ices! However, I do wish communication leading up to the wedding would have been better. When reaching out to set up my trial after booking, I had to contact them multiple times and wait a long time before I heard anything back. Later when I reached out about our wedding day schedule, I was told that it would be sent to me by a certain date but I never received it until the week before the wedding. I was told it had been sent but they had some sort of glitch with their booking system. Overall, I found it difficult to get in touch with them and the lack of communication added some unnecessary stress during the planning process. Otherwise, the service was 5 stars!

On the day of our wedding, Sierra, Shyanne and Adrianna arrived on time and had everything with them to turn our hotel room into a mobile hair and makeup suite. We had Sierra and Kat as our makeup artists for the day of the wedding and we had 11 people (including me) have makeup done.
