The Madison Venue

The Madison was constructed in the early 1900s as the residence of the upscale faucet manufacturer Republic Brass Company. We became enamored with the space's history and potential future after it had been abandoned for years. As event planners, we were confident that we could combine the space's historic industrialism with contemporary minimalism to create a setting as distinctive as the guests. The Madison, the leading venue for Cleveland's most important events, opened its doors in 2018 and was built to combine the best elements of the past and present-day. It is located in the center of the Midtown Cleveland. The possibilities are endless at The Madison. Don't be fooled by the minimalist style; we've considered every possibility and are prepared to design an event that goes above and beyond your expectations. Every element of The Madison, from the architecture to the aesthetics, is intended to encourage creativity. The open layout, twenty-foot ceilings, and white brick walls make for a stunning minimalist backdrop for your event or the ideal blank canvas on which to tell your own special tale. We can do the ceremony on-site in six different ways at the Madison Venue. The Patio and our main dancefloor ceremony style are two of our most popular choices. Our goal is to try to come up with something special for the reception that sets each wedding apart from the others. To ensure that no two weddings at The Madison look alike, we strive to personalize and create each one. Together, we create a 3D floor plan and design layout to demonstrate the potential of The Madison Venue. With the goal to help you create the atmosphere you desire, The Madison also offers you a good selection of in-house rentals. We assist in capturing those moments for your visitors without charging extra by providing a digital photobooth with your rental. Our in-house rentals include disco balls, crystal chandeliers, bistro lights, LED Cafe lights, uplighting, ceiling drapery & decor, ceremony drapery, and a black and white checkered dancefoor. What more could you ask for when everything is right here at The Madison! The Foundry Room & Patio, typically our cocktail hour space, offers a distinct atmosphere that is hard to match. What more could a small or intimate wedding require than a patio, all-white brick, high ceilings, natural light, and specialized mobile bars? The Foundry Room, with its adjacent patio and bistro lights, is THE BEST cocktail hour venue if you want to use our main area for your ceremony. The Madison team is flipping the room for your reception reveal while your guests are sipping cocktails! Our most recent room, The Grove, was an old storage space that was transformed in 2023 and opened in 2024. Since its grand debut, The Grove has been a huge hit! The Grove has hosted ceremonies, microweddings, intimate vow exchanges, first looks, and our newest addition—THE AFTER HOURS BAR!
