She works directly with the on-site service staff—bartenders, servers, buffet, and food teams—to confirm timing, flow, and execution align perfectly with the couple’s vision and timeline. Known for her attention to detail, proactive approach, and calm leadership on busy event days, Penny helps ensure that transitions feel effortless and that every moment happens exactly as it should. Danielle Bonds is the Executive Chef behind The Magnolia’s in-house catering partner, Unbreakable Bonds Catering, where she brings exceptional culinary craftsmanship to every wedding celebration. With more than 15 years of experience in high-end event catering, kitchen and food operations management, and hotel hospitality leadership—including with a nationally recognized brand, Hilton—Danielle ensures that every meal served at The Magnolia is as memorable as the moment it celebrates. As part of The Magnolia’s all-inclusive wedding experience, Danielle works closely with couples to curate a thoughtfully designed reception menu that includes two cocktail-hour appetizers, a dinner salad with rolls, two entrée selections, and two sides—creating a relaxed, elevated dining experience for guests from start to finish. Couples are invited to a personalized tasting, where Danielle guides them through menu selections and customization options, including special or custom items to reflect their tastes and vision. Danielle is also highly skilled in accommodating dietary needs, including food allergies, gluten intolerance, and vegan and vegetarian options, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and cared for without compromising flavor or presentation.
