We had the best time at our wedding because of the people who work at The Meadows. Everything went perfectly and they worked behind the scenes making sure the day ran smoothly.

The venue is BEAUTIFUL! ❤️
We looked at so many places, and this venue was the best value by far for what was offered. From the start, communication was easy. Throughout the planning process our questions ...
were answered quickly, and we felt like anytime we had a question (even a stupid question) they took time to explain everything to us. Our wedding day was perfect, and the staff was so much more helpful than we expected. At my sister's wedding, we had to set up nearly all the decor. It was a great overall experience and I would definitely recommend checking this great venue out!
Perfection...this venue was everything we wanted start to finish. The planning process was easy, and my wedding day went just as I dreamed
This was it. We were married in October of 2023. They were booked on Saturdays so we ended up on a Friday, which turned out great, because we were able to do a big brunch the nex...
t day with family, and they didn't have to rush out of town. As far as the meadows, everything was great. When we toured the packages were clear, with no hidden fees. booking the dates was easy and the payment options were flexible. Then of course the most important thing, everything on the wedding went off just as planned. Their staff handled literally everything for us. We are really grateful for the hard work and can 100% recommend checking them out.
We had an absolute DREAM wedding at The Meadows. Everything was perfect. The owners were easy to work with, and the pricing was as good as we could find for what was included. W...
e booked the Silver package and were happy with every vendor there.
The venue and staff were absolutely amazing. Very helpful. Answered all the questions we had. The venue itself was gorgeous for our mother's day weekend wedding.
This venue was so easy to work with and very transparent with pricing. You don't have to invest a bunch of your time before they're even willing to tell you the cost, it's all outl...
ined right on the website. Even though they are priced by package, they are incredibly flexible and we got credits for our lower headcount and less requirements for florals than what was budgeted. I primarily worked with Tyler the entire time leading up to the event which was so easy and always had a response to my emails within a couple of days. Darlene took over once the day actually came and they more than exceeded my expectations. Everything ran smoothly and I was truly blown away by the venue and their staff. If I had a complaint, it would just be that I wished the final money details were available during my final meeting instead of having to email and ask for them. Thank you so much for making such an important day so easy.
Loved the location. Donna was such a pleasure to work with. She always answered all of my questions.
I would recommend that they wouldn't allow a wedding every day of the weekend ...
just because I felt pressured the night of my wedding to make sure they had everything set for the wedding the following day. They were pretty eager to ask for things that I didn't want to take away from the wedding. Which did mean less things for me to take away that night, but still felt a little off about that.
I would choose this place again anyways through the patchy things.
Best venue in NC! Their all inclusive packages are the best! The venue has everything you could ask for in an outdoor ceremony and reception.
Our wedding was absolutely stunning! We were one of the first couples to book a wedding at this venue, and we finally had our wedding! I cannot believe how smooth our day was and h...
ow beautifully it went. The Meadows will go above and beyond to make sure your day is the best. I would recommend this venue to any couple!
Such a beautiful venue! It's pretty new, so they definitely have some kinks to work out when it comes their payment schedules and contracts, but the actual venue is gorgeous and th...
ey're adding new stuff every season. They were very flexible with their inclusive packages. I wasn't a fan of several of their preferred vendors, but they allow you to pick and choose what you want to include, so that made it very easy. The grooms cabin does need some amenities and the gravel walkways could use some work, but I think these are things that venues figure out over time. I'm so happy we found this place when we did and I think it'll start getting very popular in the years to come!
This was a wonderful place to get married. Not only was the view fantastic but the owners were always there to answer any questions. We met several times with them and each time th...
ey helped walk us through everything and even brought up things we hadn’t thought of yet. Not to mention the many times we called when we thought of something that wasn’t talked about. Donna was AMAZING and made sure we had everything we needed for the wedding day and that neither one of us were stressed.
The venue is BEAUTIFUL, so well thought out, and flexible enough to be able to fit a variety of styles. The staff is thoughtful, detail-oriented, and very accessible. Having my cer...
emony and reception here was a breeze and truly made the day so enjoyable.
One thing to note, it is relatively far from anything else (towns, hotels, etc).
