I HIGHLY recommend The Next Course. We planned a wedding from the east coast and took a risk with catering that we could not try so we were a bit nervous. However, they did not disappoint. The food was absolutely incredible, especially for the price. All of our guests raved about the food during the event and afterward. In addition to the delicious, fresh food they provided, the staff was incredibly kind and thoughtful throughout the process. They greeted us when we arrived, asked us where we preferred to place the food, were very conscious of our schedule for the night, and were just pleasant to interact with overall. When it was time for the dinner they even served me and my husband, which made us feel very special. At the end of the night, they did a lot of cleanup work, which really helped us out. They were one of the best parts of the night, and we can not thank them enough for the wonderful service they provided on such an important day.
Working with The Next Course for my daughters outdoor wedding reception was a wonderful experience! Chef David and his team were not only a joy to work with but their professionalism and experience made accommodating our needs seem so easy. The terrain and tight spaces that we were working with were navigated beautifully by them. We hired their food truck for tacos and sides and their BBQ grill for proteins with sides and the food was outstanding! Guests were able to walk through easily and there was never a long line. They were more than willing to accommodate anyone with special requests and there was plenty of food. I highly recommend enjoying the experience of working with The Next Course.

Couples may choose from thoughtfully curated menus designed to simplify planning or collaborate with our team to create a completely custom dining experience. Our wedding services include staffed and drop-off buffets, plated dinners, interactive chef stations, cocktail-style hors d'oeuvres, personal chef experiences, and food truck catering.

Hi, I'm David! I'm the chef and co-owner of The Next Course Catering. After more than 20 years in fine dining, including Michelin-recognized and James Beard Award-winning restaurants, I still love creating memorable meals that bring people together. Outside the kitchen, you'll usually find me spending time with my three kids, Davie, Zoey, and Carly. I look forward to helping make your event unforgettable.
