We used the Mayflower Hotel as the hotel for small ceremonies in the Presidential Suite, our Sangeet night celebration, and the room block for 5 days. The Presidential Suite, Grand...
/Chinese Ballrooms, and our interactions coordinating events with Melissa and Jackie were all wonderful. However, we did encounter a number of issues in accessing the suites we had reserved upon check-in and it did take quite a long time to resolve and added a great deal of stress at the very start of our wedding. Overall, we were grateful to be able to contact Jackie and her team to help move things along, but us and even our guests encountered a bunch of negative and stress-inducing interactions with the front desk staff who did not appear to be on the same page as the events staff.
I didn’t get married at the Mayflower Hotel, but I did book my room block here for my wedding and I also did my First Look here, so I wanted to do a little shoutout anyways. The h...
otel is absolutely GORGEOUS. The outside is iconic, the main hallway is breathtaking, and the rooms are glamorous. The mirrors and the gold are so photogenic, there is not a single average angle in that space. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special and my mom raves about how kind and attentive everyone was. An amazing space and an amazing decision to have this hotel be a part of my wedding weekend - highly recommend!
The venue itself is extremely beautiful, but the staff really makes it all worth it. Our wedding team (Ron, Drayton, Kevin, and Lauren) was fantastic at every turn. They were extre...
mely professional and great to work with from the moment we first visited to the end of our wedding. They went above and beyond to make sure our wedding was a special event. I would HIGHLY recommend this venue to anyone in need of a high quality wedding venue.
The Mayflower was unbelievable. They had a special gift when we arrived at the hotel and gave us personalized bathroom robes. Although I had a change of coordinator a month before ...
the wedding, it was done flawless. Catherine (the wedding coordinator) was so helpful. My only complaint was changing wedding coordinators before my special day. I was nervous and scared about my special day. Catherine had to know all of the details for my day in a short amount of time.
Mayflower helped to make sure that our wedding was everything we ever wanted and more. I was lucky enough to work with Ron Kee to develop our contract and Drayton Haycock who handl...
ed the planning / coordination for our wedding. The whole Mayflower team went above and beyond to ensure that our wedding was exactly how we envisioned it. Ron and Drayton were both very responsive to our questions throughout the planning process (and we had so many questions!). Drayton was amazing, she was always organized and professional and she managed the planning and scheduling with tremendous expertise. The Mayflower team (bartenders, waiters) were all so professional. Mayflower really went above and beyond to ensure that our guests had a great time and that they their stay at the hotel was flawless. I couldn’t be happier with the Mayflower and everyone who worked to make the day so memorable.
To create the wedding video that keeps replaying in the back of your head you will need a couple, who are smitten with each other and an outstanding wedding venue. Often one factor...
can mask the lack of the other! But a beautiful venue leads to an amazing background for a unique wedding video. One of the recent weddings RIMAS FILMS got to film took place at the Mayflower Hotel, Autograph Collection. If the name does not give you any hints regarding the beauty of this place, then you must see it! Refreshed and full of history it’s the perfect venue for your romantic, luxurious and timeless wedding, that everyone is going to be raving about for years to come!

The main benefit of having a wedding reception at The Mayflower Hotel is that the hotel is just beautiful. The ballroom has balconies that are gorgeous and the whole hotel has a g...
reat look. Cliff was phenomenal to work with and was somewhat flexible on pricing when we agreed to do a Friday wedding. The food was good and the person who was in charge of the event that night was extremely kind and helpful. We had a couple little quirks (some gift bags not delivered, a few wedding crashers, a bit of room block coordination trouble), but those minor things were far outweighed by the great event. There were also some surprise perks like the Chivari chairs I love but we'd chosen not to pay extra for. It will be nice to go back there for anniversaries in the future. It's a lovely place.
AMAZING WEDDING!

ot only were all the contracted vendors, cake, flowers, lights and more were amazing (which my guest are still talking about) but the food was delicious and awesome bar tender. They could not have been more perfect. Thank you so much for the wedding of my dreams.
We got married at the Mayflower (please see my other review), but flowers were not part of the contract. As such, we did the standard meetings with florists in the area, but we ac...
tually opted to go with the Mayflower in-house team - and Jerome and Angela did not let us down. We told them what we wanted and what our budget was and they produced a proposal that felt like they had literally been inside my head. Then, at our tasting (this is an advantage of having gone with our venue's in-house florist), we got to see a sample of a table centerpiece. My father walked in the room, which had centerpieces from upcoming weddings at the mayflower on display, and he said, "they're all gorgeous but I really hope that one is yours - it's perfect." He was right - all of them were stunning, but the one that was ours moved my mother to tears (in fairness, that's not hard to do). On our wedding day when we saw our bouquets, boutonieres, and other arrangements we were so pleased with the quality of the work. We told them what we wanted and they nailed it. And of course the bonus of in-house work is that we didn't have to plan for deliveries or anything like that (of course, that wasn't an issue - if we had gone with an outside florist, it wouldn't have been a problem, but it was just one thing we didn't have to worry about). The ceremony room and the reception were perfect, and I highly recommend them even if you aren't getting married at the Mayflower - they know what they are doing and they do it well (they also came in as the least expensive of the florists we interviewed).
My husband and I just got married at the Mayflower in May, and we couldn't have asked for a better wedding!! Rosel Moral is awesome!! She is great to work with and totally made t...
he planning experience a wonderful one. She understood our vision (even when we didn't) and helped us realize exactly what we ultimately wanted. Also, she promptly replied to e-mails and phone calls and was always willing to meet in person. Reina Martin was awesome, too -- she helped set the tone of our reception with lighting and really helped make everything just beautiful. I was a very happy bride :)
