The Fountain of Youth is an absolutely beautiful venue with so many options! Alexandra is so super sweet and helpful and we had the most wonderful experience. We of course had a gazillion questions, and she was more than responsive with everything we had. She truly helped make our experience! We felt like it was affordable without sacrificing quality or ease. The venue itself is stunning. The waterfront views bring such a nice vibe to the entire event, and the peacocks and property overall help bring it together as a true Saint Augustine venue. We got rained inside during the ceremony and let me just say - DO NOT let that get you down. The Magnolia Room is absolutely beautiful and we honestly couldn't have been happier. We rented a cross arbor from LA events and it was just the perfect touch. One of my favorite parts of the venue is the getting ready space. It was spacious but also cozy, and being able to have everything in one place all day was a must for us. Truly enjoyed our experience overall at FOY and with Alexandra :)

My son recently got married in the Magnolia Room at the Fountain of Youth. We could not have picked a more beautiful spot! The grounds were lovely and the room was so open and naturally lit, spaced and equipped. The staff was very helpful! To plan an August wedding in Florida was risky to say the least, but this worked out magnificently! Our guests were very comfortable and happy. I highly recommend this venue for any celebration!!!

reception. The property is beautiful and our guests loved the peacocks! Alexandra and the team were very professional and easy to work with throughout the whole process. A HUGE shout out to the two members of the FOY staff who gave my father and grandfather their ponchos so they could get to the car without being soaked. We are very grateful for them being so kind during the rain. Overall, this venue is a perfect place to have a wedding and showcase the history and nature of Saint Augustine!

their recommendations and we honestly had the DREAM TEAM. I should add though you don’t have to choose from there preffered list -you have a lot of freedom for any vendors you want to use with no additional fees (….which I know is not the case for all venues -so I was grateful). Did I mention they are pup friendly? Our girl Mochi hung with us all day which was just so special. Our guests loved the champagne welcome with the historical greeters (we were able to hire via the FOY).They also were able to enjoy the exhibits and of course getting to hang with/ feed the peacocks before the ceremony. We had 140 guests and we all comfortably fit in the magnolia room for our plated dinner service, we had the dance floor right outside on the patio and the ceremony itself was at the waterfront. We were also able to book the bridal cottage which fit myself, my 7 bridesmaids, 3 moms, and our 2 hair and 2 makeup vendors perfectly with more than enough room. The full fridge and full bathroom was super handy too- especially being able to run and use that restroom throughout the night (trust me a private restroom is handy when you have a giant wedding dress lol) This may also seem silly to add but I also loved that there was a ton of parking available for our guests and vendors- St Aug is a hard city to find parking in and all the other venues we viewed didn’t have any free parking options. We can’t recommend the FOY enough! (I don’t have all my wedding photos back yet but here’s a mix of iPhone and a few sneak peaks from my photographer)

After I initially booked FOY I second guessed myself because I thought maybe it had too much of a “touristy” vibe but I promise the grounds are so beautiful you actually forget you’re in a tourist spot. The magnolia room is beautiful but you can dress it up and customize it to any look you want, the windows and open doors make it so dreamy! Also, PEACOCKS!!!! We are from Kentucky and this venue was just so unreal to our guests because of the peacocks they loved seeing them and the beautiful foliage it’s just the perfect, unique, customizable venue that is very affordable!! Our guests kept saying they felt like they were in Jurassic park because it’s so uniquely beautiful! Magnolia street that the venue is located on is the DREAMIEST spot for photos!! The venue is also dog friendly so we got to include our doodle on our big day. Literally everything we wanted in one spot! Highly recommend FOY, especially if you’re doing a destination wedding.

our wedding running very smoothly!! I could not recommend FOY enough to use as a venue (for your wedding and/or reception as I had!) or to even visit as a guest for the day. There is so much history there, interactive experiences, and you can’t forget the beautiful peacocks that roam the area! The beautiful landscaping and the peacocks were definitely great for photos! The Magnolia Room is very gorgeous as well and is what lead us to using FOY for our wedding ceremony and reception!

Derick is the event coordinator and could not have been a better match for what we expected and also such a huge help for everything! The magnolia room is beautiful and doesn’t need much to make the space look like magic for your big day! The natural lighting from the large windows and light wood create a beautiful space for the reception/ dinner. We had the dance floor on the back patio with string lights and it felt like a fairytale. I would recommend this place for any type of wedding because there is so much freedom for creativity and making your own vision come to life! P.s. it’s dog friendly!!

er us though it was still pretty and nobody was paying attention to that. The only thing that really upset me was if you rent the bridal room they don't give you a key. You have to hunt someone down to have them lock and unlock the room and you don't want to leave the room unlocked with all of your stuff in there (dress/rings/boquets/etc.) while you're out decorating, trust me. While we were decorating by the water some park visitor decided to go in there and use it as a changing room for their baby and got baby s**t on the couch. I'm glad my mom noticed it before I sat down in my white dress!

acres of different scenery to spread out your reception both indoors and out, the free roaming peacocks added a wonderful touch, our guests loved the site, and the price was incredibly affordable!!!!!;Start decorating as much as you can before the wedding, but you can't set up anything that is in the walking areas of the public while the park is open. I would have liked more mosquito repelling torches lit, the bugs were a minor problem. DEFINITELY make sure you have a lot of lighting, our guests could barely see because there wasn't enough. Also, they don't have a kitchen or fridge to store your food prior to reception, so make arrangements for that.
