Delicious! We couldn’t have asked for better meals on our special day! Our guests had so many options to choose from, and no one was disappointed with their selection. People still mention how great our food was compared to other weddings they attended. It was one of the hottest days of summer, but the catering team all stayed in good spirits and provided great service. The only negative, we asked if we needed to bring drinks and were told no, and that they handle all of the beverages. Unfortunately they left by 6pm on a high 90’s day outside and we had no hydration. Guests left our wedding very early. I would have purchased cases of water if I’d known the reception would be cut short due to lack of drinks. It was a simple miscommunication but make sure you have plans for beverages once they pack up to leave.

Courtney was an absolute pro. She brought us around to see multiple sites for the wedding. When we chose our own spot on a remote island on Casco Bay, she was able to easily accommodate the unusual restrictions brought on by low tide and limited access. When I emailed her in a panic at 10PM the night before because the grill onsite was broken, she calmly replied she'd bring 2 with her on the boat. The lobster bake for 80 guests was the least stressful part of the whole event. She assured me she had everything covered, and she did. And the lobsters, amazingly tender! We ordered extra lobsters just in case at an incredible price, and to their delight, her crew brought them around to the guests to see if they wanted more. Many did, but we still had enough leftover for a fabulous lobster salad sandwich the next day for the guests who stayed overnight. I highly, highly recommend them.
