rior to the wedding day-sent a check in after the coordinator sent me an email telling me the final amount for the day. I made sure to also include the tips in the check. Days after the wedding, I was told the credit card I used to secure the appointment was charged over $150 for extra services, those being eyelashes for some girls and a blowout for one of the moms. I was never warned beforehand that the makeup artists would be asking people if they wanted lashes. I wouldn't have dissuaded them from asking, but it would have been nice to have a heads up that they would offer it to each girl. And of course, the girls thought it was included so most used the service. The one mom was not supposed to get her hair done as she has very short hair and was doing it herself. However, as she was sitting around after makeup, she was told "While you're waiting around I can blow your hair out for you!" When it's put that way, it sounds like a courtesy. But I was charged for her to have a 5 minute blowout. This sounded dishonest to me, and I really hate to feel that way because everything else was wonderful, we all had a great time. But $165 extra, without any warning day of, was a shock. It would have been nice to have someone come up to me at some point and say "fyi, there are additional services the girls got today, it will be extra." Just beware of this if you book your wedding services with them. I wouldn't tell anyone not to go, since they did great work for us, but be sure to ask questions beforehand.

my bridesmaids as we were getting ready and Andrea did a fabulous job on my hair. It was exactly what I envisioned. Sari did my makeup - and she has done so other times, so I just knew it was going to be amazing as well. Sure enough both my hair and makeup stayed literally the entire day - didn't budge with wedding tears during mass, and the curls in my hair never came loose. It was picture perfect! I cannot say enough great things about this salon, as well as Andrea and Sari. They are the best!!

was really stress free. I don’t know if I have ever been in a wedding where everyone actually loved their hair and makeup, but the girls loved it! Everyone looked gorgeous, and it made for amazing wedding photos. Dominique did my hair and she completely understood my vision to a tee and I LOVED my hair (and so did my husband!) I forget the name of the lady who did my make up, but she also did a fantastic job – I felt beautiful and natural at the same time. They definitely helped make my day so special!

On the day of the wedding I went with a downstyle with curls - I went in with it dry and straight. The hairstylist was done with my hair in ~20 minutes. I was charged $150 for this, which I think is ridiculous. They charge you the same price for your wedding-day hair regardless of the style or time it takes. I could have done my hair myself and gotten the same look. And the curls didn't even last! The hairstylist was not professional or friendly. Completely dissatisfied.
