The Manhasset String Quartet was hired for our wedding at the World's Fair Pavilion, and they did a fantastic job playing the songs we wanted during our ceremony, and for the cocktail hour immediately after we requested some more modern strings music which everyone enjoyed as they were chatting and grabbing a drink. Marilyn was super responsive during the planning process via email, and the day worked out perfectly. Our guests really liked the strings music to start off our evening right. I only wish we booked them for another half hour to play during our dinner before the speeches too!

Amazing job! Affordable for a string quartet and top quality. They added such a classy touch to the ceremony and made everyone feel relaxed by playing before it started. They sent a CD with a ton of song options which was super helpful and added an elvis song that we requested as well. If you hire them, they will be extremely professional and you will not have to worry about them in the slightest the day of your wedding which is exactly what you want!

The Manhasset Strings were truly incredible. My wedding was affected by COVID-19, and they were very flexible and accommodating. My wedding was moved to a backyard wedding, and having them play really added to the small ceremony. They were on time, and even played our favorite song for us. The music was beautiful and made the day so special. Can not recommend them enough!

Manhasset Strings did a wonderful job for our wedding at Silver Oaks! They customized the wedding music and the musicians were so nice and friendly and very timely! My guests absolutely loved the live music and people still talk about how gorgeous it sounded to this day. I would 100% suggest booking this client they are the best value you will find. Thanks Again!

The Manhasset Strings did a beautiful job at my wedding ceremony. They were easy to work with and very helpful when planning all of the elements required in a Catholic ceremony. They did a lovely job at our wedding ceremony! It was the special touch that made the day wonderful. They let us pick songs we wanted in our ceremony, while also recommending a few. Marilyn is great to work with, and the quartet sounded amazing!!

Marilyn with Manhasset strings was absolutely wonderful. The trumpeter and vocalist she recommended were unbelievable. She recommended songs that were perfect and the music itself was flawless. Made for a wow ceremony! I would highly recommend.

I first heard The Manhasset Strings play at my brothers wedding 3 years ago, and was extremely impressed. So when it was my turn to plan a wedding, they were the clear choice. They sent me a demo CD to help me choose songs for my ceremony. I was blown away at how great they were and am very glad I chose them.
