Everything was how we planned it to be perfectly! Macy - my FABULOUS planner was a dream herself! She made sure we had everything, every detail I desired was met, and was right there the entire time! She truly was supportive and got everything together so well! I definitely recommend using them for any location you pick! They are top tier and it was worth it! 🤗

Our son recently got married at this venue, and while the wedding itself turned out beautifully, we cannot say the same about our experience with the venue and its services.

ghout the entire process, we faced ongoing challenges. From pushy sales tactics to a lack of communication and support, we often felt left in the dark. To make matters worse, we only discovered on the wedding day that our assigned planner was no longer with the company. It is disappointing that a reputable business would fail to notify clients of such a significant change in advance.
Despite these issues, we want to recognize one individual who truly made a difference. On the wedding day, we were assisted by the District Manager, Faith, whose professionalism, kindness, and hands-on approach stood out immediately. For the first time throughout this process, we felt genuine care and support. It is very clear why she is in a leadership role.
Unfortunately, the overall experience with the company fell short due to the earlier challenges we encountered. While Faith earned a 5-star experience from us, the negative experiences leading up to the wedding prevent us from rating the venue as highly overall.
If you are considering this venue, we strongly recommend ensuring you have direct support from an experienced leader. Otherwise, you will find yourself working with staff who appear more focused on sales goals than on delivering a supportive and stress-free wedding experience.

Our coordinator, Gracie, was absolutely wonderful. After attending several showcase previews, she truly became more than just our coordinator—she became a friend. She was always warm, responsive, and incredibly attentive, making us feel supported and cared for throughout the entire journey.

Our wedding photographer, Ruth, was simply amazing! On our wedding day, not only was she our photographer, but she helped calm the chaos! I had a welcome mirror completely shatter and I was just devastated, Ruth helped create a new welcome mirror to ease my sadness and stress. Starting from our first meeting she asked about details we didn’t even think of, which I’m glad she did! The day of the wedding she made everything run so smoothly for us, I never had to stress about anything! Throughout the evening she always checked on my husband & I. Made sure we ate food, provided us with drinks when we were empty handed, asked if we need anything, and made sure we had our special moments! She even took videos of important moments for us when no one else did, like getting our marriage license signed. She kept us on schedule the whole night, which was so important for a Type-A person like myself. Not only was she a phenomenal coordinator, she is an amazing person. We want to shoutout to the DJ, Caleb. He was AMAZING! Amazing is not even the right word - we had 3 different cultures at our wedding & wanted to play music from each culture, Albania, Spain, & USA. HE NAILED IT.
We kept our reception going until 1 am and our guests literally danced until 1am. The music was an absolute dream.

ble day-of coordinator, Gabi. From the moment we began our rehearsal to the final clean-up, Gabi was a calming presence who ensured that everything ran seamlessly.
Her attention to detail was remarkable. Gabi kept us on schedule and expertly managed the logistics of the day, including keeping our guests cool in the Texas heat before the ceremony. I was able to truly relax and enjoy every moment, knowing that she was taking care of everything—from lighting candles to moving flowers post-ceremony. It was such a relief to not have to worry about any of those little details!
The venue itself was stunning, and the food was fantastic. Our guests raved about the delicious meals, and the bar service was impressively efficient. The photobooth was a hit, providing endless entertainment for everyone, and the DJ did an excellent job, perfectly following our playlist and keeping the energy high throughout the night.
Thanks to Gabi and the entire team at The Milestone Georgetown, our wedding was everything we had hoped for and more. It was a magical weekend that we will cherish forever. y, and our day of coordinator, Malorri, were both awesome and made this process super smooth and as stress free as possible. They were very responsive and accommodating during the whole process. The in house vendors that we used were also awesome. Food, DJ, Bartenders, and photographer were all great! They all had great energy and great attitudes. Malorri was there for all of our day of needs, and made our day easy and stress free. Abby made the process super easy, and was there for all of our questions and special requests. They both went above and beyond for us, and we both are super grateful! All around the Milestone-Georgetown was a great venue and we 10 out of 10 recommend!

and made everything very easy to manage. The DJ Nolan was absolutely incredible. Everyone was very easy to get ahold of and were super responsive to any questions I had. The wedding day went absolutely perfectly - no snags or issues. Gracie helped everything to run smoothly and on time and my family and I were able to sit back and enjoy the day rather than stressing about coordinating everything. I would highly highly recommend Morgan Creek Barn to everyone looking for a gorgeous and stress-free wedding!

Throughout my process - they would not pay attention to our wedding plan contract. We would receive email...
s from their team to add on additional services for the wedding AFTER we already had. This caused us numerous headaches since we spent money that we thought would be paid attention to but even after we upgraded to add on another bar tender, we got an email promotion that stated that we should add on another bar tender. Their own employee apologized for the email and said that they send it out as a mass promotion and acknowledged that we had on our account already with the additional bar tender.
The in house catering we told we would be able to do tasting which was true but we had to wait for a monthly taste event that would have only one option on our catering plan as they really focused on their “couples” who had paid on a higher meal plan. If we wanted to do a tasting for our own plan, it would be over $300 dollars and would only include two tastings for only two main meals, and two sides. Which when we signed we were NOT told that this would happen.
Then the day of the actual wedding they would not even let me in when my time was because they were showing a potential couple the venue. Then their hired day of coordinator Gracie was no where to be found throughout the day, did not even introduce herself to my husband, stated she didn’t know I was brining my own chargers which was in our wedding contract! (I brought a print out of my contract thankfully). The whole point of a day of coordinator is to keep the wedding timeline - She did NOT keep the wedding day timeline at all. I had to keep checking the timeline and the only reason my wedding was running on time was because of my photographer!
Overall the only reason why my wedding was a beautiful memory because of my husband, family and friends and other amazing vendors. Do not use this venue as there are plenty of other ones in the area and Walter’s estate will only push to upsell your package selections and DROP the ball on all of the wedding planning and day of coordination.

Abby went above and beyond as service providers, always there to address any questions or concerns we had. And on the day of our wedding, they were absolutely phenomenal! The venue itself is stunning, but Gabbi's attentiveness during our special day was truly exceptional. If I could give them 20 stars, I would without hesitation. It's the people who make this place so extraordinary, and we'll forever cherish the royal treatment we received.

he outdoor ceremony chairs. The food was NOT GOOD AT ALL! The meat I could not chew and the veggies were all WAY over cooked. The candle votives they provided were dirty. I said something and nothing was done about it. The dance floor was sticky before the reception started which made it tough to dance. Also, I did not appreciate being asked to tip every single server and dish washer. Why am I paying Milestone so much and that’s not covered?

From the first time we walked through the door, to our grand exit as husband and wife, we were well taken care of and you could tell that all those involved cared and wanted us to have the best experience possible.
Gracie was absolutely phenomenal! She went above and beyond being a day-of-coordinator. She constantly checked in on us to make sure we were taken care of. She dealt with any problems that arose seamlessly, and was very professional and organized. Gracie is a really up-beat and positive person and I could not have imagined a greater coordinator to make our day run smoothly.
Nolan was the best DJ! He put as at ease with planning our music selections and had great guidance and knowledge about how to keep the party rolling, During the reception, our family added in some late additions, and he adjusted on the fly and made everything work. We heard multiple positive reviews from guests about how great the music was. He did an awesome job!
Alyssa was a fantastic photographer! She had a lot of great ideas and suggestions, was so sweet and professional. Same as the others, she was able to adjust on the fly. We haven't seen the photographs yet, but we're positive they are amazing because of how hard she was working and how detailed she was!
Abby was our planning representative and we couldn't have done this without her! She kept everything in line and on track the whole time for us. Responded quickly to us, and answered every question that we had. She was absolutely amazing, detailed, and very professional!
If we could give all of the staff more than 5 stars, we would! You absolutely cannot go wrong with having your wedding at the Milestone, I will not be getting married again, but if I was I would choose here and all of the staff involved again!
