Even their recommended vendor list was incredible-both our photographer and videographer came from those lists and we had the BEST experience with both of them. This is truly one of the best deals in all of central FL for couples looking for an intimate, garden and lake view venue. We cannot say enough about the team at The Manor, everyone from Julie and Gwen, to the wait staff and bartenders, multiple family members and friends told us after how wonderful and attentive everyone on site was. They are superheroes over there, we cannot thank them enough for creating an amazing, memorable day for all of us!

generic wedding, you may want to move on. My wedding was personalized and reflected us as a couple. The food was amazing! I have to say I did not go hungry at my wedding. Not only did we get a private set up of appetizers and drinks before the pictures, but we also got a private meal after the wedding incase we didn’t get a chance to eat during the reception. Our drinks were never empty. The staff are amazing and never left us wondering how to get more of something. We did not have a traditional cake and the pastry chef on site was willing to work with our vision and it turned out amazing. I was hoping I wouldn’t have to go the traditional route and I she worked with our flavors and even created a unique display of our desserts! The only thing I wish I had was more time, everything was perfect and flowed. Christine the day of coordinator was calm and positive throughout the day. If something went wrong or out of order, I had no idea! I cannot thank them enough for making my day one of the best and most romantic days! If you are looking for an all inclusive venue this is your place! We didn’t have to stress over anything until a few months before when everything was coming together and even then we had Gwen and Christine answering all our questions and guiding us every step of the way!

I can not say enough nice things about them but the real MVP was Christine, she was our DOC and absolutely AMAZING! She made sure we had everything ready and got us whatever we needed. She kept us on track and told us where we needed to be. Her assistant Paula was so nice and helpful as well! The DJ Ray is the sweetest person and played my favorite songs on the dance floor! I can not say enough nice things. We enjoyed our day and have not stopped hearing from our guests how beautiful and amazing everything was. Our guest rave about the food, cake and venue. I honestly am so glad we chose Town Manor for our wedding! Maybe one day we will renew our vows there as well.

Our cake was also beautiful and so tasty, we got the Italian wedding cake and the red velvet and they were both so good that everybody got seconds and ate all of our cake. However Town Manor and the dream team gave us an extra top layer just for us so we can actually enjoy it for ourselves! The ceremony was wonderful and the manor magic they talk about is true. Definitely would recommend!

Nandy, the owner, and your contact throughout the whole wedding is an absolute angel. She works with you from beginning to end. I love that woman! She was made to be in this business. The venue is an all inclusive but I promise they are worth every penny. They take care of everything from beginning to end and I could not be more happy we choose to have our wedding here. Weddings can be stressful and they make it as stress-free as possible. The venue is run by Nandy's family and they truly make you feel like family since day #1. The day of we had an assistant wedding coordinator with us, Patty, to tend to the bride and groom's needs. Let me just say I felt like royalty all day. That woman was either holding my champagne glass or my bouquet or bringing us food. I felt like a princess and my husband felt like a king all day. She was amazing! I cannot emphasize enough what a beautiful day we had and our experience was that much more beautiful because we chose Town Manor on the Lake. Hands down the best money ever spent!

They are great about responding to your emails and or texts quickly. Also, you’re able to customize the decor and menu when you pick the diamond package. Don the DJ, also works with you to create whatever music you want for the cocktail hour, ceremony and reception. Our wedding day was absolutely amazing, just wish it didn’t go by so fast. We’d love to relive that day again and again!! Advice for future brides - take a deep breath and enjoy every minute because it truly goes by in the blink of an eye. I feel like it lasted a min & wish I relaxed more, but I felt like I needed to mingle with all guests. I should’ve enjoyed my hubby and food more lol. all. We didn’t have to compromise a single thing on our special day. Not only does the property look pristine every time you visit, in our eyes and even our guests, it is magical in every way. Meeting Nandy and her professional staff we knew we were in exceptional hands. Every step of the way we were guided in the process. As a couple that wanted to have a 1920’s / Art Deco / Great Gatsby themed wedding, the Town Manor had the vintage flare we wanted and allowed what we were envisioning to make happen! Our guests were blown away! The owners make enhancements year after year to have the property be even more special for years to come for Brides and Grooms! We were able to enjoy and utilize the newly installed brick oven for one of our action stations. That’s right, our guests enjoyed handmade pizzas throughout the night! They were also gluten free. Even the updated terrace by the pool we were able to utilize as the perfect spot for our jack black tables we rented for our guests. Worried about dietary needs? Don’t be! The dream team and chef accommodated our wishes to have a shellfish and gluten free menu. Don’t want a sit down dinner or deal with a seating chart? You don’t have to! The Town Manor has a flowing reception option, which is totally what we wanted to have for our wedding and our guests loved it! The price packages can work within your budget. You can add and subtract items as needed. Want to ride away in a 1920's car? The town Manor has that too! The list goes on and on. I could go on and on with so much more! Nandy even made sure to keep track of our 6-month old’s feeding schedule so we could continue to have a good time. The food is amazing. We picked a flowing tapas style reception, and it worked out perfectly. All our guests complimented the food and couldn’t stop talking about how beautiful the venue is. Don, the DJ played exactly what we wanted - all we had to do was tell him a genre and a few artists and he took it and ran, in a really good way. I was worried about “the gates open at ‘such and such’ time” but it wasn’t an issue. We had a lot of out of town guests and a lot of early arrivals. No one gets turned away, they just have a gathering area out front. It was not a problem like I thought it would be. I also thought that we’d want to add on extra time and was concerned it would be too short, but 4 hours is exactly the right amount of time, even if you don’t think so, it works out so well!! Get married here! They’re the best and made our perfect day actually perfect

I wouldn't change one thing. My guests were asking how we found this hidden gem and kept telling us how amazed they were by the venue and food. My husband and I stayed the night and had a wonderful breakfast prepared by them in the morning. I would recommend this venue to everyone.

The grounds are gorgeous, the food and cake was delicious (and they easily made it dairy free, since I’m allergic!) and they made my wedding day so easy. With Nandy and Emily’s hard work, I just showed up on my wedding day and EVERYTHING was arranged. No having to worry about catering, the flowers, the DJ, the cake; they took care of it all. I had a very small wedding, less than 10 people were there. It felt gorgeously intimate and special and my husband and I felt so special. Their enthusiasm for making our day the perfect one really made everything go above and beyond, from arrival to our departure in the Town Manor’s vintage car and breakfast the next morning. Stop your search for a venue, because this is it.

The day of the wedding was perfect. The cake was done by them (part of the planning) and since we didn't need a special cake, what we got was spot on. The hors d'oeuvres (also done on the website) came out perfectly and per our choice. Music was great and appropriate to the flowing reception we chose. Couldn't have made a better decision that to pick Town Manor and the beautiful environs for a wedding!
