The Mandarin Oriental Hotel

ith James and Nina on our July 2016 wedding! Every detail was in place and our guests cannot stop raving about the incredible levels of service and impeccable food and beverage! All of the food and culinary touches were insanely well presented and amazing delicious! From all of the wait staff being on top of the many dietary needs, all food items being labeled making our guests feel at ease (we have had many comments on how well this was executed), to feeling like Danny and Nick were always watching Bryan and I and being by our side when we needed anything from a water to Bryan's jacket (lol! awesome touch!), the snacks and beverages for the bridal party before the ceremony were an amazing representation of anticipating our needs and making us feel truly cared for, to the incredible ending of our evening...being escorted to the elevators and congratulated again by Nick and Nina. Then opening the door to our suite and being blown away by every single detail that unfolded (the song, the candles, the picture, the special note, the perfect meaningful champagne and the pillows!!! WOW!) Perfect wedding turndown! James, You always made sure to checkin with us and update us when needed, which always left us at ease and made us feel like true VIPs :). My father also could not stop talking about how great his interactions were with James and he also felt extremely taken care of and was truly impressed by the water service at his table! lol Thank you Thank you a million times! Nina, thank you for all your time as well and it was again so great to see your smile at the end of the night! I know you were one of the rock stars behind the scenes making sure everything was going smoothly for us and all of our guests. Thank you for helping to manage all of the early check-in requests and making sure everyone was happy. We cannot thank you enough for keeping up with all of our back and forth and our 10 page timeline! :) Danny, was also a true representation of the brand and an ambassador of the Mandarin Oriental Hotel! Nick, thank you for constantly keeping the bride updated on what was happening next and checking in to see "if that was ok with me" I truly felt like I was able to see the timeline unfold but didn't have to think about one thing because you were already two steps ahead of me. Also, thank you for always being there to push Bryan and I's chair in every time we had the chance to sit. :) Many of our guests are in the hospitality industry and know what to expect in the luxury product. Every single guest has told us this was literally THE BEST event, wedding, celebration, gathering, etc. that they have ever witnessed, seen, attended, or worked at. And we all know this isn't something people just go around saying. Truly amazing! We are truly impressed and blown away, along with all of our family and friends and we will never forget or be able to thank you enough for this amazing experience!
