wedding, when we wanted to do a walk-through, communication fell off. We were then told they were in a conflict with the town of Tiverton over permitting and may not be able to host weddings. They officially cancelled on us 3 months before our wedding and reimbursed us. As far as I know, this is no longer a functioning wedding venue.

site would be amenable to many different kinds of events. We had close to 100 guests and there was plenty of room. Parking is a bit tight - we managed that with a party bus. Staff was helpful in implementing my daughter's vision for the wedding.

The rustic vibe with the gorgeous landscape, even on the rainy day we had, was an amazing backdrop for a beautiful ceremony. Betsy was easy to work with and very attentive to any questions we had. ing House was a charming setting with character, but also a clean slate for me to bring in my own details. The coordinators at the MH are so sweet and professional (Betsy, Alyssa, & Nicki were the ones I met). We had everything on site including the ceremony, which we had on the hill of the grounds. We used two of the trees at the bottom on the hill to start the walk way entrance, and it was perfect. For a smaller wedding (30-150) I definitely recommend this venue. We had a tent for dining and used the MH building for the dance floor. Practically every guest said it was the most fun they had ever had at a wedding. The only risk you run is weather if you're using a tent, but it all worked out for us. Just in case plan for a connector from the tent to the MH if the forecast looks if-y. Great location being in the charming, artistic 4 Corners area as well. :)

, yet we never noticed it! Extensive grounds and a beautiful building allow you to truly make the wedding your own. Betsy was amazing and kind. She presented all of the information up front and there were no surprises (unlike our caterer's business manager). Extremely inexpensive, but keep in mind everything will have to be brought in-tables, tent (if you want more than 80 people), dishes, etc. It is all worth it though!! We were so happy with the wedding and people are still raving about the location.
