In 2001, my family and I purchased an old and unloved Victorian mansion and had the vision to restore it to its original grandeur. Since then our beautiful home & property, mixed with our passion for fine service and building relationships, quickly made us one of the top wedding locations in the Capital Region. With almost two decades and countless weddings under our belt, my family and I couldn't be more proud of the business our team has created. Every couple that gets married here becomes a part of our extended family...welcome home.

From the planning stages with Lori, to the custom menu creation with Chef Rick, and all the other details and finalization with coordinators Rachel and Caitlyn, we couldn’t have asked for a better team. Wedding planning can be super stressful, but their communication and planning documents made it a lot less overwhelming. The guests (and us) RAVED about the food. Every single piece of food from cocktail hour to dinner to dessert was freaking amazing. And the fact that you can create your own menu? We were sold. And the venue is beautiful! In the summer the flowers were in full bloom and the greenery was stunning. It’s like no other venue we’ve been to, it’s not a classic banquet hall or ballroom, it feels like you’re in four different venues all in one (ceremony pond, garden, deck, barn). Highly recommend to anyone looking for a unique venue and wants to make sure the food is top notch!

to planning to the actual day, the Mansion and their staff was right there to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. The venue was absolutely stunning in the fall and the food is to die for! We have gotten so many compliments about the space and ambiance, family was asking to throw another party here! We are so happy that we began our marriage journey with the Mansion of Saratoga. Highly highly highly recommend having your wedding here if you want simple elegance for a great price and no hassle!

t it was not your typical space. There were so many options from the garden to the mansion or the barn or tent. Lori, Chef Rick and Rachel, along with the rest of the staff were amazing to work with., From the minute we arrived the night before for the rehearsal, Rachel was attentive and made sure everything was perfect. From bringing me water to making sure we were eating. Last minute we had to change the ceremony location due to rain but it went off without a hitch and none of our guests even realized there was a change. The food was SO delicious and so many of our guests are still talking about how wonderful everything was. I have a food allergy & they went above & beyond to ensure accommodating my needs. Having the opportunity to get ready there and not having to change locations at all during the day made for a stress-free day as well as having the entire location to yourself helped to make it a special and memorable day/night. Nothing was overlooked and every single detail was incredible. We rented the mansion for the night & were able to stay with friends & family. The breakfast served to us in the morning was just as delicious as the dinner at the wedding. We could could go on & on. The Mansion was everything and we not possibly be more impressed!

Rick, Rachel, Adam, and their entire team made ours the most incredible day we could have ever asked for. The moment you walk into the Mansion and across the grounds, you are struck by its beauty and inspired by every single space. They think of everything and are so communicative that’s nothing falls through the cracks. I could go on for pages about this place and this amazing team of people. We are already ready to plan an anniversary celebration there! So much love for the Mansion! Take the trip to see them for any one of the events they host and you’ll fall in love too.

One big seller for us is that we had use of the entire property, the Mansion, the grounds, the deck, the barn. There is only one event at a time at the venue. It is absolutely beautiful...all of it. The food is amazing and so many of our guests were beyond impressed with everything. The staff is beyond accommodating with everything...from the moment you arrive on your big day they are there to make sure everything runs smoothly and get you anything you need to packing everything up for you after your event. We could not possibly be more impressed with The Mansion Inn!

very request, and accounted for every little item to make the day perfect. Chef Rick prepared all the appetizers, main courses, and deserts to perfection. We received nothing but compliments regarding the portions and taste of the food. The hors d'ouvres were bountiful, everyone ate and tried everything. The staff was incredible (and efficient), friendly, and most importantly, they were proactive and approachable. Truly could not have asked for a better venue, and I would gladly recommend this venue for any occasion. Thank you to our friends at the Mansion Inn for making our day truly amazing and unforgettable.

I honestly don't even know where to begin. The Mansion was an absolute dream. The moment I walked into The Mansion I felt like family, and I knew right away it was the venue for us...

. I didn't even look at another venue! (When you know, you know!) The Mansion is a creative's dream. What drew me to them initially was the flexibility of their space! There's SO much to play with! I also loved how we never had to leave the property the entire weekend. It made for a smooth, relaxing, and wonderful weekend. The staff at the Mansion deserve so much more praise than I can put into words. I went into the planning process with a very specific vision and theme - and they encouraged my creativity throughout! Chef Rick took my ideas for dinner and developed an absolutely amazing menu that was so perfect for our day. My guests were floored by how delicious and exciting all of the food was! (Also, huge shoutout to the fun signature drinks, and all of the bartending staff!) I also can't leave this review without mentioning dessert. Holy cow. The desserts were just as creative as cocktail hour and dinner. Between the cake, the churros, the candied apples, and the Mickey-shaped rice kripsie treats - our guests had enough sugar to keep them dancing all night long! :D Seriously amazing. Annie, the event coordinator, is brilliant. She was so easy to talk to, flexible, eager to answer any questions I had, and was such an integral part of our day. She honestly seemed as excited for our wedding as we were - and encouraged our creativity throughout! Her attentiveness the day of was a lifesaver. I think she has spider-senses, because every time I felt a little overwhelmed she was at my side asking if I needed anything! I honestly can't thank her enough. Also huge shoutouts to Lori, Regina, and everyone else at The Mansion for making our wedding magical. Unfortunately there isn't enough space to thank everyone enough. Choosing The Mansion was the best decision I could have made!

Wedding planning is stressful. Wedding planning at a venue in NY State when the bride lives in PA and the bride’s parents live in NJ is even more so. But The Mansion made it easy...

! Our experience from start to finish was truly wonderful. Lori started by showing us around and handling all of the contractual details — her love of the Mansion is clear. Annie, our event coordinator, was there for us every step of the way. She was amazingly responsive to our every need — no question or request was too big or too small. She also recommended several local vendors and all were fabulous. Regina (“Reg”), the Innkeeper, was a mind reader. Throughout our stay at the Mansion, she anticipated our every need — from early morning coffee to sticky tape to get unique boutonnières to stay in place. And what can we say about Chef Rick? I don’t know how he turns out such fabulous food for 100 guests from what must be a fairly small kitchen, but he does. Many of our guests commented that it was the best wedding meal they’ve ever had. Each and every staff member was kind and competent. This is an outstanding venue — beautiful grounds, talented and caring staff, amazing food and the ability to stay at the Mansion for the entire weekend — all contributed to one terrific wedding. I just have one question ... can we do it again???

moment my daughter and I walked into the Mansion and met with Lori 18 months ago we were in love with everything about it. The weekend was magical from the time we checked in on Friday until we left on Sunday. I cannot imagine a better way to celebrate a wedding. Both families filled the mansion rooms allowing us time to enjoy the entire weekend together. Annie, the wedding coordinator, is amazing beyond words. She was always professional and easy to communicate with throughout the entire planning process. On the day of the wedding she runs a tight ship keeping everything flowing smoothly with a smile on her face! The food Chef Rick prepared was amazing! Regina, the Innkeeper, was so accommodating and made sure all of our needs were met as we all got ready during the day Saturday. She always had a smile on her face no matter how hectic the girls got. I would highly recommend the Mansion Inn for a wedding weekend.

ted our wedding to be something WE had dreamed of. The Mansion Inn delivered that and then some in helping to create the most amazing and memorable day for us and our guests. Let us start with Annie. Annie, the coordinator, was attentive and helpful every step of the planning process. She saw our vision, and was not afraid to chime in her opinion on how to lay out the day since she has coordinated many weddings at The Mansion before. We were at first hesitant about having dancing in the barn - after dinner, but we are so glad we heeded Annie's advice. My family and friends won't stop raving about how great the night flowed. We had an awesome dance party with space for our wedding of 140. She is a absolute task master and will keep everyone in line and on time with a warm smile to boot! Now on to Chef Rick. Right from the start, Chef Rick encouraged us to design a menu based on our favorite dishes. We described some of our favorite meals and he was able to recreate them perfectly. His recommendations for appetizers proved to be hits at the wedding. Everyone especially loved the buffalo chicken egg rolls and people were floored by the size and quality of the scallops. Our guests LOVED the food. We cannot wait to return to The Mansion to enjoy another meal created by him. I can't end a review without mentioning Regina, the inn keeper. Regina is funny and quick with a tide pen when a bride is in dire straits. She welcomed us each morning of that weekend with a bright smile and witty attitude. She really helped to make the whole experience of staying in The Mansion with my bridal party truly awesome. We highly recommend using The Mansion, not just as a venue, but as a place to stay. It truly takes the whole experience to the next level. Thank you for the dream come true, Mansion Inn and staff. We hope to come stay again soon. - Mike and Alex

also provided the caterer and event coordinator. The venue was absolutely gorgeous. The Victorian mansion is absolutely stunning and provided the perfect backdrop to our wedding. The grounds are extremely versatile as we used the area in front of the pond for our ceremony, the carriage house for cocktail hour, and the tented deck space for the reception. We had a great time working with both Lori and Annie to make our day special. They were very good at making sure that our wishes were fulfilled and they were very responsive to all of my questions and requests! The event staff was extremely professional and delightful. As the bride, I felt as if I was waited on hand and foot as the staff made sure I had drinks and hor d'ourves throughout cocktail hour. The food was the BEST!!! We are still dreaming and talking about how wonderful it was. Chef Rick Bieber worked with us to create a personalized menu that highlighted our favorite foods. If you choose this venue, you definitely need to have pork pot stickers! They are so good! He is also a wonderful baker and made our wedding cake. It was delicious! Another highlight to this location is that it is absolutely private. The mansion is closed to outsiders for the whole weekend of your wedding so that your family can be there and so that you can use the spaces throughout the weekend. We also loved being able to spend our wedding night at The Mansion Inn. It was stunning and very special. They did a great job decorating and furnishing all of the rooms.

le. The Mansion offers so many options as far as food choices and ceremony locations. The food was amazing, prepared by the Chef Rick. I loved the fact that we had the entire property to ourselves no other weddings, and we had all the Inn rooms. The Next morning breakfast was out of this World!
