Our a la carte option provides couples with the gorgeous florals they need at NO MINIMUM. We also offer full-service, custom florals beginning at $3,000. Finally, our Farm Fresh option even provides couples the opportunity to create their own wedding pieces with blooms straight from our flower farm!
No matter what package you select, our talented team of floral designers has full access to our 9-acre flower farm to sustainably and locally source a treasure trove of specialty fragrant blooms you won’t discover with a typical florist. Ever since our gardens first opened in 2014, our team of farmer-florists have created designs fundamentally inspired by how flowers naturally appear in nature while incorporating rising trends in the industry. At the same time, our talented team looks forward to curating your personal aesthetic.

The Marmalade Lily began as a part-time hobby for me as a homeschool mom and quickly progressed into a thriving floral and event venue to share the beauty of floral design with others. The grounds and barn are unmatched in quaintness and charm, and we treat our brides and grooms like family! Nowhere in the Midwest can you find a flower farm and event venue wrapped up into one to create an experience, bar none. I love my individual planning meetings with our brides to create a custom floral design and floor plan for them. We meet at least two times and I am still in touch with so many brides!

Working with Monica Polkow from The Marmalade Lily was an absolute dream! From the very beginning, Monica made the entire process seamless and stress-free. I had a specific vision for our wedding flowers, but I couldn't find anything similar on Pinterest or online to reference. Monica was so attentive throughout the entire planning process, and she listened carefully to my ideas, bringing them to life in a way I could never have imagined.
When the flowers arrived on our wedding day, we were completely blown away. The details were exquisite, and the arrangements were beyond anything we could have hoped for. Our guests couldn't stop talking about how stunning the flowers were – they were definitely one of the highlights of the day!
Monica also coordinated directly with our wedding planner and the venue to ensure everything was set up smoothly and on time, going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Clear and consistent communication throughout the whole process made everything effortless, and I truly appreciate how easy she made this aspect of our wedding planning.

I can't thank Monica and her team at Marmalade Lily enough for how beautiful and perfect our flowers were for our wedding! They truly surpassed our expectations by creating the most perfect, happy fall vibes! I LOVED my bouquet, our family dedication vase, the arbor swag, centerpieces, and the flower girl (and her mom) LOVED her flower crown! I was so so happy with all the flowers, and was so impressed with how Monica brought my vision to life. Monica and her team were also super organized, professional, on top of planning, encouraging, knowledgeable, and kind. For some of my centerpieces I asked for something a little bit different, flowers woven around/entwined with a lantern, and Monica and her team executed perfectly. It was a joy to work with them, and our flowers were exactly what we had hoped for, except even better because she put all the colors and flowers together in the most artful way. So many guests were raving about how beautiful the flowers/centerpieces were, too! I can't say it enough but all of her work and artistry really surpassed all expectations, my husband and I are so grateful we chose Marmalade Lily to be our florist!

Absolutely LOVED my bouquet and the rest of the flowers for my wedding! Baylee was wonderful to work with - she was SO sweet and helpful through the process. I sent her a few ideas of what I liked from Pinterest and when I went in for our first meeting, she had a full vision board ready with blooms that would be in season for our date, and how she could bring my ideas to life!

We worked with Marmalade Lily to do bouquets and floral arrangements for our wedding. Laura was AMAZING in our flower meeting; she knows her flowers and she knows how to distill what you want in a bouquet, even if you don't really know yourself! She talked me through the colors, shapes and textures for my bridal bouquet. It was so so beautiful; it had little surprises/different flowers highlighted depending on the angle, which I adored. The boutonnieres were lovely as well. The one for my husband matched his hair and stood out great against his suit. All the flower arrangements for our wedding were out of a fairytale: precise, magical, with every detail considered!

Marmalade Lily did the flowers for our wedding and they were absolutely perfect! During my first call with them Monika warned me that my vision of simple white and green flowers may change and to just be open to that - she was right! When we met at our planning meeting a few months from the wedding my vision had completely changed but she still worked to stay within our budget. Monika also gave me the best piece of advise - to trust your vendors. They're in the business of weddings, you chose them, let their expertise and experience shine! I'm forever thankful for them and the flowers at our wedding were stunning! We can't recommend them enough

Highly recommend TML for your wedding venue/florist! We truly had the perfect wedding day. Everything was even better than we imagined. Everyone commented on how beautiful the venue was and how smooth everything went. I absolutely loved my bouquet and all of the floral details. Our coordinator, Claire, is amazing. We loved working with her throughout the whole wedding planning process. I felt so much peace the morning of our wedding because I knew we had such a great person in charge of keeping the day running smoothly.

The entire team at The Marmalade Lily was amazing- from start to finish. They welcomed you with open arms, shared in the excitement of the big day, understood and got curious about your vision and wanted to exceed your expectations. They were so patient, helpful, supportive and truly the best team we could have asked for to help. Our coordinator was Corinah who was just the best. Throughout all our meetings and on the wedding day- she nailed it. She handled every situation with grace, explained things thoroughly and had our best interests at heart. The flowers could not have turned out any better- I was personally a little nervous about my vision of what I wanted and wasn't sure if it was possible or it made sense, but Laura understood and NAILED IT. They were stunning and exactly what I had envisioned. We are so grateful for The Marmalade Lily team for everything they helped with for our special day!

Monica at The Marmalade Lily was one of my favorite vendors to work with. We had a big downtown wedding and she was able to listen to my floral dreams to provide me with the "fun, flowy, relaxed" floral vibes I wanted to compliment our personalities in our very modern and large venue. TML kept great communication throughout the planning process, checked out our venue (1st time there), and even picked the color scheme for me when I couldn't make a decision myself! They were just wonderful and I would recommend them to anyone!

I cannot recommend The Marmalade Lily enough! The communication and dedication from Monica made me truly feel special as a bride, and the flowers absolutely blew me away. Florals were the thing I was looking forward to the most regarding the wedding decor, and Monica truly understood my vision and gave us the most beautiful arrangements and bouquets. I cannot thank them enough for the beautiful work and the kindness they showed my family and I, and Iook forward to going back to utilize their workshops and U-pick flowers in the future. Wow wow wow! The Marmalade Lily is THE FLORIST you should be booking for your wedding. I worked with Monica who was so genuine and lovely and understood my vision completely (even though we never actually met in person due to me living across the country)! The majority of my flowers came from their farm, which is so special to know exactly where the blooms are coming from. My bouquet was absolutely stunning and exactly as I had imagined- actually it was better than I imagined! All of the bridal party flowers were lovely and the floral pieces they created for our ceremony and reception were breathtaking! Honestly after working with them, I am a little disappointed that I never went to look at their venue. Do yourself a favor and book them for your florist- especially if you want local, natural flowers!

I could not be more happy with the decision we made in picking the marmalade lily as our florist! Monica was great to work with and she absolutely captured my vision even though I did not know a thing about flowers! My bouquet was absolutely gorgeous and exactly what I wanted. Monica absolutely killed it for our wedding! She saved me when my original florist had double booked me with another bride. When I needed help to trim a bit for my budget she offered very helpful suggestions to get me to where I wanted to be. Monica listened to me while also bringing her creativity and ideas to our wedding florals. I loved that she spent time with me in person to review some of the details and show me examples of her work as I’m a very visual person. Additionally, Monica is such a kind and sweet person who is truly excited and happy for you to get married and her only goal is to make you happy.

The Marmalade Lily team was an absolute dream to work with. I worked with their florist designer, Monica.
Within 6 months of our wedding, my husband and I had to change our ceremony and reception plans due to covid. While I was super stressed and overwhelmed with all of the changes, Monica was so organized and a breeze to work with. She made the flower process so easy and one less thing for me to worry about. I had a clear idea about what I wanted, but just had so much on my plate. Monica made my vision come to life and my flowers were absolutely breathtaking. I got so many compliments during my wedding. Everyone loved their bouquets, corsages and boutonnieres. We also did bud vases and scattered eucalyptus for our centerpieces for the reception and everyone loved them too!
Truly, I cannot say enough about Monica and the entire The Marmalade Lily team. Overall, a wonderful business with incredible people. I am so grateful that I got to have them be a part of our wedding.

Could NOT be happier with choosing The Marmalade Lily as our florist. We had to change our wedding date due to COVID - Laura was extremely professional about the changes needed and was a dream to work with. She made the necessary adjustments for us in a timely manor and I cannot express how happy I was with how the flowers looked for our mini elopement this year. I had talked to a DIY florist before Laura and felt like they worked with me OK, but when I called Laura she took my vision and got excited about it too! I knew right away that I wanted to work with her. I thoroughly enjoyed vision casting with her and being able to incorporate flowers and greenery that matched my Mediterranean theme. My wedding was offsite, but they did all the work - presented my flowers to me and set up the garland on the gazebo. I would definitely recommend the Marmalade Lily to anyone who wants artistic freedom in their floral arrangements!! All of Laura's bouquets are incredibly beautiful and she truly does some of the best work!!

The Marmalade Lily did flowers for our wedding. The whole experience was GREAT and our flowers were beautiful!!! We had many compliments and wonderful looking pictures. Laura and Amy were VERY helpful and easy to work with. The meeting to pick out everything was so much fun and they made every idea we had turn out even better than hoped for. The artistic side of what they do is AMAZING! On site the day of the wedding, they were wonderful to have as a part of our very special day! Will highly recommend!!!

Laura at The Marmalade Lily did the flowers for our wedding, and they were gorgeous. I know nothing about flowers, so she was able to use her expertise to recommend flowers and colors that matched the theme of our wedding, including making a flower crown for me and a miniature version for our flower girl.
