I had a trial done with Lauren. After the trial I showed my family and fiance and they had all mentioned to me that I was very sallow and yellow and that there was a lot of makeup ...caking around my eyes and cheeks and in between my eyebrows. So I figured, ok...no big deal, it's a simple fix I can bring up to Lauren for the actual wedding day. So I emailed her and brought up my MINOR concerns but told her I still thought her work was good. She replied back with telling me she no longer wants to do my makeup. So, from an adult point of view, she threw a temper tantrum when a bride told her how she wanted her makeup for her wedding. She did not try to rectify it like most professionals do with potential clients. Forty days before my wedding she just bailed on me and my bridesmaids. And when I asked for my trial money back she ignored me. STAY AWAY from this child trying to run a business. She cannot take criticism from her clients which will assure you that on your wedding day you will not get what you want and DESERVE out of this makeup artist. I am shocked that she would do this to someone all because they wanted a little less coverage and the RIGHT foundation color applied.
