WOW is simply how’d describe this band. Truly the best part of our wedding!! They had every up dancing the entire night & had people begging for an encore at the end. Simply a great experience with the entire MCS team from start to finish. 12/10 recommend booking them!!!

Music City Sound Band made the wedding reception absolutely perfect. Every guest was one the dance floor. I would 100% tell anyone this will be your best investment to make your wedding perfect or any party/event perfect. Absolutely love them!! Hiring The Music City Sound was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. I told my fiancé that my goal for our reception was to be on the dance floor the entire night and I can happily report I achieved that (and I definitely wasn’t the only one!). I did not want to miss a moment. The band was INCREDIBLE. The quality, sound and the energy they brought was phenomenal. The band also did a fabulous job learning and performing our first dance, father/daughter and mother/son dance songs. Our wedding night was very hot and our band members continued to bring the energy despite the heat. They worked so hard and it did not go unnoticed! Leading up to the wedding, working with the MCS was seamless. After our first phone call with CT I knew we were in good hands. CT introduced us to Katie, the Director of Client Success, and all my communication with her was so easy and efficient and she was also very helpful with any questions I had. When we were cutting our cake they played the song that was our second choice to our first dance song, and they did not know that. It was just one of those serendipity moments that made our wedding extra special, and confirmed that we had made the best choice in hiring The Music City Sound. I would relive this night over and over again. You will not regret hiring The Music City Sound!

The Music City Sound is absolutely incredible! As someone who works in the music industry, having a good band was very important to me- Music City Sound exceeded my expectations. They listened to our input and built a set that was perfect for our wedding. They MC'd the night perfectly, all of the transitions of our wedding were perfectly timed and right on point- they made the moments before and in between the music seamless. They were responsive and helpful the entire way leading up to our wedding. All of our guests were quick to tell us how impressed they were by the band. We highly recommend them to everyone in the Nashville area!

I could not recommend using MSC more! Through the entire planning process, they were so accommodating with all of our requests and needs. The Music City Sound was phenomenal in every aspect – from planning to performance – and was such an important factor in the success of our wedding. Along with providing the primary entertainment for the evening, we also utilized the band’s services for our cocktail hour (single piano) and during dinner (light jazz). We want to first recognize how incredibly skilled they are as musicians and vocalists. They played incredibly well together as a unit, with featured solos (both during dinner and during the primary dance portion) that were unbelievably good. The band can flat out play. As performers, the band takes great effort to ensure they remain engaged with the audience while always maintaining a set list with good “flow.” There was never a lull in their performance; our dance floor was packed until the very end of the evening. In terms of planning, we were impressed by CT’s (our primary contact with the band) communication prior to the wedding. He was proactive in ensuring that he understood our taste and vision for the evening (and their performance). We always felt heard and never rushed in our conversations with CT. CT’s thorough planning was evident in the band’s performance; their execution was flawless. The MCS were UNBELIEVABLE! Not only were they such a pleasure to work with leading up to our wedding (so communicative and accommodating of our requests), but their performance was quite literally the best wedding band we and many of our guests said have ever seen!! They were incredibly professional and kept everyone on their feet the entire time! I’m just sad we didn’t have them play until the sun came up! They truly made our wedding so incredibly special and we cannot thank them enough for making our day a full blown party concert, completely exceeded our expectations!!

We had the pleasure of working with MCS this past weekend in Kentucky. From a wedding planner’s perspective I greatly appreciate the responsiveness to any and all communication we had leading up to the wedding day. This is very important in the planning process to be able to receive a quick turnaround on questions or concerns. It keeps the process moving forward without stress and delays. On the wedding day MSC was approachable, organized, and flexible when it was necessary. They were self sufficient and prepared. And last, but not least they were entertaining! The dance floor was packed the whole evening.

We cannot say enough great things about Music City Sound, and we are still blown away by how amazing and talented they are! We had our wedding in March 2023. Both the Bride and I are full time musicians in Nashville so having a band was very important to us. Will and CT made us feel welcome and put us at ease from planning all the way to the day of the event. The band was fantastic, and months later we STILL have people saying how much the Music City Sound added to the experience. We were absolutely stoked to find Music City Sound, and that they were available for our wedding date, and hoped that all of the reviews were correct that they were “The Best Wedding Band Ever”. Let us tell you, we were not disappointed, and every glowing review is true. Some guests told us it felt like a mixture of a concert and a wedding. The singers voices were amazing, the horns added so much to the sound. I think everyone could have kept dancing all night long. The team also coordinated sound for our ceremony for a very reasonable fee, and the dinner set was both not too loud and really impressed the guests that knew jazz. The band was super communicative, responded quickly to our messages, and went above and beyond to play the songs that we asked for. I would recommend this band to absolutely anyone hoping to have the night of their lives. You will not be disappointed.

Music City Sound was amazing to work with and even more amazing to party with. Our guests were on the dance floor all night long, the set list had some of our favorite songs and they even learned a song that we know all our guests from Michigan would love! We didn’t have a planner and CT was always willing to hop on a call to review the timeline or answer any questions as we prepared for the big day. We are huge music people, and to us, a band makes a wedding special. When it came time to choose our wedding band, we received several names from our planner. After watching a few videos, there was no doubt in our minds that The Music City Sound was a cut above the rest. Not only is this band beyond talented, but CT couldn't be kinder. My fiancé was in Nashville for a bachelor party, we live in Colorado and our wedding was in Ohio, and CT let him attend a soundcheck, so that he could hear them live before we completed our booking. I'm not sure any other band would have allowed that! Once he met the band and heard them live, the deal was done. CT was also amazing at communicating with us about our set lists, and he was extremely accommodating with all of our requests. Fast forward to December, and they absolutely crushed it at our wedding. The biggest feedback we got about the day was, "this is the best band I've ever seen at a wedding." The dance floor was full the entire night. We even had a few friends ask for their info because they are now interested in having The Music City Sound play at their weddings! Talented, professional, and fun, they really bring the party in the best way possible!

The Music City Sound brought.the.party!!! Our wedding reception was the most fun event we have ever been to, and that was all thanks to the energy and talent the MCS brought. CT was so wonderful to work with leading up to our special day. What an incredible band!! We could not be happier to have chosen The Music City Sound for our destination wedding in Playa del Carmen, Mexico and cannot recommend them enough! We were blown away!! Unbeknownst to us, CT had worked with them leading up to the wedding helping them facilitate their insane performances. The Music City Sound was fantastic! They worked closely with my son-in-law who was uber particular in the selection of entertainment for his wedding to my daughter. When discussing wedding plans, he only had one request and that was to be in charge of hiring the band. Well they rocked it. I have been to countless weddings in my life and have never seen the dance floor stay packed like it was with Music City Sound. Everyone danced - the young and the old!!! The Music City Sound was absolutely incredible. First off, CT was incredible at communicating, highly responsive, and able to schedule calls to talk through all the special details. They were super accommodating and able to make all my dreams of a wedding band come true. And finally, the performance was perfect. After the absolute electric ending, I had many friends tell me this was the best wedding band they had ever heard. They range of songs was perfect, and had the the entire crowd on the dance floor. The Music City Sound had everybody up on their feet, dancing and laughing and celebrating. CT was great to work with, he was always responsive to emails and flexible with song requests. The band will even learn 3 new songs for your night, which they did for our dance, father/daughter, and mother/son. It was so impactful having live music at our event, it really kept the energy going all night long. The Music City Sound had great song selections, amazing instruments, and vocals. We waited 2 years to have them perform at our wedding, and it was absolutely worth the wait.

The horns during our cocktail hour were incredible and then the full band started and truly brought the party. Will and Music City Sound were beyond amazing and the very best wedding band we and our guests have ever heard. The sound check system was incredibly perfect throughout the venue all night long. The enthusiasm and energy of the band was amazing. Their voices and music talent was the best. The dance floor was packed the entire wedding. Our guests still haven’t stopped commenting on it was the best wedding band they ever heard and how they don’t often dance and they danced the night away because they were so awesome. Music City Sound also was incredible to deal with throughout all the problems we had with cancellations during then pandemic. They always responded quickly and were an absolute pleasure to deal with. I would give them more then 5 stars if there was an option to do so. Book them for sure. You will be thrilled!

If you're looking for a band and have it narrowed to a top three with CT and Music City Sound in it...stop reading and get a contract immediately. If you don't have a top three...I understand. There aren't two others which compare. When looking for a dance band I want them with the full range of instruments and vocals. I want to close my eyes and envision EWF, Tina, Farrell and all the greats. With CT and Music City Sound that's totally possible...in fact, their fidelity is mind-blowing. If you're looking for First Call musicians, with Broadway quality performance chops...again, stop reading already. CT is all kinds of sexy, the girls could easily be working with Queen B and the band instantly made me think of Tower of Power. They put together a jazz quartet that should be offered a recording contract. The dance band played longer than I asked them to and I swear if they were still playing our guests would still be dancing.

The Music City Sounds is the absolute best wedding band!! We cannot suggest or thank them enough. We were unfortunately apart of the three time Covid wedding planning and replanning and they were an absolute dream to work with! Will and CT especially were so flexible, accommodating and patient. As if that isn't enough, they are unbelievable live! They sure know how to get a party started and keep it going. We had less than 20 guests out of 240 leave before the end of the party. If you are looking for an amazing band with incredible energy you've found your match!

Truly the best entertainment we could have asked for! My absolute favorite part of the day was having our first dance song played live at our reception, and I really love that they made recommendations on whether or not other songs we had picked would sound good live or as an original recording. The talent and energy from the entire band radiated and kept the celebration going all the way until our send off. I'm so so so happy we hired them!

The Music City Sound was an excellent choice for our wedding! You really made our wedding amazing, especially for people who love music so much. CT really killed it on the sax, too! We were pleased with the way that they worked with us in the months leading up to the wedding, personalizing it to us, and allowing us to request a couple personal songs and also making sure they would play the classic wedding songs that everyone knows and loves. At our actual wedding, their energy at times including when they introduced us was great and the evening flowed nicely into our first dance, parent dances and the hora. The hora was amazing! We also had many guests virtually celebrating with us on a livestream and they were happy to accommodate our request to create a Spotify playlist of band songs that we could send to them so they could feel like they were there with us. All in all, we received so many compliments from friends and family asking how we found the band, where they were from, and how great they were!! We usually don't give 5/5 stars but we don't have a single complaint about the band. Thank you so much The Music City Sound!

The Music City Sound is the best there is! They stayed with us through all of our date changes due to COVID and met all of my very specific requests! We had several wedding guests reach out to us to say how great the music at our wedding was! They are fun, high energy, and really know how to get the party started! I would hire them 10x over!

We absolutely loved The Music City Sound and would recommend them for any event! We were lucky enough to have them play at our 9.18.20 wedding, and they helped make our wedding so fun and memorable. Due to COVID-19 we had to scale back our wedding from > 150 guests to ~30, but CT & team had such a high energy performance we had the dance floor packed the whole night. They also learned the special songs we requested, and they sounded great. CT was so nice and responsive, making it super easy to work with the band to coordinate all of the details. BEST EVER BAND. Played our August 15 wedding in Cleveland and have had so many guests follow up asking for their info because they were that good. CT and his team are very responsive and down to earth - made the whole experience so smooth. Also they have such a variety of talent. Our dance floor was bumping all night. Made the wedding!!

Music City Sound was an unbelievable band for our wedding! They were so receptive to working with us to get just the right sound we wanted, and had an excellent variety of music. The best in the business! Honestly, where do I even begin. These guys and ladies are the best in the business. From the beginning to end, they did nothing but impress us. & I'm talking from the very first interaction. 
CT was the coolest dude ever, nicest, and went above and beyond to help and work with us on making everything P E R F E C T.
 We had 3 first dance songs that they learned, and SURPASSED all expectations-- nailed them. Mind you, they had never even heard of these three songs before. I was completely mind blown, still am.
 Not only were they super personable, and friendly. Also, super talented, fun, and a good looking crew! All of our guest RAVED about them!

CT and crew were amazing!! We opted to add the horn section and It was so worth it. Our dance floor was packed til midnight and if the band didn’t have to travel 2 1/2 hours back to Nashville we would’ve asked them for more. So many compliments and inquiries from our guests. Their promo video doesn’t do them justice. The vibe is way more funk! Love, love, love this band!!!

AWESOME. I can't say enough positive things about The Music City Sound. They responded promptly to emails, they were extremely helpful and friendly in communication, and were so professional throughout the experience. And they are SO TALENTED!! The musicians, the singers - all exceptional. They sound amazing doing all types of music - from the quiet jazzy dinner music all the way to the pop songs that rock the dance floor. They got people on the dance floor at our wedding I never would have expected to be up there! Everyone was disappointed when they announced the last song. My husband and I did a choreographed first dance and they learned our song exactly how it was on the recording so we would be in sync. It was perfect. It was an amazing night and we are so grateful to MCS for making it so special!
