About this vendor
The Mint Barrel Barn Event Center is a serene and secluded wedding venue located in Nampa, ID. Nestled in a vast and open landscape with stunning views of the mountains and valley, this farm makes for a breathtaking spot to host celebrations. The historic barn was built in 1910 and was a mint still for many years, producing peppermint to be used in toothpaste, gum, and candy. Now owned and operated by the Fulfer family, it has been lovingly restored to welcome couples for the most romantic day of their lives. The expansive grounds will be complete in summer 2021 and offer an atmospheric place where you can wed surrounded by ponds, waterfalls, and verdant foliage.
Ceremonies at The Mint Barrel Barn Event Center can take place on the lawns, in front of the barn, or inside the 6,000-square-foot building. This picturesque structure exudes retro charm and has been outfitted with modern amenities to provide comfort for 21st-century gatherings. The beautiful interior boasts exposed beams, sloped ceilings, ceilings fans with lighting fixtures, and hardwood floors. This two-story rustic-elegant barn can accommodate up to 200 guests for dinner and dancing late into the night. It also houses two get-ready suites for you and your partner, a game and arcade room, and a photo booth room. The beautifully-manicured grounds features paved walkways with glittering lighting, a fire pit, and lush plants.
Comprehensive wedding packages at The Mint Barrel Barn Event Center are designed to make your experience easy and convenient. These packages come with venue rental from 9am to 11pm (on weekends), tables and chairs, floor plan setups, a projector and sound system, and lighting and dimming capabilities. From the moment we booked The Mint Barrel Barn, we knew it was the perfect place for our wedding. What made it even more special is that it’s also where my husband proposed, so bei...
ng able to get married there made our day incredibly meaningful.
The venue is absolutely beautiful, with the perfect atmosphere for both the ceremony and the celebration. Every detail of the property made for the most amazing backdrop, and our guests couldn’t stop talking about how gorgeous it was.
What truly sets The Mint Barrel Barn apart, though, is the staff. They went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and made us feel so cared for throughout the entire process. They took so much stress off our shoulders and genuinely made our wedding day absolutely perfect.
We will forever be grateful for the memories we made there. If you’re looking for a venue with a beautiful setting, an amazing team, and a place that truly cares about making your day special, I cannot recommend The Mint Barrel Barn enough. Thank you for giving us the most perfect wedding day—we’ll cherish those memories forever!
The Mint Barrel Barn is amazing to work with. They are so accommodating and do their best to make your vision come to life. It is such a beautiful venue. 10/10 would recommend.

mint barrel barn for making our day so magical!
I can’t say enough good things about our experience at Mint Barrel Barn. We had our daughter’s wedding and reception there and everything was absolutely perfect. Reina is a truly a...
mazing person and I told her she was everywhere and nowhere. She blended in until she anticipated we needed something (like the cake knife and server) and she would find you. Don’t be dissuaded by the construction in the area, we were able to access the venue with no trouble and there was no construction noise during our event. 10/10 experience!
This is such a perfect venue! The barn and grounds are beautiful, and Reina makes your day perfect! We couldn't be more happy with the way our wedding day went! Thanks Reina!
I honestly cannot express how much I loved having my wedding here. It was the most magical day and Kapri and Reina were absolutely incredible. I was beyond impressed with how graci...
ous and helpful they both were. Kapri is the owner and was a huge reason we booked here, she was beyond helpful and gave such amazing advice. Reina was outstanding, we ended up hiring her as our day-of-coordinator and I will say this with 1000% happiness, I did not have to do anything on the day of the wedding. She did a fantastic job decorating, managing, and making the day great. One thing that we were hesitant about was the price, but if I am being completely honest, we didn't have hidden fees like a lot of other places. They include a lot that other places don't (including setting up and taking down your chairs).
Absolutely LOVED Mint Barrel! It’s a stunning venue with rustic charm that’s still classy, and Kapri is phenomenal to work with. 100% recommend to anyone looking for a venue in the...
