This is a pay by person venue so if you are looking to have a smaller wedding it’s a complete steal. Tables, linens and chairs we included and they also have an on site officiant for a small fee. Dawn who works there is incredibly sweet and amazing. You can also take pictures inside the historic mansion and it’s a beautiful backdrop for wedding photos. Only cons is there is no available kitchen for catering so catering companies will have to bring a mobile kitchen. Because of this I would recommend drop catering or a food truck for this venue. I did a food truck and it was great. There also is not a lot of on site staff so if you are having a larger wedding I would recommend getting some of task rabbit. But this venue was perfect for my intimate micro wedding! They really help keep things affordable and it’s extra perfect if you are a DIY bride because they allow you to have a lot of control of decor, venders, bar, etc.
