Built in 1811, The Manor at the Juniata Valley Winery is a magnificently restored Georgian style historic mansion. The manor boasts elegant appointments, beautiful grounds and event spaces and 8 overnight rooms. Located between Harrisburg and State College, Pa., this venue provides a gorgeous backdrop for weddings and receptions.
The Manor, seating up to 175, is an elegant ballroom styled event space located in the mansion surrounded by glass doors. It also includes access to the parlor, music room and dinning room to create a unique and engaging event for your guests. Our outdoor ceremony location for The Manor is simply breathtaking and the perfect location for photos. The Manor overnight accommodations can sleep up to 18 people in our stylish rooms and suites.
We offer heat and air conditioning for days when opening the doors is not an option. Additionally, we have a large caterer's kitchen and indoor restrooms. As part of our overnight accommodations, those we are staying the night with us will be invited to enjoy a delicious breakfast provided by our innkeeper. Each of our packages include a venue coordinator, customized floor plans, set-up/tear down of all ceremony/reception tables and chairs, bar service, access to our bridal suite, parking attendants and so much more. To assist you in planning your day, we offer a wide variety of other amenities such as additional overnight accommodations, wedding coordination, catering, china place settings, table cloths, event décor rentals and more.
Our in-house caterer is a great choice to ensure that your day is seamless and your guest have a wonderful experience! Our chef makes all the food fresh on site. We pride ourselves in being completely flexible and customizable to fit any budget or taste. However, if there is an outside cater that you wish to use, you are more than welcome to do so!

d. We booked this venue almost two years in advanced and had a few visits in-between booking and the wedding. Each visit was better than the last and the grounds were always kept so perfectly. We had our final walkthrough a month before the wedding and the amount of florals and landscape that bloomed in that short amount of time was truly amazing. The landscape and scenery is so pristine, all of our guests were very impressed.
We loved the fact that we got to stay at the venue and could have 20 other guests stay there as well; our bridal party was so appreciative and it allowed us to have even more time with them during an otherwise buy weekend. The entire staff was so helpful and sweet during our stay and everyone really enjoyed the boutique feel of the rooms.
Molly is the wedding coordinator at this venue and was just absolutely incredible. Due to us booking so far in advanced, Molly and I had a lot more communication than normal. She was so helpful and patient with all of my questions and never hesitated to give me her opinion for recommendations for both his venue and other vendors. There were a few things we were back and forth on and maybe took longer to decide on then the average couple, but she was so kind and receptive to all of my thoughts and ideas, it really created a smooth wedding planning experience. Whenever I talked with Molly, it felt like I was just chatting with a friend which also created a lot less stress to a traditionally stressful process.
During the wedding weekend Molly continued to go above and beyond and was there to guide us for the whole event. She greeted us with champagne after the ceremony which was so fun and even served us our dinner and first drinks during the reception. I really cannot say enough good things about Molly. This venue was beautiful, but you can always find a beautiful venue; Molly is the real reason why this venue stands out and is such a wonderful wedding choice.

As a bride who did most of her planning from out of state Molly was on top of every detail including assisting in finding local vendors. Juniata is definitely a hidden gem when it comes to wedding venues!

ood tasted! The weekend package was perfect and allowed us to stay on-site after the rehearsal dinner and wedding. However, one of the main reasons we chose this specific venue was because of Molly! We knew after the tour with her that we had to have her coordinate our wedding day as well. She was organized, energetic, helpful and thought of details I never would have remembered. If you take anything from this review it should be HIRE MOLLY!! Our day would have never run as smoothly as it did if we hadn’t had her. She made planning from the other side of the country a breeze for me. You won’t regret booking this place :)

to start setting up and hold our rehearsal. We also had our rehearsal social on site— it was so convenient and the rehearsal catering was great! We stayed in the bed & breakfast and they offered a nice breakfast spread and a quaint experience overall. The wedding day went so smoothly, they take care of setting up all the tables and chairs for the ceremony and reception which was one less thing we had to worry about. I can’t speak highly enough of Molly, the events director! She was fantastic to work with on planning our big weekend, she answered all of our questions timely, and made sure our vision came to life!!! James was great to work with on our wedding day and was extremely accommodating!! Oh, did I mention their wine and wine slushies are amazing!? Highly recommend having your wedding at The Manor at JVW!!

But Molly really made sure everything was perfect and made the transition so smooth. On the day of the wedding, I can’t not say enough kind words about the staff and how helpful they were. The Manor is truly magical and our wedding day looked straight out of a fairytale! We opted for an outdoor ceremony, cocktail hour on the patio, and an indoor reception, and all of the spaces were perfect and beautiful! We ended up booking our venue in the winter of 2020, so over a year in advance (which we highly recommend doing so you can be sure to snag a spot!), when The Manor was called Lily Manor and before the current leadership team took over. At first, the news was a little scary and we thought it would cause some stress, but we had the exact opposite experience! When JVW took over, we started to work with Molly, and she was the absolute best! Molly is organized, helpful, knowledgeable, and just a great person. If you have the chance to book your wedding with The Manor and work with Molly, you will not regret it!!
In addition to Molly, our day of coordinator, Maggie, helped to make our wedding day run smoothly and worked closely with our planner to create a stress free day for me and my husband. We also had Susan as our host at the manor, and she was also great to work with! She and her team made a tasty breakfast each morning!

helped with anything I needed help with. It was the most beautiful venue and the accommodations were great. We booked almost a year in advance (which I suggest you do because they fill up quick) under a different owner and about a month before the wedding the new owners took over. I was slightly stressed with the transition but everything ended up perfect. The only negative that we experienced was there was no cable or internet service at the venue. When we first toured it, there was TVs and were told the guys could watch football or whatever while getting ready, but when the day came we were told they had shut off internet and cable services (if cell phone service was good in the area it wouldn't be a problem but service is extremely spotty). Overall an amazing venue for our perfect day!

They have a beautiful area to hold your outdoor ceremony with an alter and a walkway, an air conditioned reception area that is beautifully decorated with hanging lights, and several rooms within the mansion itself that allows not only the bride/groom to stay the night, but several of the guests. We chose the weekender package— it was a wonderfully fun experience being able to stay in the Manor all weekend with our closest friends and family, and it was an incredibly gorgeous setting for our wedding. The rooms, grounds, and event areas are lovingly maintained and simply so pretty with lots of natural and historical charm. We went for an elegant wedding theme with understated vintage touches, so the setting was perfect. All of our guests kept raving about how beautiful Lily Manor is.
Danielle and Fred, the owners, are exceptionally kind, professional, and accommodating. Danielle is a rockstar and was so patient with me and my many, many emails and questions during the 18 months of wedding planning. She is very organized, responsive, and really goes out of her way to help make your wedding vision come to life. We hired her as our Day-of-Coordinator, and she did such a great job keeping the timeline on track, working with our vendors, etc. I felt able to relax and just enjoy our wedding, knowing that we were in such capable hands.
The event facilities themselves are superb for any party or wedding needs — there’s a large commercial kitchen, a beautiful grand enclosed patio reception room, a gorgeous outdoor ceremony space with a long pergola, and even a new outdoor patio space for the cocktail hour. The guest bedrooms are all unique and very comfortable. The breakfast each morning was absolutely delicious.

n on Friday, had the wedding ceremony and reception (including pictures) on site on Saturday, and checked out on Sunday. We didn’t have to drive anywhere. It was so convenient and it allowed me to enjoy extra quality time with my family and closest friends. Plus, Danielle and her husband (owners of Lily Manor) were beyond amazing. They were accommodating to myself and the needs of my family and guests and they went out of their way to make sure that the entire weekend ran smoothly. They offer rentals and have a commercial size kitchen for use. Danielle communicated often and responded to my emails and calls very quickly. The accommodations were clean and comfortable and each of the rooms had so much charm and character. I honestly can’t say enough about the venue and the owners. As a bonus, there is a winery right next door that had a live band and party on Friday night that my rehearsal dinner guests loved. Renting Lily Manor was the best decision I made for my wedding.

We were able to have both indoor and outdoor spaces which made it nice. If you choose to stay overnight the complimentary breakfast is so special. The weekend of the wedding they were very welcoming to our bridal party and overnight guests! They were always available to answer any questions and lend a helping hand. , the biggest benefit of having a wedding at Lily Manor is Olga! She helps plan your wedding from start to finish and makes sure your wedding day goes off perfectly! Because of Olga and her amazing staff, I was able to relax and enjoy every second of our wedding because I knew she had every detail taken care of. Our wedding went off without a hitch. I even left the flowers, cake, and decoration up to Olga because she is such an expert and professional and everything turned out more beautiful than I ever could have expected. Olga is FABULOUS… definitely the best person to work with on planning your big day… when you book with her, you are not just getting a typical venue and catering coordinator, you are getting a true Wedding Planner and Coordinator! Olga takes your vision and makes it come true… actually makes it even better than you could have imagined yourself. From the décor to the flowers to the food… everything was perfect. She even helps your Officiant and DJ plan out the timeline and is really there to help make sure it gets executed! She even helped guide our flower girl down the aisle, and helped the boys back a truck up the driveway! She truly does it all.
The food is incredible… even our foodie guests from the DC area raved about the quality (and quantity) of the food. And our tiramisu wedding cake was to die for.
The location… is a little off the beaten path… but sooooo worth it. We rented all of the rooms at Lily Manor (did I mention that she beautifully designed and decorated all of the rooms by herself?) and all of the rooms at the Wilson House Bed & Breakfast next door for the entire weekend… and had an amazing time. We had our rehearsal dinner at Lily Manor as well… it was definitely like we had our own private compound for the weekend. Makes the event even that more special. Our other guests stayed at the EconoLodge down the street… and even the VP of my company from DC was comfortable staying there.
We would highly recommend Lily Manor to anyone! You will not be disappointed at all! We are looking forward to returning to celebrate our future anniversaries!

cool towels on a 90 degree day, shuttling people to their cars, or helping me with my gown there was no detail left unattended. Olga is an amazing individual who works with you to create your vision. Her care and consideration the day of the wedding were wonderful, and her experienced and fun staff made the day seamless. The beautiful estate is a timeless classic where you can have the wedding of your dreams. It is tucked away in beautiful farmland, where so many options are available for pictures. I truly cannot say enough positive things about my experience. I am very thankful for the time and consideration of A&A Designs who made my day perfect.
