We would like to present a detailed pricing for your event. The estate can host 75 to 200 guests at our exquisite estate. The rental includes the following: · Event Liability Insurance · Event Fee · On-site Parking for up to 150 cars · Event Valet Parking · Event Security and Site Representative · Exit Cleaning Fee · Trash Haul Away · Occupancy Taxes Grand Total: $38,850.00 What's included: · The ability to host your Rehearsal Dinner the night prior to your Wedding Day for up to 40 guests · Security Staff on site during the event · On-site parking for all guests with complimentary valet service (no shuttle necessary) · All trash left behind by vendors will be hauled away · Event Insurance We also have all-inclusive packages. The venue also can provide additional services such as private chef, bar and catering, florists, photographers, massage, yoga, etc. Private tours of our beautiful estate are available by request.
