The Mint Barrel Barn Event Center is a serene and secluded wedding venue located in Nampa, ID. Nestled in a vast and open landscape with stunning views of the mountains and valley, this farm makes for a breathtaking spot to host celebrations. The historic barn was built in 1910 and was a mint still for many years, producing peppermint to be used in toothpaste, gum, and candy. Now owned and operated by the Fulfer family, it has been lovingly restored to welcome couples for the most romantic day of their lives. The expansive grounds will be complete in summer 2021 and offer an atmospheric place where you can wed surrounded by ponds, waterfalls, and verdant foliage. Ceremonies at The Mint Barrel Barn Event Center can take place on the lawns, in front of the barn, or inside the 6,000-square-foot building. This picturesque structure exudes retro charm and has been outfitted with modern amenities to provide comfort for 21st-century gatherings. The beautiful interior boasts exposed beams, sloped ceilings, ceilings fans with lighting fixtures, and hardwood floors. This two-story rustic-elegant barn can accommodate up to 200 guests for dinner and dancing late into the night. It also houses two get-ready suites for you and your partner, a game and arcade room, and a photo booth room. The beautifully-manicured grounds features paved walkways with glittering lighting, a fire pit, and lush plants. Comprehensive wedding packages at The Mint Barrel Barn Event Center are designed to make your experience easy and convenient. These packages come with venue rental from 9am to 11pm (on weekends), tables and chairs, floor plan setups, a projector and sound system, and lighting and dimming capabilities. MBB is also available to help you plan your event, answer any questions, and make sure everything runs smoothly on the big day. Outside caterers are welcome to use our kitchen for prep purposes. The venue features an adjacent 600-square-foot patio, dubbed “The Silo”, which has a built-in bar for your bartender's use. Other amenities include heat and air-conditioning, a parking lot for 200 cars, ADA-accessible restrooms and changing rooms, and a wheelchair accessible lift.
