake was stunning, and it came to life by the amazing Chef Isla (winner of Food Network’s Cake Wars). Our friends, and family keep telling us how beautiful the venue turned out, and how spectacular the food was. Hearing those things mean a lot, definitely confirming how happy we are we had our big day at the M.

My husband and I heard nothing but positive feedback about our wedding at the M resort! But more importantly than that, we had the best night of our lives! From the ceremony on the stage at the hotel's beautiful pool to the venue on the top floor of the hotel (Lux), every detail was perfect. Our wedding coordinator Mariann Clemens and her staff handled everything better than we could have dreamed.

Our ceremony was held at our local church. The reception was inside The Lux at the top of the M resort. My catering manager was Tina Randall who did everything in her power to get anything I needed and if she could not then she would refer me to the person who could. It did take a couple days or so for her to return and email or call but I am sure she is a very busy woman and I did send her a ton of emails. The night was amazing and my groom and I felt very pampered and waited on constantly. Worth the money and the view was amazing.

The M Resort went above and beyond to give us the most AMAZING Wedding a Bride and Groom could ever ask for. We had about 130 ppl attend our wedding in July 2014 from all across the country as well as locally and we are still getting texts and calls that our wedding as the BEST wedding they have ever been to. That makes me proud! To know our guests had as much fun as we did is a success. None of this would have happened without the coordination made by M Resort wedding planner Mariann Clemens. She was amazing to work with giving us great advice on vendors to use as well as being 100% honest on everything. She actually talked me out of doing things that weren't necessary, which I believe other planners would have done differently. She saved us a lot of money!!! That's unheard of! The M Resort is a beautiful venue to get married at that everyone will enjoy. LUX offers a breath-taking view of the city without being "IN" the city if you know what I mean. I highly recommend it to anyone. The food, view, service, and value was perfect!! Thank you M Resort for making our special day Perfect!

I wasn't going to have my wedding at just any casino/hotel. Many of our guests had never been to Las Vegas and we wanted them to have the nicest, classiest experience in our town. The M delivered beyond our highest expectations. I never thought anything would go wrong but I was pleasantly surprised at how well everything went. The M has the ambience that the country club venues lack. Their staff is first rate. Our wedding coordinator went above and beyond to make our day as special as it could be. We did a poolside ceremony and used the Lux for our reception. Both are amazing but the Lux has to be the top reception venue in town. Amazing views, beautiful decor. Many of our guests have told us earnestly that it was the most wonderful wedding they have ever been too. The food was amazing - I have friends still raving that it was the best steak they've had in years. The reception cost ran about $100 a head with the open bar - but there are additional costs to keep in mind as well. I would highly recommend the M to anyone looking for a venue - it provides a level of fun mixed with sophistication that many other places lack.

We could not have chosen a better location for our Vegas wedding! Coming from Texas, we had to do our initial scouting online. When we came across some pictures of their pool being used as the ceremony site, I was pretty much sold already! Once we narrowed down our choices to a handful of locations, we made a trip out to Vegas to view each sight firsthand. Upon making the drive out to The M (which is about 10 miles south of Mandalay Bay) my wife was second guessing the venue before we got there. However, those thoughts soon changed. Upon walking in, we were greeted with a sign welcoming us to the M.. a small, simple gesture.. sure.. but that simple gesture was something no one else even bothered with, and would later go to show the level of care and detail that The M puts forth when it comes to planning your event! We met with Mariann, who I can't say enough great things about to this day! She was wonderful! She showed us around the hotel.. out to the pool where the ceremony would be, around the lobby, casino, and then, lastly, up to Lux where the reception would be held. We took the private elevators up to the top floor. When the doors opened, we were greeted by floor to ceiling windows that overlooked the entire Vegas strip! It was at this point that my wife was officially sold! Mariann and her crew did a wonderful job throughout the entire process! She was always on top of things, quick with a response with emails, and always made us feel like we had nothing to worry about! I'm a realist.. and I understand that it's her job to make us feel that way.. but truth be told.. there are people that are absolutely amazing at their jobs and also folks who do it for the paycheck. Mariann fits the former category to a T! It's clear that she enjoys her job, and that she truly wants to make sure that the wedding you are planning is going to be as amazing in person as you play it out in your head. Our wedding was absolutely wonderful thanks to Mariann and all the great staff at The M. We will definitely have nothing but wonderful memories of our wedding day and couldn't have made a better decision for a destination wedding. The M Resort will definitely be our new home away from home in Vegas! An amazing hotel, amazing staff, and it's just far enough away from the strip for those that want a more refined and elegant experience yet still close enough to the strip for those looking for the quintessential Vegas adventure. They also offer free shuttle service to and from the strip and the airport, although we did not take advantage of those services while we were there because we had rental cars.

If anyone is considering getting married in Vegas, or if you are a local (like ourselves) trying to decide where to get married the M is the place do it! I can not say enough about the M and their staff, Mariann (the wedding coordinator) was amazing to work with. She made sure out night was stress free and perfect! The ceremony was between the two large pools at sunset and our reception was upstairs in Lux, rooftop, with stunning views of the strip. The food, they customized an Asian fusion sit down dinner for our guest, was delicious! All of our guest could not stop talking about how good it was. The cake was perfect, it looked just like the picture I sent in and the service was top notch. We also added a prem bar to our wedding package and a customized wedding drink, so worth it, the guest loved how custom our wedding was. Our wedding so elegant, classy and a dream come true. We had looked at menu venues in Vegas, there is no lack of venues, and after meeting with Mariann we knew the M was our place! And your guest will have a great time staying at the M as well, close to the airport and they have a shuttle to and from the airport and to the strip. My husband and I can not thank the M enough for making our wedding night perfect for us and for all our guest! Thank you Mariann!!!!! Also, the M works with amazing vendors, so no worries there! I did fly my photographer in but I used all their suggested vendors.

I cannot say enough about the quality of service we received through the wonderful banquet staff at the M Resort. From start to finish they were committed to giving us what we wanted and were respectful of our budget. The resort is absolutely gorgeous with beautiful rooms, an amazing pool, and excellent restaurants for our guests to enjoy. Our guests could not stop commenting on how amazing the resort was. They have lots of variety in terms of venues for your ceremony and reception. We got married around the pool and held our reception in the unconventional Ravello night club which our guests absolutely loved. The day after the wedding we held a pool party for all of our guests at the Dayrdream Pool Club. It was a party from start to finish. Some brides may be concerned about staying at a resort further from the strip but it is ideal. All of our guests stayed together for the majority of our events in the evening and took the complimentary shuttles to the strip during the day. It allowed for us to still have a very intimate wedding while still being in the Las Vegas action. If we could do it all over again we would definitely choose the M Resort as our wedding venue.

The M Resort was the perfect place for our wedding. The quality and service was exceptional! I could not have asked for anything better! Tina (catering manager) was AMAZING and she was always there for any questions I had!

We chose to have our wedding dinner at the M Resort - more specifically, at the Studio B Restaurant, in their private room. The Buffet was amazing - so many options and choices to satisfy everyone. I dealt with a few different managers (between our initial reservation and the day of the wedding itself), and everyone was prompt in their replies and very courteous when dealing with me. I would like to give a special thanks to DS (the manager on duty that night, and my initial contact) as well as Julie (whom I spoke to on the phone during the weeks leading up to the wedding). Both were very professional and helpful, and eased my worries every time I spoke with them! We were seated in our private room shortly after we arrived at the restaurant and didn't have to wait in line at the buffet - everyone was served right away. We were able to plug in an iPod in their sound system so as to play our music during dinner, which was a nice added touch. Our photographer was also able to take pictures throughout the evening, and even managed to get some nice pictures of us in the buffet lines! Oh, and the food really was very good... Their buffet is listed among the top 3 in the city! We were there for the seafood dinner buffet, and they did not disappoint. We were very pleased with our experience and, while the M Resort is located off the strip (the only downfall!), it is worth the drive when considering their prices and the quality of the food.

The M Resort was the perfect place to hold my wedding. Tina is the best in working with you and I highly recommend her. Great job on the Mad Hatter cake and the food got nothing, but compliments. The only thing that I had to complain about was the air temperature at the LUX. It was incredible hot, not just because I was the bride, but for regular dressed guests. All-in-all, the best experience of my life. Thanks Tina!

Mariann from catering was AMAZING!!! She took care of everything! Everything was perfect!!! The view from the Lux is spectacular, the patio is great but the food was absolutely delicious. Our guests are still talking about our wedding!!!!

This hotel has it all! A great wedding package, the staff was more than accomodating, and the venue was breathtaking. I would HIGHLY recommend this venue...it was amazing!

We held my spa day here and it was awesome! Spa was beautiful and we ended up having our mini honeymoon there as well. Suite was gorgeous.

Outstanding hotel. Stellar customer service. Delicious food. Beautiful, modern and elegant accomandations and atmosphere. I was extremely impressed.
