After 25 years of music city experience, performing and working together with some of the biggest names* in Country & Rock, this duo decided to take on a new and exciting journey of establishing a Nashville-based wedding band. With access to some of the best touring musicians and singers in the nation, they were able to compile a band unlike any other to take the wedding experience to the next level.

We can’t express enough how amazing the Nashville Wedding Band was at our vow renewal! They made our special day even more magical, and we had an absolute blast.
Every member of the band showcased their incredible talent and professionalism. Their intuition to get everyone dancing and having fun was remarkable.
We are still in awe of our dream day, and the Nashville Wedding Band played a vital role in making it perfect. We will cherish those memories forever and are incredibly grateful to them!

The Nashville Wedding Band was absolutely phenomenal! From the very start of planning to the big day itself, they went above and beyond. They were incredibly helpful and communicative, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Their performances were everything I dreamed of and more — each song was perfectly executed, creating an unforgettable atmosphere. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about them, even weeks later! One friend even said it was the best wedding band they’d ever seen, and I couldn’t agree more. The Nashville Wedding Band truly made our wedding magical. Highly recommend!

The Nashville Wedding band did a nice job. From start to finish they made the process very easy. They are very prompt with all their communication and ensure that you are comfortable every step of the way. The sole responsibly we tasked them with for the night was to get our guests out of their seats, and onto the dance floor. The did a wonderful job creating excitement and energy in the room, and kept the floor packed for the entire evening (about 2.5 hours). Don’t be mistaken, this is not just a group of friends that got together and decided to form a wedding band, they are top-notch performers. The were able to play a wide array of music to ensure there’s something for everyone. If there’s one “better if,” they did cut the audio for our first dance a bit short, even though we provided an exact time stamp, however this had no effect on the night whatsoever (no one notices, and we did not care). The lighting and props (cowboy hats) were a very nice touch by the band. In fact, many people wore their cowboy hats out to the bars afterward, and surprisingly, some even brought them back home. We also used them for the audio and quartet for the ceremony, and that was also done very well. Several of our guests expressed their love for the band, and if we had to do it all over again, we’d do nothing different. The biggest thing was they made the night about us, not about them. The Nashville Wedding Band delivered for us, just as I am sure they do for all their clients!

This band was absolutely fantastic. Tight. Great technically. And incredibly fun. We had everyone out on the dance floor the entire night. I would highly recommend them for any event.
They also handled coordination of songs, requirements, preparation unbelievably well. Made it easy for us at the wedding where we had a million moving parts.

I could not gave asked for a better band to bring together my entire wedding day. They truly crafted a custom experience for my husband and I, and our people! From my ceremony music playing 6 different songs with piano and fiddle, to playing fiddle over the top of all of our favorite songs ranging from Dolly to Nelly, to helping us roast our wedding party as they did their grand entrance, and THEN surprising us by learning performing all first dance songs live, every thing they did was flawless. The cowboy hats were just the icing on the cake. I could not recommend them more.
I also went through them to hire a videographer who was so detailed, fun, and easy to work with. I’m sure their product will be just as great as the band!

We had The Nashville Wedding Band at our daughter’s wedding there were 300 plus guests and they kept the dance floor rocking for 4 hours. They played outside at her outdoor wedding and they sounded amazing. Derek Hughes was very responsive and organized the music part of the evening from introductions to the DJ set list that played while they were on break. If we have the opportunity, we would hire them again. Every musician in the band was professional and fun. We listened to over 30 bands on line and The Nashville Wedding Band stood out it was a great decision to hire them for the wedding.

When I say that The Nashville Wedding Band is a top tier, hard working, PARTY MACHINE... I am not over exaggerating. This team went over and above to meet every need I had when it came to our reception. It honestly felt like we had our own personal concert with all of our favorite songs and bands. We loved having The Nashville Wedding Band for our Charleston wedding! I searched for months for the perfect band as it was one of the most important things for our reception to ensure everyone had the best time. I looked EVERYWHERE. I wanted a band that could play a little bit of everything, but knew a lot of country music, and that is what I got! They also learned new songs that I knew I wanted played at the wedding. Highly recommend.

I feel that The Nashville Wedding Band and Derek really set the tone for our wedding. We had some tricky elements we wanted to incorporate into our special day and Derek went above and beyond to accommodate all of our requests. It was truly a cooperative effort towards creating the exact environment we were looking to have for our wedding. Derek was always available to talk, and at length I might add. He always made me feel heard and the communication was ideal for our situation. Music at a wedding can go a couple of different ways, but after initially speaking with Derek, I had full faith in him and the band leading up to the big day, and then they completely stuck the landing. I'm still receiving compliments. These are true, serious, musicians who are able to adapt to their environment and read a crowd. My wife and I have some eclectic music tastes, and they have a diverse selection of music that we took complete advantage of. It was such a special day and we couldn't have had a better experience using THE NASHVILLE WEDDING BAND. THANK YOU GUYS! A quick breakdown of events: Italian live band set sung IN ITALIAN. Full band set with fun wedding music. After hours-style DJ accompanied by a trumpet and saxophone freestyling over the set. Not to mention, my wife walked down the aisle to an electric mandolin (yes you read that right), acoustic guitar, steel guitar, and vocals...I mean come on! Absolutely recommended.
