ing their praises enough! From our coordinator, Lexi, to the executive chef, Jacob, the team was outstanding. Everyone knows that wedding planning can be incredibly stressful, but their team is beyond helpful and accommodating and you are taken care of every step of the way. Not only is their customer service top notch, but they are the epitome of a “one and done” venue. No need to worry about bringing in a million vendors and getting charged outrageous fees for just using a single space. They take care of just about everything from lodging, rehearsals, ceremony AND reception spaces, catering, bar, coordinating; the list goes on and on. They also make finding vendors like hair/makeup, DJ, photographers very easy by pulling a list of recommendations that they’ve personally vouched for. Seriously, I cannot imagine planning a wedding without all of their guidance and insight. On top of everything, I’d say they are remarkably affordable given everything they provide. Not a single expense is wasted and EVERYONE on the team is going the extra mile. Now, for the finer details. We got married on a Friday and while there were certain limitations on timing, not a single moment was wasted. Lexi Larkins, the Friday and Sunday day-of coordinator extraordinaire, was phenomenal. I’m actually struggling to call her just my “day of” coordinator because she went above and beyond with helping us for a year while we planned everything. Every question we had was answered promptly and respectfully; which majorly eased my anxiety throughout the whole planning process. On the big day, Lexi expertly kept us on track with a smile and good natured attitude while managing all the logistics of family dynamics, timing, outside vendors, etc. all while making sure my husband and I had the absolute best day. She even took the liberty of boxing up dinner for us so the we could actually eat after the reception and enjoy the food we paid for. Which brings me to my next point - the food. OMG the food! Jacob, the head chef, completely nailed it! My husband is Peruvian and we wanted to incorporate some traditional food into our menu and Jacob was up to the task. He was incredibly diligent and thorough with sourcing ingredients and ensuring that the flavors we were looking for were spot on. Jacob even took the time to pull my husband aside a few hours before dinner to make sure that a particular Peruvian sauce was EXACTLY right - that attention to detail cannot be overstated. I also want to note that both of my parents come from a hospitality background, particularly in the food and lodging business, so they can be tough critics. But they were completely blown out of the water and impressed beyond measure. My last thing, the venue itself is STUNNING. As a fantasy lover, I got to have the magical/fairy princess/LOTR wedding of my dreams. We chose to have our ceremony in the Ruins which felt ethereal and cozy with its warm lighting and romantic ambiance. I wish I could relive it again and again and again. The rest of the grounds are just as beautiful and make for the most incredible pictures. You can feel the love and care that the entire staff puts in every stretch of the venue. When you’re planning the biggest event of your life, it matters having a team that cares.

ounds and venue speak for themselves: the entire site is gorgeous. The cottages, provisions store, and brewery on-site make it a destination. Our guests who stayed in the cottages had everything they needed, and were comfortably close to the main event. Everyone loved the breakfasts and coffee from the provisions store and they all enjoyed the food and beverages at the brewery. Our family hasn't been able to stop talking about how amazing the wedding was- the common feeling was "we couldn't think of anything else we needed or wanted to have during the event". The chef-created meal (Jason and his team): incredibly delicious with the freshest ingredients; the cake by Pierre and his team: delectable and Paul-Hollywood-handshake- worthy. The hospitality coordinator during our getting-ready time was Madison and she was so kind and helpful. Every staff member and bartender was fantastic- they were all welcoming, helpful, and kind to us and all of our guests. Our coordinator for the day was Lexi- 5 stars- 12/10- can't say enough positive about her. She communicated early and often. She worked with us to make the day exactly what we wanted. She anticipated needs and filled in every detail my 2-years-of-wedding-planning-brain may have dropped leading up to the big day. On our day, she worked seamlessly with our photographers and DJ to make sure everything was covered. From ceremony entrance to reception exit- it was seamless. Were there some changes to the plan of events in real time- yeah, but no one other than myself (the bride) and Lexi knew. Our guests experienced a magical event that flowed beautifully from start to finish. Lexi was professional and prepared, but so personable that it felt like we've known each other for years. I'm not trying to get married again, I have definitely found my person. But if we, for some reason, had to do it all over again, I don't think I'd change much at all- and definitely wouldn't change anything about the Mill, our lovely coordinator Lexi, or the rest of the staff and our experience there. It was top notch and now part of one of my favorite memories of our love story. Note: the estimated cost I listed with this vendor includes the site, food, desserts, beer & wine for our guests.

n so smoothly. Our coordinator, Lexi, was fantastic leading up to and throughout the event. She answered all of our questions promptly, and helped us think through all the details. The chef helped us create a unique menu and even cooked a favorite recipe of ours that we gave him. The cottages were great for guests to stay at and the Millers Cottage for us as a couple was incredible. The Mill really knows how to manage details and the space itself is incredibly beautiful. We didn’t need much in terms of decoration to pull the space together! The list of vendors The Mill works with were also incredible. We can’t thank The Mill enough for helping us create a day we’ll remember forever!

It was a magical day! THE RECEPTION decor was on point!!!! I am so proud of our efforts together. :) ALL of the staff and the FOOD were amazing and just divine with all of the fall flavors we were looking for. Truly the best in the business! We will always hold the memories and the greatest day next to the birth of our children, at The Mill. The food and cake were amazing, and our guests are still talking about how delicious everything was. Communication was always easy, and we truly felt supported from start to finish. The venue also included so much beautiful décor, which made planning and decorating so much easier for us. One of our favorite parts of the venue is its natural beauty — the stunning landscaping, the peaceful creek, and the overall atmosphere created the perfect backdrop for our ceremony and photos. It felt magical! We also loved that there were cottages available on-site, which made it convenient for us and our guests to stay and enjoy the full experience together. Everything about our wedding day was perfect, and we’re so grateful to Lexi and the team for making it all happen. inators. They both did a great job especially the day of the wedding. Everything went smoothly and that says a lot being that our outdoors plans were rained out. The only noticable negative about the ceremony being moved to the reception hall was the tables when returned were backwards. That put the mother/ step father, father/step mother of the bride, and the mother of the groom and step father were furthest on the long tables from us the bride and groom. We noticed after the dinner service so it was a little too late to fix. Aside from that the food was AMAZING! The bridal suite was great to do hair, make up and get ready. Everything else was overall great. There will be a second review specifically about the owner.

e ruins ceremony site looked like something out of a fairytale. It was so convenient having catering and the cake done in-house since it meant two fewer vendors to find, and all our guests raved about both the food and the cake. Our day-of coordinator Beatrice, who worked with us basically our whole planning process, was fantastic, easy to work with, and was very quick to answer all of our questions (and we had a lot.) We truly couldn’t have come up with a better venue or staff if we tried.

the beautiful natural setting, the charming ruins, the Provisions coffee and wine shop, the brewery right on site (which made the perfect spot for our rehearsal dinner), and the cottages where our family and friends stayed — it felt like our own private wedding village for the weekend. I honestly didn’t want to leave. The reception dinner was unreal — and I say that as someone who’s never left a wedding raving about the food. But this? Next level. The mushroom pasta might be the most delicious thing I’ve ever eaten. Our guests are still talking about it, and I’m still dreaming about it. The service throughout the weekend was exceptional. The bar staff, wait staff, and full venue team were on it from beginning to end — professional, friendly, and so good at what they do. And our day-of coordinator, Lexi, was an absolute dream. As a Type A bride, I had a lot of moving parts, and she and the team handled every detail with grace, calm, and total competence. I didn’t worry about a single thing the entire day. Lexi is also a gem of a human and made the day so fun. Her genuine, kind and bubbly demeanor is a huge asset to the venue and her couples. She is newer to the industry, but has a bright future ahead of her and I am glad to now call her a friend. This venue is a treasure. Even though it was only 30 minutes away from where we live, it felt like we were hours away from the city. The all-inclusive aspect (food on-site, day of coordinator) took a huge weight off of our shoulders and made the planning process so easy. Also, the cottages were so cozy and convenient for our families to stay in. We're already planning on staying there for our anniversary next year. The food! Everyone will be telling you how good their food was. Truly, wedding venue food has no business being this good. And Pierre, their pastry chef, can make the most delicious and beautiful wedding cakes I've ever seen. 12/10. Their culinary team is unmatched. Our day-of-coordinator, Jeannie, was the best!!! Her and her team kept everything running smoothly throughout the whole day into the night - I never had to think about what time it was. ade our day so special. The team at the Mill was so fantastic to work with during planning. The venue has so many of the needs of a wedding covered. It was so convenient that part of the package included the ceremony location with seating, the reception location with all the things you need for a beautiful dinner set up, catering on site and even cottages for guest to stay. This allowed us to focus on all of the little touches we wanted for our guests instead of having to worry about renting plates, glasses, linens and things like that. It's all there for you! We used the in house day of coordinator service and that we a must. Melissa (our coordinator) helped keep everything on track and allowed me as a bride to really enjoy everything! The Ceremony Site- We chose "The Ruins" and it felt like we were in Ireland, it was stunning. There are 3 outdoor ceremony locations on site- all really beautiful and can cater to different tastes and crowd sizes. The benefit with the Mill is that they also have an indoor area that is great as a backup in case of bad weather, which is a huge bonus. The Cake- OH MY GOSH- Pierre makes some delicious cakes. We tried a few and each was fantastic, it made it hard to pick one. The Food- Working with the catering team was awesome! We wanted to do a Bourbon forward theme and had some unique requests to match - we were continuously met with a "yeah, no problem" response. Everything was delicious! I have one friend that's been to 15 weddings in the last 2 years, and she said it was the best wedding food she's ever had. So many guests continue to comment on the appetizers and the main dish. If you are a foodie, this is the wedding venue for you! They are also very accommodating for allergy friendly dishes. The Drinks- We had a "Choose your own Old Fashioned" bar as well as other drinks and our guests had so much fun trying out the different offerings. The bar crew did a wonderful job and met all of our requests with ease! The Cottages- We booked cottages for our guests to stay overnight and everyone commented on how cute and cozy they were. Many guests loved the Provisions shop as well where you check in and out. Guests also really enjoyed stopping by the creek and walking the grounds taking some of their own beautiful photos in the gorgeous setting. Overall- if you are looking for a rustic, naturally beautiful venue with everything on site and the most fantastic food and drinks- BOOK The Mill at Fine Creek. You will not be disappointed!

Beth, our coordinator, was an absolute rockstar. Her grace and expertise eased us through months of planning and on the big day, she ensured that every aspect flowed seamlessly. From wrangling vendors to pinning boutonnieres, no detail was too small for her to handle with finesse and capability. Beth was integral to helping us plan the day-of timeline, and was attentive without hovering during our big day. She was fun and easygoing to work with, and is a natural at wedding coordination. The picturesque grounds were a breathtaking backdrop for our celebration—beautifully maintained and a perfect blend of aesthetics and functionality. The attention to small details, such as the well-placed amenities, ample bathrooms, and thoughtful bar setup, did not go unnoticed. The on-site guest cottages were a massive hit with our traveling guests. Spacious, comfortable, and equipped with every comfort imaginable, they added an extra layer of warmth and convenience to our celebration. Rosalie, who managed the cottages, ensured everyone felt at home, communicating seamlessly and making the stay unforgettable. Choosing The Mill at Fine Creek as our wedding venue was the best decision we made. The memories created there will forever hold a cherished place in our hearts.
