The Mystic is a renovated classic Route 66 motor lodge & wedding venue in Santa Fe, NM. It’s unique desert + city placement offers brilliant night skies, fresh mountain air, and magical nights by the fire for an unforgettable wedding celebration. We are conveniently situated only 10 minutes from the historic Santa Fe Plaza, Museum Hill, and Canyon Road, and close to many other attractions.

Tie the knot in a unique outdoor ceremony, held in a circular formation so you can be surrounded by loved ones as you exchange vows. Decorated with leafy foliage and twinkling overhead lights, the ceremony area is a suitably enchanting setting for saying "I do." Afterward, you and your guests can enjoy cocktails in the venue's High Desert bar before dining and dancing the night away under the stars. The outdoor fire pit area offers the perfect place for guests to gather and relax while admiring the New Mexico sunset. Meanwhile, the interior of the hotel features distinctive, globally-inspired design and a warm, welcoming ambiance that will set your celebration apart. Its 24 guest rooms combine a bohemian aesthetic with modern comforts for a peaceful, luxurious stay.
The dedicated team at The Mystic will work closely with you to create the wedding of your dreams. They'll handle setup and cleanup, and can supply a variety of event rentals to enhance your celebration. Full bar services are available, with the choice of a cash, limited, or open bar. Expert bartenders will provide friendly and professional service to your guests all night. The venue is pet-friendly and equipped with WiFi, and there's ample parking onsite for guests.

s actually mad; my favorite restaurants in Santa fe are breakfast spots and they gave me zero reasons to go to one. The cook actually cook and prepare the breakfast. The pastries are amazing. The breakfast crew truly does a fabulous job. If anything, stay here just for the breakfast. They also sometimes have live music and dinner on the weekends. The food and drinks are great. Very fun atmosphere. The heaters definitely work. I have no complaints and will 100% be staying here again. Thank you guys for the wonderful stay!
Great place to stay. Easy access to tourist sites and shopping. Very secure parking. Great breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms, excellent hosts, We stayed 2 nights and they cleaned up the room in between! Don't see that much anymore.

re a few times now and the price is great, check in/check out are a breeze, and the property is well maintained, safe, and clean.
They allowed us an extra hour before checkout which made the rest of our time in Santa Fe a lot more enjoyable. It is not the fanciest lodging out there, but the price is great and the rooms are both very cute and very well taken care of. A perfect place to stay if you are going to Meow Wolf and still close to downtown and other attractive parts of Santa Fe.

ont desk staff was friendly, and check-in was quick and easy. House came around daily providing fresh linens and cleaned the room. The rooms were average size and the only thing I would say we missed was having a microwave.
We booked especially looking forward to breakfast based on prior reviews, but it ended up being a bit disappointing. The only protein options the first morning were undercooked bacon and yogurt, and the strawberries were very acidic. The second morning did include breakfast burritos, but they weren’t labeled and were in limited supply, so we chose to go out for breakfast instead.
There were some fun elements, like karaoke and live music, which added to the experience. However, Saturday night there was a party that went on until a little after midnight. It could be heard throughout the property despite the stated quiet hours of 10 p.m. to 7 a.m., and we weren’t notified in advance. The event was also open to people outside the motel, which led to many non-guests parking in the main lot, which is limited, and hotel guests having to use overflow parking.
Overall, it’s a lovely and unique place to stay, but it didn’t fully meet expectations particularly with breakfast and guest-focused amenities. I’d recommend prioritizing parking for motel guests and setting clearer expectations around events so guest can plan ahead.
